Chapter One
The Golden Thread
"He didn't come to her. She came to him. The darkness..." -- unknown
-~-
Long, lean fingers reached out and grasped the golden goblet that lay not far from sight. The high lord, and prince, of Kyushu brought it to his sensuous lips, and took an indulgent sip. As he let the goblet leave his lips, he ran a tongue along his sharp canines in one, slick motion. Leaning back against his chair, his eyes stared listlessly at the dancer.
The lithe woman curled her body upward, flexing her fingers towards the golden thread, and with a firm grip, twirled it around her leg gracefully. Then, she proceeded to execute a slow twirl in mid-air, and smiled alluring at her audience. He grunted and looked away. Pouting cutely, she flipped expertly and remained bound by the thread just merely inches above the elaborate marble floors. She looked at him expectantly, and frowned when all he did was smirk.
"Did you not enjoy the performance, my liege?" Her voice was husky, and full of erotic promises.
Looking at her in wicked amusement, the prince stepped down from his chair and slowly stalked his way towards her. She smiled brightly at him, and anticipated for his compliments. But he was silent, intent in his goal. Curling one clawed hand around her upper arm, the prince took delight in her small gasp of pain. He smiled at her, a handsome and devastating feat, and with one smooth swipe, slashed the thread that had allowed to her to suspend in the air. The dancer crumbled to the floor like a rag doll.
"M-my lord..."
Extending his hand towards her, the prince helped the woman to her feet. Her lean, yet curvaceous body leaned into him, and he growled softly. Dipping his head low and leaning towards her ear, he whispered, "you.... bore me."
A distant bell chime from the outside obscured her screams.
-~-
Kagome jerked and lifted her head in the direction of the distant castle. A malicious shiver vibrated through her, and Kagome leaned forward to whisper soothing words to her mount. It was nothing but the chiming of the bell to signal the coming of the midnight hour, but for Kagome.. it meant perilous danger. High above on the rocky cliffs, a dark and great castle stood--and somewhere along the path to the castle was her grandfather. Lost. Cold. Kagome fought down her worry, and concentrated on convincing her mare to push forward against the howling winds. For the midnight hour was soon to come.
It was rumored that the Sumizome castle was capable of violent, horrible things during the midnight hour. Just by the screams that echoed through the small village just below was enough proof. The chill of the night, as great as it was, was nothing compared to the icy terror that Kagome felt within herself.
Occasionally, she would hear mysterious whispers.. words she couldn't quite grasp. It was like somebody was watching her, taunting her every step. Lifting her head to the heavens, Kagome whispered, "Jijii.. I will find you. Please, be alright!"
Leaning against the mane of her mount, Kagome sought comfort against the unrelenting winds. Kagome was terrified of the infamous Sumizome path, but she had waited so long for her grandfather to come home like he said he would. The food grew cold, and so did Kagome's conscience. Master Higurashi had said that he had an elders' meeting... somewhere near the Sumizome path. Why they chose the location, Kagome would never understand. When jijii didn't return after many hours, Kagome soon grew worried that something might've happened to her grandfather. Her suspicious were confirmed when their sole, beloved mare came riding back. Without a rider. Without another thought, Kagome had mounted the horse and allowed it to lead her back to the stormy path.
The whispers came again, this time angry. Clucking her tongue, Kagome willed the mare to surge forward. She couldn't turn back now, not when her grandfather might be in grave danger.
The wind shrieked, howled, protested against Kagome's rebellious journey.
Go back.... do not come here...
Kagome bit down on her lip hard to refrain from whimpering. Her companion was affected horribly as well, much more than Kagome could ever imagine. The eerie atmosphere, along with the piercing coldness, whipped the mare into a frenzy. Kagome had to occasionally stroke its mane, and murmur shaky soothing words to the poor, but brave animal. The great, massive body trembled with effort and continued forward. The loyal love for its master was all that kept it from turning back, and running from the imposing image of the Sumizome castle.
Frightening images ran through Kagome's mind. What if the--Kagome gulped, her throat hurting from the effort. Stories of the cursed youkai prince flashed through her mind. Long ago, it was said that the Inutaishou, king and high lord that ruled over all of Kyushu fell in love with a beautiful woman. A human. As punishment for this, his son would be cursed to be a hanyou all his life. So when the little hanyou became a young man, he also fell in love with a human. This time, a beautiful priestess. But people were jealous, and the gang named the Spider Ogres --led by a man who was also in love with the priestess--plotted to bring them apart.
They were successful. The Spider Ogres managed to drive a wedge between the two, making the two lovers believe that the other had betrayed them. Tragedy struck, and the priestess sentenced the hanyou prince to a lifetime of misery--never to find love. In order to make sure of this, she placed a curse that would instantly kill the bride should he ever take one on the night of joining. And one stormy night, she disguised herself as an old woman seeking for refuge... for in her heart, she still loved him and wanted to give him a second chance.
If he was kind and let the woman in, she would forgive him. But alas, he failed the test and refused to let the poor woman come in. Revealing her true self, the high priestess gave him a jewel--the Shikon no Tama-- and said that in five hundred years... his soul would be lost forever on the full moon should he fail to redeem himself through her reincarnation.
.... And so ever since, the prince had isolated himself, and it was rumored that he preyed on young women, lured them to his castle... and killed them. Killed them because he hated all women, killed them because he was powerful and could command the heavens to bring punishment to all of Kyushu if he wanted. Killed them just because he could.
Kagome shuddered. "Grandpa... where are you now?"
A strange noise, similar to a hiss was her response. Suddenly, the horse let out a squeal of alarm and lunged forward in a desperate notion. Gritting her teeth, Kagome hung on to the reins firmly and prayed that she wouldn't lose her seat. Above, several pelts of rocks cascaded down and a shower of debris came falling down upon them. The mare let out a wail, and thrust its body to and fro. Kagome bunched its mane in her fists, and murmured, "please, dear friend. Calm down... we'll make it."
The horse amazingly seemed to understand her, and it stoically continued to struggle against the harsh winds. So harsh that it jerked the tears away from Kagome's eyes, and let the long, silken strands of her hair to billow violently.
Then finally, the horse rounded a bend. A relieved sigh came rushing from her body as Kagome slumped forward on her horse, feeling the angry winds relent ever so slightly. "We made it..." If only just past the rocky path. She had to take on the rest of the way... on foot, and let her mare go back. She couldn't risk its life... couldn't bare to. It was said that once one passed the rocky path, dangerous beasts roamed freely not far from the Sumizome castle. That's if one ever made it that far.
Sliding down from her horse, Kagome peered around the woods, patted her horse firmly, and clucked her tongue. "Go on, now." It neighed, buckled, and nudged her neck pleadingly. Kagome wrapped her arms around its strong neck, murmuring comforting words. "Go on. I can't let you come with me anymore. Go back home."
With a sad whinny, it galloped away from Kagome's sight. With a feeble sigh, Kagome clutched her cloak tighter around her and continued to walk the narrow path that would eventually lead to the castle. She didn't know where the elders' meeting was held, and she'd never been on the path before--but she didn't care. She was determined to find her grandfather, and bring him back.
Not very far away, Kagome soon heard the howl of a lone wolf. Another shiver ran down her spine. Glancing upwards, Kagome couldn't see any moon, for thick, dark clouds clouded the sky. What she could see, however, was the very top of the Sumizome castle; an iron spike that was as forbidding as an untamed beast itself. Teeth chattering, hands shaking, Kagome walked rapidly on.
Whoever the prince was--if he existed--must be very powerful indeed. The woods leading to his castle were completely primitive, and had the scent of something savage lingering in the air. It was sheer insanity for Kagome to come all this way--alone--for her grandfather. Back home, villagers all warned her against such foolishness. Told her that her grandfather would come home, and that he was just lost. But her grandfather never got lost.. and Kagome knew better.
And even though they advised her not to go, for it was dangerous and she could very well lose her life, no one had offered to come with her. They were all terrified of the stories that had been passed down from generation to generation. A dark, youkai prince living in isolation for nearly five hundred years... even Kagome was beginning to believe the stories.
But jarring Kagome out of her thoughts was a low, terse growl.
Whipping her head around, Kagome's heart sped as the whispers came back. "W-who's there?" Nothing. Shaking her head, Kagome mumbled, "show a little spine, Kagome... nothing will--"
Her scream was ripped from her as she fell to the ground with a vicious thud. Her head swam in hazy circles. Everything felt heavy. Her legs...arms... everything. And she felt so...numb.
Suddenly, she felt something cold and wet press against her collarbone. Forcing her eyes to open, Kagome looked up to meet a pair of sky-blue eyes.
"Who are you?" She whispered tremulously.
The man who was on top of her grinned, flashing sharp fangs that made her breath hitch. "The big, bad... wolf."
Kagome froze. Having nowhere to move, for his strong body had pinned her flatly to the ground, Kagome could only stare into his eyes in fear. Only to realize that he was a youkai. "... Youkai..."
He smiled and dipped his head low to get a taste of her. "Ah, a virgin." Kagome gasped aloud as he swirled his tongue against her neck. "A very, innocent...virgin."
Kagome whimpered. "Please, I beg of you. Let me go."
He lifted his head to look at her in amusement. "Let you go? But the fun's just about to start!"
She pleaded him with her eyes. "Please."
He threw back his head and laughed. "Why should I?"
"I need to find my grandfather," she whispered, her voice trembling. "He's lost, and he could be... dying somewhere. So, please, let me go!"
The demon's eyes seemed to soften for a moment before a sneer marred his features. "Tell it to someone who cares, human! I'm hungry... and I haven't eaten for awhile..."
"Please! No!" Kagome sobbed.
He uttered a low curse, and lifted himself off her. "Leave." His eyes flickered to her briefly before looking away. "I give you to the count of ten. If you're not out of my sight by then, I will not be so generous."
Nodding gratefully, Kagome scurried away. The demon looked at her retreating form in wonder. ".... what a strange girl... willing to risk her life to save her grandfather..?" A realization dawned upon him. "Girl! Come back here!"
But she wouldn't come back, and he had to resort to his abnormal speed to block her path. She looked up at him again with the same fear as before. He could smell it from her, and as much as it excited him, he had to control himself. There was something about this woman that made him curious. "You said you needed to find your grandfather?"
She nodded.
"Then I suggest you turn back now, girl," he told her softly, looking in the direction of the iron spike. "The prince has got him."
"No!"
The demon nodded gravely. "The pathetic mutt dragged him off to the castle... you have no chance of going in there..." His cerulean eyes flickered to Kagome anxiously. "--And getting out."
Kagome swallowed hard. "...I don't care. I'm going."
The demon chuckled. "You're brave, but that won't help you. And unfortunately, I can't either. The castle's gates wards off all youkai.. except for the prince himself."
"--But it doesn't ward off humans," she retorted haughtily. "I will save my grandfather."
He grunted and looked away. "Foolish girl. Don't you know that with just one swipe, he can rip you to shreds?" Then, shrugging nonchalantly, he added, "of course--he is no match for me. For you, however, that is a different story."
"I've decided," she said with a firm shake of her head, "I will go."
He looked at her with a smirk, and bowed low in a Old World fashion. "Then I can only assist you in the only way I can.. I will take you there."
She looked at him suspiciously, her eyes narrowing. "...Really?"
He laughed, and before her eyes could register his movements, his arms had wrapped around her waist. With his lips pressed against her ear gently, he whispered, "Really."
The wind whistled high and uncomfortably in her ear, and Kagome felt it whip against her face as the strange demon streaked through the trees at an alarming rate. No longer having to fear him, she let him pull her closer to his body as he gained in speed. Darkness enveloped her, and all that was on her mind was her grandfather. If he was indeed at the mercy of the prince, then Kagome would find a way to get him out of there any way she can.
The demon, in the meantime, had been murmuring words to her... words that she didn't have the mind to pay attention to. What she caught, however, was that within the walls of the Sumizome castle lay a hidden secret. A dark one. Kagome shivered unexpectantly, and didn't protest when the wolf demon brought her even closer to him.
The skies rumbled ominously, and before a streak of lightning arced across the sky, the demon landed softly on the ground and released his firm hold on her. "We are here."
Sure enough, when Kagome lifted her head to gaze at the tall, massive gates of the castle... she felt a shadow cast over her. A warning... don't come here... Kagome shook her head, dispelling the whispers from her mind. Turning abruptly to the wolf demon, she smiled at him gratefully. "Thank you..."
He bowed again, preparing to leap away. "The name's Kouga. Goodbye, foolish human." With a low chuckle, he used his strong legs to disappear into the night.. and soon all Kagome could see was darkness yet once again.
With a small sigh, Kagome turned to the iron gates and placed her small hands upon them. It groaned, and surprisingly, it slowly swung open without any real effort. That should've been warning enough for Kagome, but she was a Higurashi. Stubborn and hard-headed, Kagome had more courage than she could muster... and so, she stepped inside the grounds of the Sumizome castle and barely flinched when the heavy iron gates slammed to a close behind her.
The small, stone strewn path that led to the entrance of the castle seemed innocent enough, and Kagome traversed it quite easily. Upon stepping onto the polished marble steps, however, Kagome lost her balance and fell to her knees. Biting back a whimper, Kagome winced and slowly got to her feet. A pair of large, beastly heads guarded the door. Both had hideous mouths, jagged with sharp teeth, and both were staring fiercely down at her. Kagome grimaced when she saw that the knocker was inside one of the beast's mouth. Taking a deep breath, Kagome reached into the beast's mouth, wary of the sharp, protruding teeth, and let the knocker fall down heavily. The sound resonated throughout the castle, and Kagome shuddered.
The door groaned and creaked, opening itself for Kagome. Shaking uncontrollably now, Kagome fought down the urge to run back into the brewing storm. She had come all this way; she could not go back. She had to think of her grandfather, and be brave enough to get him out of whatever peril he was in. Then, with her mind made up, she stepped over the threshold.
-~-
An ominous feeling pervaded her, and wrapped itself around her, clenching her heart in its cruel grasp. Her legs rubbery, her head swirling dizzily, Kagome looked around the castle in awe. High dome-shaped ceilings, and an endless carpet of marble floors surrounded her. Massive ivory columns were placed in every dark corner, and an elaborate dragon design was wrapped around each and every one of them. Small flame torches lit certain places, but the rest was shrouded in darkness.
Then, without warning, the door closed behind her with a violent slam. A gush of wind whipped around her, and it made the flames in the torches leap in a dance of macabre. Kagome shivered, feeling dwarfed in the spacious entryway and even more insignificant as she glanced up at the high ceilings. The castle itself was foreboding, designed as ancient Japanese castles would. As Kagome walked around, almost flinching with every echo of her own footsteps, she took in the impressive interior design of the castle.
The castle itself was immaculately clean, and Kagome wondered how an isolated prince would manage such a feat. The artwork inside was horrific, yet beautiful as the dim torchlight licked and danced in front of the paintings. The structures were magnificent, high columns that reached all the way to the ceilings and iron spikes that protruded from the wall here and there. Finding a set of heavy double doors, Kagome pushed on it tentatively.
"Stop!" A hushed feminine voice barked.
Kagome gasped, and whirled around. A tall, beautiful woman in a simple kimono stood in the center of the room. In the dark, Kagome could not discern the woman's eyes, but knew that it was upon her angrily. "You should leave this instant."
Kagome walked cautiously towards the woman, and bowed respectfully. "I come for my grandfather."
"No," she said softly, "you've come to die. The prince will kill you if he finds you here."
Kagome shook her head. "Isn't there any way I can see my grandfather?"
The woman averted her eyes, and turned to leave. "Please. Just go. It will be of no use; your grandfather will die by the time the sun rises."
Kagome ran to the woman and grasped onto the edge of her kimono desperately. "Please... I don't care. Just take me to him."
The woman sighed, and nodded briskly. "Very well. Come with me," she told Kagome, "but hurry.. the prince will return from his hunt soon."
Walking in a tense silence, Kagome studied her surroundings. Every inch of the castle, save for the few torches that lit the way, was darkness. It made the castle seem more frightening.. more eerie. Angry whispers nipped at her, begged her not to go. But Kagome ignored them. Once, she passed a column where a three-headed dog beast's design stared at her, following her every step with its stony gaze. She even thought she heard it tell her that she was doomed. That the prince would have no mercy... would ravage her, and burn her in a way she would've never imagined. Kagome shivered, and decided to study her companion instead. High cheekbones, beautiful dark eyes, and long, raven hair tied in a high ponytail. The woman was fit to be a princess.
"A-are you a... princess?"
"No," she replied tersely.
"Then you work here? For him?"
The woman turned to look at Kagome then with curiosity. "Who are you?"
"My name is Higurashi, Kagome," Kagome answered with a warm smile. Whoever this woman was, Kagome somehow felt more at ease with the woman walking along her side.
"I'm Sango," the woman spoke, "and I live here."
Kagome looked at Sango incredulously. "Surely not! He doesn't let you leave?"
Sango shook her head emphatically. "You don't understand, Kagome. I don't wish to leave. Lord Inuyasha has but only a few friends left, and I am one of them. I cannot leave."
"But... he is cruel, and--"
"It was not always so," Sango cut in hastily, "do not believe everything you hear."
With a quick glance in Kagome's direction, Sango announced that they had arrived. Kagome peered into the small staircase that sloped downwards, leading into what seemed like a yawning abyss of darkness. "You will go alone." Sango's sudden statement made Kagome jump slightly. "I cannot accompany you."
Kagome nodded and watched as the woman walked away, slinking into the darkness of the castle's interior. Then, Kagome heard the woman's voice warn her, "go back, Kagome. Go while you still can." Kagome shivered.
It was strange... If the prince hated women so much, why did he allow one to stay in the castle? Kagome shook her head. It wasn't the time to think about such things. With a deep breath, Kagome stepped onto the staircase and slowly descended towards the cellar.
Go back....
Kagome jerked. The clang of warning bells clattered inside her head, warning her to go back. Forcing her. But she plunged forward, and found that the cellar was dimly lit by the feeble orange glow of several torches. There, in the farthest cell... was her grandfather. With a broken sob, Kagome rushed to him and collapsed onto the cold, hard floor. "Jijii... I've come." Her grandfather groaned, rolled his eyes in an effort to gain consciousness, and gasped when he saw his beloved granddaughter.
"Kagome! What are you doing here?"
She sniffled, and grasped his wrinkled hands as he reached for her from behind the bars. "I've come for you, jijii. I've come to rescue you."
He chuckled bitterly. "My granddaughter sure knows how to take care of an old man..." Kagome sobbed. He always said that... "But this time, you must leave. You must--"
His voice was broken by the sound of a ferocious roar. Doors slammed, and Kagome could hear the low bellow of the angry winds as something--something inhumane-- swept into the cellar. Kagome felt a cold, foreboding feeling trickle down her neck... along her spine, crawling its way into her very soul. She didn't dare turn around.
"Inuyasha, don't--" Sango's voice was cut off abruptly as the heavy door of the cellar slammed shut. Kagome suddenly felt a dark shadow cast over her, an imposing malignant force towering over her.
Her grandfather stared at something behind her sternly. "Leave my granddaughter alone."
A low growl could be heard, causing a cold bead of sweat to drip down Kagome's forehead. "...She is your granddaughter?" At the tone of the gruff voice, Kagome couldn't resist. She turned around. In the dance of the flames, Kagome could see him.. barely. Cloaked in a back haori, his snow-white hair cascaded down his back and contrasted heavily against the darkness. He was tall, broad shouldered, and magnificently built with long hair and dangerously slashing eyes. His eyes... cold fire, blazed along with the torches' flames.
Then, he moved with a speed that made her eyes hurt.
Kagome barely had the chance to exhale before a strong, clawed hand wrapped around her fragile neck. "Why have you come?" Kagome shivered at the tone of his voice. Sensual and dangerous. Pure velvet.
"F-for--" Kagome gasped from lack of air. "For my... grand...father!"
"Kagome!" Her grandfather's worried voice resonated in the cellar's walls.
The demon beast chuckled softly, but it was void of any amusement. Cold as pure ice. "No, I think you've come to die."
Kagome frowned. It seemed like everyone was telling her that. A surge of rebellion rose within her, and she struggled against his hold. "Let--me go!"
Her grandfather called out her name again helplessly, banging against the bars impatiently. The prince, however, sneered and peered into her face devilishly.
--Then, he froze.
"Y...you!"
Kagome stared at him in paralyzed fear. He brought her closer...and closer... until his nose was buried into her neck. She squeaked in alarm. Her grandfather protested, but it was of no use. Kagome squeezed her eyes shut, and prepared herself for what was to come. Was he going to bite her? Was he--
....Sniffing her?
Kagome huffed indignantly. If not for her fear, she would've rolled her eyes and sighed in exasperation. Kouga had sniffed her earlier. What was it about her scent that amused them so? "Wh-what are you doing?"
He let her go abruptly, and she fell to the floor clumsily. Looking at her with cruel eyes, he growled, "I've waited five hundred years for you... miko."
Kagome gasped.
"Your grandfather," he spat, "will die."
"No!" Kagome cried out. "Please! I will do anything!"
He looked at her in cruel amusement. "Anything...?"
Worrying her lower lip with her small teeth, Kagome quickly thought of what to do. After grabbing her grandfather's hands quickly and giving it a reassuring squeeze, Kagome stood to her feet and glared at the prince indignantly. "I will take his place."
"No, Kagome!" Master Higurashi moaned.
"Take his place?" The youkai prince repeated in disbelief.
"If...If I take this place, you must promise to let him go. I will stay with you."
"Done," the prince answered swiftly, "but you must also assent to one.. more thing."
Kagome took in a deep breath, and nodded. Anything for her grandfather. He grinned, flashing immaculate white teeth and fangs at her. She bit back a horrified gasp.
"... You are to be my bride," he told her, "my... hime."
-~-
Kagome looked at him in surprise. Be his hime? Having no time to think it over, Kagome nodded briskly. "Anything, my lord. If, and only if you promise to release my grandfather." Then, she paused thoughtfully. "--And you have to provide him with a safe means of returning home."
"You have my word." He bowed to show his sincerity, and Kagome noticed how his tall, imposing form completely dwarfed the place. Then, straightening himself abruptly, he barked, "Kohaku!"
With a flick of his wrist, Kagome heard the cellar door open with a croak, and a young handsome boy came running in. The prince turned to the boy, and in a wavering second, she thought she saw a hint of fondness lurking in the amber depths of his eyes. "Unlock the cell, and bring the old man out."
Doing as he was bid, Kohaku took the key from the prince and unlocked the small door of Master Higurashi's cell. Kagome's grandfather emerged from the cell, deeply shaken and jarred. He turned weary eyes to Kagome, and silently pleaded with her. She smiled wanly at him in return, and gave him a comforting nod. Everything will be alright, her soft, gray eyes seemed to be saying. Kohaku looked sadly at the old man, and led him away.
"Goodbye jijii," Kagome whispered.
Her grandfather looked back at her sadly. "I will come back for you."
The prince snorted. "Better leave old man, or else I'll kill both of you."
Kagome flung herself at the prince, beating at his chest with her hands. "Don't talk to my grandfather that way!" With broken gasps, she didn't realize that Kohaku had hurriedly led the reluctant Master Higurashi away already. With a smirk, the demon gripped her flailing hands firmly. And harshly.
"And what will you," he spat, "do about it?"
She looked at him, her eyes burning with unshed tears. "...Nothing." She would be strong. She would not cry in front of him, and let him win over her so easily.
He laughed then. And Kagome decided in that instance that she hated him. "I'll do nothing. We had a deal. I am yours." Looking up at him defiantly, she showed him with her rebellious eyes that she was anything but his. "...My liege, Lord Inuyasha." Inuyasha threw back his head and laughed, the bitter sound coming out harsh and more like a bark. Kagome grimaced.
He brought a single, sharply clawed finger to her chin, and tilted it upwards. Bringing his face closer to hers so that they were scantily apart, he whispered, "you don't smell like my hime... but... I can feel her power within you." Then, trailing the long, lean, yet masculine finger down her neck, he fingered the golden thread that was wrapped around her neck. "Ah, the golden thread." Kagome's breath quickened, and she felt disgusted with herself for the way she was reacting to his touch. It was pure sin.
He looked at her, and smiled rakishly. "So you are of the Higurashi line," he murmured, bringing his face yet closer to hers. "Kikyo's... reincarnation." His face twisted into a malignant scowl. "I have waited too long."
--And with those words, he crushed her lips to his.

A/N ~ Um. ^_^ This is the part where I shamelessly ask for lots and lots of reviews. Instead, I'll just explain a few things down here. The characters will be human in this story (unlike Disney's Beauty and the Beast), and you can probably figure which character corresponds to which. (I.E, Kohaku will be like Chip, the cup. Shippou will appear later, and his character is not unlike the little dog that gets turned into a little furniture XD ) I hope you liked the first chapter, and see you next chapter!
.... And I promise you. Not A Kougome. (That's Basio Lupus, my other story). ^_^; Pure InuKag here. With a touch of MirSan! Sorry for the OOC-ness. Best I could do for an AU. *Sweatdrops* --Also, the second chapter will be arriving shortly and you'll have lots and lots of answers then! Now go and review! XD
