A tall male stood looking out his study window. He was the Lord of the Western lands. This window looked out on the lands
forming the West part of the planet Yokouchi. He often looked out this window and so it was his favorite. He would never
admit this, but . . He was ready to think about finding a mate. Little did he know that Fate would soon lead the one born
to be his soulmate to him.

In a part of the southern lands, there was a shrine. A shrine was a place of worship. Near this shrine was a well. It was
called "Bone-Eater's Well." This was because the people would throw demons' bones into it. It was said that the well would
then eat these bones. What no one knew was that it would one day serve as a mode of transportation between Earth and
Yokouchi.

There was a second entrance to Yokouchi from Earth, but few knew it. These few were the demon Lords and their courtiers.
It also would allow someone to travel between the two worlds.
