Chapter 10

Kagome waited with Sango at the curb at the end of the school block. "There she is!" Kagome pointed to a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire (I don't know if they made one, I know they made a 2002 one though).

"Hey Kag's!" Victoria rolled down the window and smiled brightly at the teen. "Hey Victoria! This is Sango-chan a.k.a. Kiwi-chan." Kagome opened the back door. Do you mind if she comes along?"

"Can she model?" Victoria grinned at the look on Sango's face and waved her into the car. "Yoi Kagome, d'ya wants to drive?"

Kagome grinned. "Why, I would love to…." Kagome and Victoria switched seats. "Are we going to the studio or your house?" Kagome turned on to the main road.

"First my house then the studio; we're doing tight, sexy clothes fitting."

"Great!" Kagome said sarcastically.

Ten minutes later they where outside a large gate that led to the entrance of a big white/gray stone mansion. "Kokoi (cool)!" Sango said eyes wide.

"I know! That was my first reaction. Then Victoria did the meanest thing…." Kagome parked the car next to a Honda N2X.

"What? I thought it would be funny!" Victoria got out, smiling at Kagome's expression.

"FUNNY? Funny she says….ha! Sango-chan you know what she did? She invited a few models for a sleepover and since I was new I had no clue about how to get around the place." Kagome spoke as they walked through the garage that held a dozen different types of cars.

"So they told me they would be right back and left me in the library. Well after about a half an hour of waiting I got a bit curious and went to go look for them." They went inside the first room where they hung their coats and shoes.

"The place was deserted! The doors and windows looked on the first floor, and the windows upstairs were to high up to jump down off of." Kagome stuck out her tongue at a servant who smiled and winked at her, then went to announce Kagome's arrival (Kagome was very well liked). "And with luck against me, it started to rain, thunder and all."

"One word was what I was feeling that night………freaked. I was so scared that I yelled for Victoria all over the place. It took me three hours! THREE FREAKIN' HOURS! Until I found them…" Kagome turned red.

"They were in the staff room. EVERYBODY: maids, servants, everyone when I opened the door they were laughing their heads off, there were video camera's all over the place and they taped me! It was so cruel, but lets just say I never got lost in this house again…" Kagome glared at Victoria who was laughing so hard no sound came out.

Some servants giggled remembering while some new ones where being told and laughed along with everybody. "Poor ol' Kagome…" Sango laughed.

Kagome glared at her, then at the house cleaners and servants. "Don't you people have work to do?" Kagome muttered.

"No." they answered.

"Of course, you guys would rather laugh at me. Ah yes, much more entertaining…" Kagome watched as they walked off going about their daily business. "As you can see, I'm greatly abused here…and at the same time greatly loved." Kagome winked at Sango.

"Okay, enough chit-chat! Let's get you two into a new change of clothes!" Victoria clapped her hands.

"Ah yes the torture of clothes, let's go…" Kagome ran up the stairs with Victoria and Sango following behind her.

"I WIN!" Kagome smiled. "That's because you had a head start." Victoria pouted.

"Aww come off it, let's go!" Kagome ran to the left and the two followed.

(Skip ahead an hour and a half.)

Victoria, Sango, and Kagome (now looking like Eien) walked out of the dressing room, each wearing a different style.

Sango wore a gothic type look with a red knit top with a blood red tank top underneath along with black leather pants with platform boots. Loop earrings, burnt gold eye shadow, and thick black eye liner, red lip gloss and pink red blush had been applied to enhance her features. Her hair was in a loose bun with many thick strands in the back coming down.

Victoria wore a professional/cute style with a peach Vintage-inspired cardigan top with the first two buttons undone, and a white knee length skirt. Her hair was in loose curls to mid-back, and she had pale peach high heals on her feet. Pink/white eye shadow, thick black eye liner, pink blush, and burgundy lip-gloss had been applied with an expert hand.

Kagome, instead of going for the usual spunky look, went and turned a stunning 360 for the sexy/cute. Her hair was loosely tied at the base of her neck with two locks of it looping over her ears before going back to a bun, thick tresses of hair escaping it to fall down her back in loose waves.

She wore a winter-white ballet-top sweater with tight long sleeves that showed her mid-drift. On her legs and feet were a black pinstripe pleated skirt, and mid-calf platforms. Silver/gray eye shadow, clear lip-gloss, and straight dangle earrings were all that was added to her looks.

Yep. They were ready to face the cameras, which they hope they would not encounter.

"Okay, lets Go!" Victoria grabbed black handbags for each of them. "Pick a car." Victoria looked at the two girls.

Kagome and Sango both grinned and at the same time said, "Maserati 3200GT."

"Good choose." Victoria said, pretending to be emotional. "I must be rubbing off on you guys." Victoria picked up the keys and giggled then.

Kagome gasped and clapped her hands to both sides of her cheeks. "Oh no, take it back! Take it back!" Kagome started to rub her hands up and down her arms.

"Haha very funny." Victoria stuck out her tongue while Kagome and Sango laughed at her and climbed into the car.

"Did you see those guy's faces?" Sango laughed.

"Yep! I think I saw one of them drool." Said Kagome.

"Well, you can't blame them, being the hot chicks that we are." Victoria laughed.

They were at a studio, which was across from a cozy cafe.

"Well, come on, I want to have some fun!" Kagome ran into the studio, behind her Sango and Victoria smacking their foreheads.

"Ka- I mean, Eien!" Sango put on her sunglasses.

"Nani?" Kagome turned her hands on her hip.

"Glasses!" Sango pointed to hers.

Kagome made a face. "Let them see!" Kagome stated shrugging; she turned and walked up the last set of stairs, Sango and Victoria looked at each other wearily. As Victoria passed the entrance guard, she told him to max out security; He nodded smiling.

They were having a blast laughing with the other people, shooting, the lights, the cameras, Eien's fans that managed to sneak in.

"Yoi if anyone manages to get in, bring them to me!" Kagome winked at a thirteen-year-old girl, who in turn blushed red and started to scream while running out of the building with a photograph of Eien and her with a dazed expression.

"Eien" Sango smiled.

"Nan?" Kagome shrugged innocently.

"It's almost six," Kagome just gave Sango a blank expression.

"The rehearsal?" Sango emphasized by waving her hands in font of her.

"Oh yeah!" Kagome's eyes widened as she snapped her fingers. "I forgot, Victoria I've gotta go!" Kagome yelled over to the woman who was giving out pointers to her models.

"Right I'll drive you!" Victoria walked over to them, just when they where saying good bye to everyone screaming was heard, "I GET TO SEE EIEN! OH THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU~!" Kagome grinned as a girl and an older boy were guided into the room.

"Yoi Kami-sama…" the girl said; then held onto the boy next to her.

"Hi I'm Keiko, and this is my brother Higani. We're your biggest fans, my pen name is I-love-you-Eien#1fan," the girl Keiko babbled.

Kagome zoned out then snapped back into reality. "Oh I remember that name! I get at least five e-mails from you every day."

Keiko was ecstatic, "You remember my pen name, omg!" Kagome handed the girl a photograph. "Careful with that photo `cause those won't be in stores until January. Keiko had a look of pure awe on her face and carefully took it as if it were made of delicate glass.

Kagome turned to Higani, who had not yet spoken a word, just stared at her. "So Higani-san, what would you like?"

Sango cleared her throat, "Ah well here, I have to go so take these." Kagome gave him four tickets to her next concert. "Ja ne!" Kagome smiled and left…more like pushed out the door by Victoria and Sango.

Outside was a riot: crowds upon crowds of people where holding up signs and chanting `EIEN, EIEN' at the top of there voice. They screamed and yelled even louder as Kagome walked out. `EIEN!' and screaming was all Kagome could make out as Sango pushed her along with Victoria behind them.

"Yeah, yeah I'm goin'." Kagome walked ahead smiling at everyone politely; a flash of silver caught her sight ahead of her. "Are?" Kagome spotted two dark haired figures and two white-haired figures.

"Hey its Naraku, Miroku, Inuyasha, and Sesshoumaru!" Kagome pointed across the street to the small café. Sango shoved Kagome into the backseat of the car. "Victoria, Naraku is one of my sponsors so lets go pick him up…please?" Kagome made a puppy-dog face.

"More like Nishitsuki-sama." Sango smiled.

"Ah, stop joking!" Kagome playfully hit her friend's arm.

"Yeah what ever. I'll never hear the end of it if I don't do what you want." Victoria did a `U' turn and Kagome squealed.

"Naraku-kun!" Kagome yelled opening the window after masking her aura and scent, Naraku looked over at her not even mildly surprised. "Hello Eien…" He said in a silky voice.

"Aren't you supposed to be at the theater?" Kagome smiled at the stunned faces of Inuyasha and Miroku, then she turned to Sesshoumaru and gave him an extra big smile.

"And isn't that where you are supposed to be right now?" Naraku replied a question with one of his own.

"I'm going there right now, eek!" kagome remember the fans. "Come on, and bring your friends!" Kagome opened the door and scooted over.

Naraku smirked and got in and somehow everyone fit; well Kagome had to sit on Naraku's lap and her legs across Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru's laps. Miroku was drooling,

"So what're your names?" Kagome smiled and the blushing Inuyasha, "Uh…" Inuyasha said.

"Ah no need to tell me your name, what are your names?" Kagome indicated to Miroku and Sesshoumaru.

"What do you mean? You know?" Inuyasha gapped. "Yes, I was hiding in a tree when that girl kicked your ass in soccer."

Inuyasha gaped at her.

"Aww, you're so cute with your mouth hanging open like that! And your ears!" Kagome leaned over and rubbed Inuyasha's ears between her fingers, "they're so soft!" Kagome exclaimed her eyes wide and bright. "Hey let go, you're irritating them!"

Kagome let go, "Sumi masen!"

Inuyasha huffed, "Its okay."

Kagome smiled at his cute pout face. "So pervert, if you stop stroking my ankle you won't have to lose your hand." Kagome glared at Miroku.

"Ah, uh it's Houshi-san, but you can call me Miroku." Miroku gave a charming smile.

"Uh huh, why is your hand still there?" Kagome watched as Sesshoumaru snatched Miroku's wrist and squeezed it giving Miroku a warning look.

"Ah gomen ne…Oh, this is Sesshoumaru-sama,"

Miroku rubbed his wrist, and then pointed to Sesshoumaru. "Sesshoumaru-SAMA?" Kagome looked at Sesshoumaru with an admired/questioning look.

"Pleased to meet you then." Kagome bowed her head.

"We're almost there, you think you can handle it back there Eien?" Victoria looked into her rearview mirror.

"Course!" Kagome smiled at Victoria and winked at Sango.

"So Naraku, how was your first day at school?" Kagome turned to Naraku who had his hands around her waist. `this seems familiar…' Kagome thought as she saw Sesshoumaru narrow his eyes.

"Fine. I met your friend…you didn't tell me she was that stunning." Naraku stole a glance at Sesshoumaru.

"Are?" Kagome blushed. `I think I'm average looking, what's he talking about?'

"Sorry then…" Kagome was still blushing, "You're cute when you blush, will you bear my child?" Miroku held Kagome's hands in his; a tick mark appeared above Sango's head. Sango hit Miroku up side the head. "Don't talk to her like that Houshi-sama!" Sango glared at him.

"What ever you say sweetheart." Miroku smiled at her while rubbing his head. "You look familiar…" Miroku stopped rubbing his head abruptly; Sango whipped her head to the front. "Hmmm…." Miroku shrugged.

"Ne, she probably reminds you of someone, that's all," Kagome giggled nervously.

Sesshoumaru eyed her while Inuyasha and Miroku nodded. She knew that she'd had to be especially careful around him: Sesshoumaru was not one to be fooled. "Turn the radio on Vic-chan." Kagome leaned to the front seat.

"Hai."

A song was just finishing by a singer called Yoko Sasaki. A familiar song started to play, and Kagome rocked her head to her lyrics.

"Cage"

Ahhhh…

Why does every thing have to happen to me?

What did I do to deserve this?

The song ended and everyone was quiet. "That's my favorite song…" Kagome smiled sadly looking out the window.

"Kagome in the cage…" Naraku whispered into her ear. Kagome looked at him with a calm expression on her face.

"Okay! Everybody out, we're here." Victoria turned off the ignition. Miroku and Sango stepped out at the same time, and Inuyasha removed Kagome's ankles from his lap then stepped out with his face a bit red.

Kagome removed her legs from off of Sesshoumaru's lap with a cute pink tinge on her cheeks. Sesshoumaru got out then extended a hand of her to take, Kagome smiled up at him and took it.

"Arigato…" She said shyly, then quickly let go of it after realizing she was holding his hand longer then necessary. "Okay…ahh I've never been here before, so where do we go?" Kagome turned to Sango and Victoria.

"This way. Hey Eien- there's a new club that opened a few weeks ago. Do you want to go incognito?" Victoria asked.

"If I can bring friends, sure!" Kagome smiled and linked elbows with Sango's. Sango smiled and playfully bumped her hip against Kagome's.

"Come on before Iwakami-sama blows a gasket." Sango led the way. "I've been here before for school field trips." Sango looked over to Kagome who nodded. Kagome looked back at the four males behind her.

Miroku was looking at her butt, Inuyasha was looking around the place a bored expression on his face, Naraku was just walking, and Sesshoumaru was staring right at her. Kagome blushed and looked ahead; Sango caught her blushing and looked behind her.

When she looked back at Kagome she grinned. "You fancy someone, ne?" She whispered into Kagome's ear. Kagome looked at Sango with a critical eye, "What are you talking about?" Sango just shrugged but had a smile on her face as Kagome turned red color.

"EIEN MIAKA! YOU. ARE. LATE!" Iwakami yelled across the stage as the door opened and the group walked in.

Kagome cringed. "Gomen!" She yelled back and ran towards the back room; before she disappeared behind the curtains, she turned to the group.

"Make yourself comfortable, and enjoy, NARAKU-KUN GET OVER THERE! KIWI-CHAN GET OVER HERE!" Kagome was then dragged to the changing rooms by two clothes designers.

The rehearsal was spectacular; everyone in the facility was mesmerized, throughout the whole three hours and fifty minutes. Though only three people's attention where really focused on her, One that already figured out, one that was figuring out, and one who was wrapped in that shadows that wants her for himself.

Sesshoumaru's goddess: (hehe nice name) actually, I really do like Menoumaru and Kagome pairing (dodges bullets… hay what can I say I like odd pairings!) (I haven't seen this pairing around), I would do Kag/Menou story but I would need help…

Gopher2806: this is a Sesshoumaru/Kagome fic, and no Naraku will not be the direct enemy (*cough*except for Sesshoumaru *cough*) but knows stuff. Yeah I had Kagome blame herself…temporarily, like I wrote in the story she got thru and will fight, not try to avoid the people she has gotten close to.

Kobayashi Maru; I learn from sites on the internet, dictionaries, Anime freaks at school, Some people that took Japanese, some Japanese decedents,…printing a million pages of words and phrases with your mom's ink and getting scolded for it…..yup-ah its all good….
