A/N: So... no reviews yet...sigh. I wish you people would do that! I'll start anohter chapter to get the ball rolling and see what happens. And if any typos come up, I'm sorry. It's 40 degrees outside and the cold air is seeping in and my fingers are cold. So are my toes. But that doesn't matter now, does it?

Sesshomaru's gonna kill me.

I had a miscarriage. If I don't tell Sesshomaru, he'll find out somehow and probably kill me. So, it's just better to get it over with. I found him in the forest, with Jaken and Rin asleep already. He took me deeper into the forest so that I could tell him.

"Sesshomaru?" "Yes?" "I'm so sorry.."

"For what?" Sesshomaru questions. He appears worried. I'm so scared...

"I lost our child. There, I said it. Now, just kill me and get it over with." I bow my head, waiting for Sesshomaru to cut it off.

But, he didn't. "Sesshomaru, you haven't killed me yet." "That's because I'm not going to."

"What?" Sesshomaru held me close. "Kagura, you have been abused all your life by Naraku-may he burn in hell-and do not know the meaning of true love."

"Yeah. It seemed like everytime I did something wrong, Naraku would tease me and hurt me." Tears were coming to my eyes. How did he know so much?

"I won't kill you beacuse I love you. We can always try again. But even before we do that..."

At this point Sesshomaru held my left hand. "Oh, my God." I whispered.

"Kagura, I want you to marry me. Do you accept?"

Now the tears were dying to escape. I could barely hold them back. "Yes!"

He then pressed my head against his chest. I could hear his heart beating strongly.

"But where? The priestess Kaede is long dead." I asked Sesshomaru.

"There's a young wolf-demon sorceress in the Samishii tribe, not too far from here. She goes by the name Uehara. She already knows of this, so we will be there tomorrow."

"And by this time tomorrow night, we'll be wed. Wait, isn't that the new moon?"

"Yes. So Inuyasha won't be able to hurt us."

He took me back over to Rin and Jaken and laid me down on the ground. He then lay next to me.

"I love you, Kagura."

I smiled. " I love you too, Sesshomaru."

We kissed and then fell asleep in each other's arms.
