Sesshoumaru smirked as he watched Rin sleep in the bushes, she twitched every now and then and his nose picked up the scent of blood. He thought about how he had found her after the wolves had attacked her and he growled low as he followed his nose towards the scent of the blood. There was a tint to the blood that made him excited, this was youkai blood and it was close. He followed the scent to a pile of clothes, neatly folded and left by a small path.

`A kimono, a well made kimono at that,' he thought as he sniffed the pile of clothes. It reeked of blood and of youkai, he smirked, a youkai in human clothing. He followed the path moving slowly as the light of the half moon shone down. There was the sound of water and Sesshoumaru smirked as he followed the sound. Soon the path bended around a large rock and a lake came into view; a waterfall fell from a rock above. His golden eyes narrowed as he saw the figure swimming towards the waterfall. Long black hair was all he could make out as the figure emerged from the water. The figure was as pale as the moonlight and the figure was clearly female. Save for the long black tail that hung limply down her legs. Sesshoumaru fell back into the shadow of the foliage as the figure turned around and he could see a well toned body, the firm bust, the dark blue eyes, the elongated canines, the sharp claws, and the quarter moon on her forehead. She turned away from him and began to bathe in the waterfall. Sesshoumaru felt his breathing slow as he crept closer to the bathing female. His body wanted her and he suddenly realized what the blood scent was, she was in heat, he had never been around a female youkai in heat.

`The breeding instinct is too much, I must have her!' his brain screamed, he found himself close enough to attack. He watched as her feet began to morph elongating into canine hind feet. He saw her tense as she looked around her eyes narrowing as she began to sniff, her ears twitch against her head. Sesshoumaru waited, she couldn't catch his scent, he was downwind and the waterfall hid his movements. She turned away from him, her tail low in an aggressive position. He smiled as he removed his clothing and waited, she was turned completely away from him. He lunged, jumping beside her and relishing the look of shock on her face. She turned to face him, hand raised to deliver a blow when he caught her wrist and wrapped an arm around her waist. She snarled as she tried to break free from his grasp and he smirked as he held her close to his body. Her struggles became more and she looked up at him with glowing red eyes, she was going to transform! Sesshoumaru released her, his own eyes glowing red as he began to transform as well. Suddenly the two of them were in their youkai forms. A large white dog and a large black wolf stood on top of the rock where the waterfall originated. Sesshoumaru chuckled as he stared at the she-wolf, she was as beautiful in youkai form as she was in human form. He took a step towards her and her ears flattened against her skull as she growled low.

`Stay back!' she ordered in his mind and he chuckled more as she raised her hackles.

`I found what I want and I always get what I want,' he replied as he took another step forward and she snarled as she snapped at him.

`I am not your plaything! Who are you and why have you come here?' she questioned as she mock charged him, making him take a step back.

`I am Sesshoumaru and I have come to mate," he said as he returned two steps closer. She snarled more and bared her teeth up to her black gums.

`I am not a whore for an inu youkai,' she snapped as she charged him, slamming into his shoulder with her own. He suppressed a growl as he returned the blow, causing the female to stumble. Her red eyes were wide and Sesshoumaro and she both realized that he was the stronger combatant. She growled low as she backed away from him and he smiled as he advanced. Her eyes broke to the right and Sesshoumaro broke to the right just as she leapt to the left and began to run. He snarled as he ran after her, she might not be as strong but she was quite fast. He cursed himself for falling for that trick and he put on the speed, he would have her!

`You can't run forever!' he called to her and she snorted.

`I don't have to run forever, I just have to run longer than you!' she growled back as she ran towards a dense area of forest. Sesshoumaru put on a blast of speed and tackled her sending the both of them sprawling. He was up first and saw her climbing out of a thicket of thorn bushes. She cursed as she pulled herself free and he knocked her down. He quickly stood over her and used his weight to keep her down. She snarled and struggled beneath him, but he didn't budge.

`Do you yield to me?' he asked as he pressed down on her. She didn't respond to him as she rested her head on her paws. `Well, what do you have to say?' She growled as she struggled against his weight.

`I will not bear the pups of a male who doesn't even know my name!' she snarled as she continued to fight his grasp. Sesshoumaru stared down at her for a moment was his need to breed that strong that he did not care whether he knew the female he mated, or the pups that were produced? He looked down at the struggling female, her face was twisted in rage as she snapped and dug at the ground with her paws.

`Transform,' he said as he held her down. She looked up at him with one glowing red eye.

`Why should I trust you?' she demanded. Sesshoumaru looked at her and smirked.

`Cause you don't have a choice,' he said and she stopped struggling and let out a breath of defeat. He watched as she shrunk and became human in appearance. He transformed as well, watching as the human arm he had been using break away. She looked at him and growled low.

"So you want to use me like a human do you," she spat as he caught her arm. He could see that she was strong and brave good qualities for a mother and mate. Her appearance was a complete opposite of his, pale to bronze skin, black to white hair, blue to gold eyes. He pulled her close and held her against his body, taking in her scent.

"What is it?" he asked as he petted her hair. She was tense against him as he held her to him.

"What is what?" she asked as she turned her face from him.

"Your name. What is it?" he asked as he brought his head down and began to sniff around her neck and ears.

"Like you really care. I am known to the humans as Lady Moon, but my true name is Narkio Eve," she said as she tensed more. His lips turned into a smirk as he brought his head up and nuzzled her cheek.

"A fine name," he muttered as he brought her face to his so they were nose to nose. "And a fine name for my mate." He looked into her eyes as she stared at him.

"Why do you want me? You don't even know me and yet you want me to be your mate!" she seemed confused. "Are you going solely on instinct? Or do you plan on bedding me tonight and leaving while I'm asleep?" Her eyes held a light in them that, Sesshoumaru wondered if it was also shining in his eyes.

"You smell right, above all female youkai," he said as he felt her begin to relax. "And I know I must have you." She tensed again as he leaned down and caught her lips in a sweet kiss. She struggled for a second before slowly responding to his kiss.

"I….I'm frightened," she whispered as he drew back from the kiss. He smiled as he leaned back down and kissed her again, pushing her fear down as he used his hand to run down her spine to her tail base. His long white tail waved behind him as his tongue begged for entrance at her lips. She yielded and he explored her mouth with his tongue. Their tongues brushed against each other as they deepened the kiss. Sesshoumaru could sense she was ready as he slowly lowered her to the ground. He broke the kiss and began to lick and kiss down her neck. She made a mewling sound and he felt himself harden as her fingers became lost in his hair. He growled as he kissed over her shoulders and her hands landed on his shoulders with her claws digging into his flesh.

"Please," she whispered as he found her breasts, he licked and sucked at one nipple, bringing it up to a peak. He switched breasts, her legs trembling as he continued until she collapsed and he stood over her. She looked up at him panting, her eyes wild as she licked her lips. Sesshoumaru felt his desire increase as she turned her back on him, raising her tail to the side so he could mount her. He growled as he got down behind her and licked up her spine to her neck where he nipped the skin where her shoulder and neck met. She whimpered as she inched back towards him and he could smell her need. With a howl he thrust in and she howled with him. He massaged her breasts with his hand as he thrust into her tight heat. Her growls and purrs were driving him mad as he continued to explore her body. He began to transform and she slowly followed until they were both the large creatures of the earlier battle. He felt his release coming and he began to thrust harder until he could take it no more and he came howling up into the sky. She joined him seconds later adding her voice to the call. Slowly they return to their human forms and he turned her around so she was facing him. He kissed her and felt himself harden again inside of her. Without another word he began to thrust into her, kissing and stroking as he took her again and she moaned beneath him as he shoved his tongue into her mouth. She shook as she came and he groaned as it triggered his coming. Again he filled her with his seed. Her head was to the side asleep and she looked so innocent that he almost thought she could double as Rin. His eyes widened as he thought of Rin and he got up, scooping her into his arms, and rushed to his camp. He let out a breath of relief when he saw the child sleeping peacefully and he set Nariko beside Rin. They were almost identical. Sesshoumaru sighed as he went back and gathered his clothing as well as Nariko's. He dressed and dressed Nariko before laying between the two and falling asleep.

Sesshoumaru stared at Rin and Nariko as they slept, he was finished cooking breakfast and he watched as Nariko opened her eyes and looked around shocked before gazing at him.

"I didn't think you would be here still," she said as she got up and he saw her feet were again human and her tail looked like a decoration on her dress. She turned and looked at Rin. "Oh my!" She walked over to the child and shook her awake. The child woke up and smiled happily as she latched onto the woman and the two laughed. He was confused.

"What is going on?" he asked as he stared at the sight before him and Nariko smiled.

"This is my cousin Rin!" she laughed as she hugged the child.

"Rin is half youkai!" he cried out and Nariko laughed as she shook her head.

"Oh no, she's only quarter blood, my mother's half sister was hanyou and she married a human. Rin was lost when my aunt ran away and we thought she was dead," Nariko said as she sat closer to Sesshoumaru. "I owe you many thanks for taking care of her, I'll make it up to you when she goes to sleep tonight." Sesshoumaru smirked as he looked at the two women in his life as the older one winked at him and the younger one smiled softly.
