Chapter 1: The Dreams Begin

"Within you lies the power to become good or evil. You're path is decided with each passing day. Whether you know it or not, every move you make, shall in turn form your future."
'Within me lies the power'
"
You will become the greatest power, in all the world, greater than the gods themselves."
'to become'
"You have the power, the strength, the courage, the will"
'good'
"You name shall be known"
'or'
"You will become the greatest!"
'evil.'

Silence settles over the forest as darkness falls. The creatures of the day re-treat into their homes, and the creatures of darkness come forth. It has been more than three hundred long years since my eyes have last seen the beautiful sun, and I wish everyday that I could just sit and watch it set.
My 'creator', if you will, hasn't changed at all over the centuries. Nor have I. Our looks stay the same, as though time hasn't passed. My hair hasn't grown, it's the same length it was more than three hundred years ago. The claws of my former demon self, are still as sharp as the day I was born.
I often lie awake, thinking how things would be if I were mortal, if I had never met Akuryou

"Sora! Get your ass outta bed and help me!" Yami exclaimed as he glared impatiently at the small 15-year-old.
"Why should I?" she moaned groggily, as she stretched and yawned.
"Do you wanna eat or not?!" He yelled, as she gave him an "eat shit" look. She glowered, but reluctantly got up and helped Yami bring in the groceries.
"So what'd ya buy?" She asked picking through the bags, making faces at some of the vegetables.
"POCKY!!!!!!!!!!!" She squealed as she picked up the pink box, and danced around the kitchen. She stopped at the trash can to throw away the box top, and continued dancing with a stick in her mouth.
"Tank yoo Yami-kun!" She said as she hugged the dark haired teen. He smiled and stole a stick of pocky out of the pouch. 'Heh, I knew she would find that box,' he thought as he hid the second box in his jacket pocket.
