Down in the dungeons, the three sleepers were in separate cells. They were unaware of everything that happened. Hoever,
the demons inside Miroku chafed under the binding placed upon them. They were aware of the purity belonging to this soul.
It was too much like that of the one who they had helped harm.
Sayuri, even as her body lay asleep, was aware of the demons being chafed. Her spirit walked about. In that form, she saw
Kagome's transformation. She went and appeared to Myouga, sending him to Kouga with the awaited news. She went to where
she had hidden Kanna, Kagura and Kohaku. There she saw it would soon be time for them to rise. This let her know that it
would not be long ere the time to judge the sleepers came.
It was noon the next day that Sayuri woke. She enjoyed several bowls of broth and some rice. She saw the healer was
worried. Deciding to be honest, she told the older woman her story. She was crying at the end of it.
Greta gently took her patient into her arms. She decided not to press the girl into eating more now. She would give her
more that evening.
Sayuri cried until she was spent. Again she laid down. Her cheeks were flushed from the heat of her tears. She was once
more exhausted. This time it was due to the emotional strength she had forced herself to keep up. Her body was not weak
nor was her will, but the abnormal exertion was now showing its effect.
Greta left her charge to sleep. She sought out her lord and his family. She found them in the family quarters. She was
stopped by her own surprise when she beheld her transformed lady for the first time. However, her lady's inquiry about
her sister reminded her of her errand. She told them of what had happened.
Once again the Inus' protective nature was stirred. The males were angered at the tale of such brutality. They and their
beasts wanted nothing more to destroy that village for daring to hurt one of their pack. They did not even stop to think
about when she became pack; they simply knew she was.
Myouga discharged his duty well and then returned to her side. He knew of the unpleasant events and their consequences. He
was very glad to have this lovely young lady for his mistress. It would be he that first learned the unexpected news.
A second after arriving at Sayuri's side, he latched onto the side of her neck and began to drink. He had had no more than
two beakfuls when he was pushed away. He got up and suddenly he felt the pulsing aura of his former master. He went to his
former lord's side and found the great Inu no Taisho half- transformed. There he also found Sesshomaru, Zephimaru and to
his surprise, a happily mated Kagome.
Kagome saw Myouga first and said, "Myouga, what is it? Where's Shouga?"
Myouga gulped at the name of his supposed to be mate. "Changing the subject, Lady Sayuri is pupped."
The room went silent. Slowly, the three males all turned to look at the flea and the healer was wide-eyed.
Inu Taisho asked, "What?"
Myouga moved to his lord's hand. "Lady Sayuri is pupped. Master Inuyasha's pups will be born under his shadow.
The healer said, "I did not think that would happen." She hurried swiftly to check her patient. She was followed by the

surprised when her inquiry was met with, "Mistress Greta, am I going to be a mother?" The healer set to work right away.
