Chapter 6

Nobunaga opened the door; and Sango stepped out and put on black sunglasses, Kagome followed making sure the flaps of the trench coat covered half her face. They quickly looked around making sure no one was looking at them.

They climbed up the two flights of steps that lead up to a tall building made of glass with big sliding glass doors. There was a large fountain at the entrance that lead to a waterfall where fish swam around, Kagome smiled she like fountain like this.

"This way." Nobunaga pointed to the left, and to an elevator, Sango looked around like Iwakami-san told her to do when she was with Eien Miaka. "Where getting stares so we should hurry." Sango warned looking at a group sitting on the side of the fountain.

"Well let's go." Kagome made her voice more mature. "Wow that's a switch." Sango turned to Kagome ear brows raised. "Like it?" Kagome asked amused. "It different, let go." Sango to the left of Kagome, and Nobunaga on the other.

They stepped into the elevator, and Nobunaga pressed the fourteenth level, which happed to be the top. "Why did it have to be the top?" Kagome sighed, Sango was about to take her sunglasses off. "Don't Wasaka-chan." Kagome placed her hand on Sango's arm that was halfway that off her glasses.

"They have security cameras in here." Sango nodded and pushed the glasses back into place. "Don't take them off in there either, Nobunaga is already known she he doesn't have to wear them." Kagome smiled and poked Nobunaga in the shoulder. "Ha, I am SO popular at school, I swear I should do what you do and learn magic to change-" Nobunaga found himself in a headlock. "You little git, wall do have ears." Kagome said playfully but with a seriousness that did not go unheard.

The door opened and Kagome pushed Nobunaga through. Four people sat at a long table, at the head was Iwakami-san and to his left was two people was dark hair, one human the other hanyou. The only person standing was Rouyakan, who traveled Youkai express up to the fourteenth floor. (I will explain later on.)

"Ah Eien Miaka, come here I have someone I want you to meet." Iwakami-san stood up beaming, making him look twelve years old. Kagome just raised an eyebrow at him, Iwakami looked away sheepishly, "I take it you're not happy with me?" He grinned.

"It'll pass…like now, so waz sup?" She asked taking off her trench coat and folded it over her arm, then gave it to Nobunaga. "Well I'd like you to meet a friend of mine," Iwakami-san indicated to the human that looked to be about his early thirties, And Naraku looked about eighteen-nineteen. "Kuromoto, Oniguma and his son Naraku." Kagome bowed to each and smiled as she took of her sunglasses.

`Naraku is a hanyou but he fells strange, was his mother a youkai? Heay he's very good looking…geez not a good time to be thinking bout that right now!' Kagome smiled to the hanyou that kept a straight face.

Kagome felt the twitch in her hands again as she looked at his wavy pitch black hair, which had a blue sheen on one side where the sun hit that one side.

`Dang it…' Kagome blushed pink a bit, `Though not as delicious as a curtain platinum silver hair AKK!' Kagome made a face at Naraku, his face was impassive and it reminded her some a baka inu-youkai.

She sat down across from him and crossed her arms on the table; and leaned forward and said, "I don't like you, you remind me of some one annoying." The corners of his mouth twitch. "Is that so?" He grinned, "Yep!" Kagome said cheerfully, and leaned back her arms still crossed.

Sango giggled as she caught Kagome's eye knowing whom Naraku reminded them of, "Well I'm sorry you think of them that why." Naraku rested his chin in his cupped hand. "It is a pity, he so cute too." Kagome glared at Sango who got a wicked grin on her face. `Blackmail' Sango mouthed, `watch it' Kagome mouthed back grinning.

Naraku watched this exchange in mild amusing, `maybe this Eien Miaka is not one of those giggling girl as I thought she is.'

"So what are we here for?" Kagome went to business like mood, and folded her hands and looked to Iwakami who had a gleam in his eyes. "Will Oniguma and his son are the one of the many how sponsoring us and tomorrow we will meet with Inutaisho and his son's." Iwakami-san grinned as Kagome raised her eyebrows.

"THE Inutaisho? As in Lord Inutaisho of the Western Lands, Inutaisho?" Kagome gapped a bit, "Yep." Iwakami chuckled. "I didn't know he had sons." Kagome wondered, Sango tapped Kagome on the shoulder, and she looked up. Sango looked a little nervous; she took Kagome to the farthest corner of the office, and whispered into Kagome's ear.

Kagome came back paler, and she gave a death glare to Iwakami who shrank back and tried best to ignore the glare Kagome was boring into him. Was it everyone's imagination or did the room seem to go darker? Iwakami finished what he had to say about the decoration, stage, seating, and songs.

"Oh and Ah, *cough* Naraku-san will be attending `Fukai Sakura'." Iwakami-san winced at the `lovely' glint in Kagome's ears intensified and the room went darker still. "I believe I have docked five year off my life." He whispered, "Might try a little higher." Kagome answered her voice lower.

"Naraku-san no doubt you'll see a girl with gray-blue eyes and black/blue hair, go ahead and say `Hi' or she'll find you." Kagome still glared at Iwakami. "Oh well what's done is done I'm not a person to keep a grudge, Iwakami I'll see you tomorrow, at two thirty, Ja Ne." Kagome said brightly which made the room go all sunny.

Kagome stood up and put on her sunglasses and trench coat. She looked back and smiled at Naraku.

Sango changed inside the car into her uniform; and was then dropped off at the curb, a block away from her house. "Laters!" Kagome waved, Sango waved back. `This was a VERY interesting day.' Sango thought as she started walking to her house.

Kagome sighed as she hung up her hour and a half used clothes in the walk in closet. She speed dialed a number and put it on speaker, "Moshi Moshi, Victoria speaking?" The voice of Victoria came through.

"Heay Veri, guess what?" Kagome sat on her bed.

"Iwakami-san is holding another concert and didn't tell you again, yeah I know."

"Good for you I guess he called you right?"

"Yep" Victoria laughed

Kagome sighed again, "So do you need me any time soon?"

"Weeellll…hmmm…let's see…uhhh, maybe I have to go check-BOOM-GOD DANMIT RINA!"

"What was that?" Kagome giggled as she heard the blaring beet of one of her songs called `Orange field' (I made this up, but if there is any name out there like this its is just a coincidence)

"Imouto-chan turn it off!" In the back round the music subsided.

"God lord help me…anyway what are you doing Friday?" Victoria sighed on the other line.

"After school I believe I have to practice at Akihashi Theater, so…Oh I know I'll meet you at your place okay say about 5:15-5:30?"

"Fine with me! SHUT UP RINA!"

"Okay have fun!" Kagome turned of the speakerphone. "Some time I think that woman is my age and not thirty-six." Kagome smiled, as she took out her contacts and undid her hair. She chanted a spell and her skin turned back to nice smooth pale cream. "Great…homework…oh well." Kagome on started on her homework hoping Sango was okay with her's.

Then it hit her, "I forced Sango into this I didn't even ask her! Great going baka!" Kagome sighed; and closed her math book and rested her head on the back of her chair. "I'll ask her tomorrow." Kagome thought aloud and changed into the P.J outfit Victoria picked out for her. She turned off the light and climbed into bed.

Then right when she felt the oncoming of sleep she snapped opened her eyes, "Oh my Kami-sama, NOW is a great time I come up with the lyrics of a song and it has nothing to do with what was going on today!" Kagome frustrated turned on the light, "Better write now or I'll never get to sleep."
