A/N: Well i thought to update like yesterday but i was doing things yesterday
and didnt have any time so now i am!! So thanks for all the reviews i really
appericate them!! Oh and please R&R to the fic called The Other Side cause
yeah its really good my friend wrote it and her sn here is Thursday Addams
you might know her as one of my reviewers and if you know me personaly

Demonic Darkness and Sarrow
He Returns
Last Time:
When the light disapated there stood Kagome looking totaly
different. She had pointed ears like Sesshomarus, long claws that
were painted blue with yellow specs on it. She had 2 lightning bolt
earrings in each ear. She had on black baggy pants that had a yellow
and blue eyed kitsune on it. She had on a yellow tank top that had
a blue kitsune with yellow eyes on it. She was 5'5" and her hair was
still black but had yellow and blue streaks shaped like lightning bolts
in it. Her eyes changed to a crimson red color and her body matured
a lot. And of course she had her twin katanas on both sides.
"Wow," was all Kagome said.
"You like it," Her mother figure said.
"I love it, thank you for telling and showing me," Kagome said and
ran over and hugged her.
"You're welcome," She said and hugged her back.
"Here is a rosary to keep in your demonic powers and looks,"
She said and handed her a necklace like Inuyasha but it was
yellow and the little things that looked like teeth were blue
and there was a lightning bolt that was yellow and blue swirled
in it.
"Its beautiful," Kagome said as she stared at it in awe.
"Im glad you like it," Her mother said.
"I hope you know that i still think of you as my mother,"
Kagome said.
"And i still think of you as my daughter," She said with a
smile and hugged her again.
As they broke the hug they heard a knock at the door and
opened it to see...
This Time:
A very bloody Inuyasha stagger through the doorway and make
his way over to Kagome.
"Ka-go-me," Inuyasha said looking at her and then falling to the floor
from all the blood loss.
"INUYASHA, hurry we need to help him," Kagome said running to his
side and helping him up.
"Yes, right," Kagome's mom said as she helped her daughter pick up
the wounded hanyou and put him over on the couch.
"We need first aid," Kagome said to her mother.
"Right," She said as she ran up the stairs and a few moments later
came back with it and handed it to Kagome.
"Thanks," pause, "We need to work fast," Kagome said getting out
the bandages.
"Yes," Kagome's mom said and helped her remove Inuyasha's top
and start to wrap his chest in bandages where the wound was.
"What do you think happened," Kagome's mom questioned.
"It must have been from when i attacked him," Kagome said
quietly so only a demon with sensitive hearing could her.
"What was that," Her mother said still wrapping his wounds.
"Nothing i dont know what happened," Kagome lied not telling
her what really happened.
"Okay, there we go," Kagome's mom said getting up and leaving
the room.
"Inuyasha," Kagome whispered and saw him stir in his sleep.
"Ka-Kagome," Inuyasha said opening up his amber eyes.
"Yeah, its me," Kagome said looking at him with her crimson red
eyes.
"What happened to you," Inuyasha said now realizing the changes.
"I found out that i am a demon," Kagome said looking away thinking
he would reject her because she was forbidden, but instead he sat up
and embraced her.
"Thats wonderful, i dont care that you are forbidden but you are a demon,"
Inuyasha said with happyness in his voice.
"You really mean it," Kagome said with disbelief in her voice.
"Yes, i truely mean it," Inuyasha said pulling her out of the embrace.
"Im glad, now you need to get rest," Kagome said laying him down and
getting up.
"Where are you going," Inuyasha asked with sadness in his voice that
she was leaving.
"Up to my room to sleep," Kagome said looking at him.
"But, i cant sleep knowing your not there close by," Inuyasha said
looking at her with his amber eyes.
"Fine ill sleep down here i just need to change and get a blanket and
pillow.
"Okay," Inuyasha said a little happier she was going to be near.
Kagome walked up the stairs and changed into some black baggy sleeping
pants and a plain long silver t-shirt with black trimming. She grabbed a
black blanket and red pillow and went down stairs to see Inuyasha sitting
up waiting for her.
"Lay down," Kagome commanded him. "You need your rest."
"I was waiting for you," Inuyasha said laying back down.
"Its okay i would have still came down," Kagome said throwing the pillow
down on the ground and laying down while pulling the covers up on her
and turned on her side.
"Kagome," Inuyasha said.
"Yes," Kagome answered.
"What happened after you and Miroku killed Naraku," Inuyasha questioned.
"You came out with Kikyo and you clawed my back, but its healed now,
and then Kikyo..... Kikyo killed Shippo and then thats when i couldnt take
it anymore, i killed her Inuyasha i almost killed you too cause you got in
the way protecting her," Kagome said with a few tears coming from her
eyes when all the memories came back and assulted her mind.
"Oh," Inuyasha said smelling the scent of salt.
"Dont cry Kagome," Inuyasha said with concern in his voice.
"My father used to say..... crying helps the body.... it eases the pain
and lets it out, he said that if i need to cry i should cause it helps," Kagome
said remembering her father and more tears trying to come out but she
held them back.
"Kagome, your father is right, my mother used to tell me that when i was
young," Inuyasha said tears stinging at his eyes.
"Its okay Kag, cry if you want," Inuyasha said turning around and looking
at her crimson eyes.
"Cry," Inuyasha said as he said that word Kagome flung at him and cried
her eyes out as she clung to Inuyasha as if he was her only life line left.
"Its okay," Inuyasha said stroking her hair.
"Thanks for being here Inu," Kagome said as she stoped crying and pulled
herself from Inuyasha's arms.
"Im glad your here Kagome," Inu said with a smile.
"Can i go up to my room to sleep," Kagome asked.
"Sure," Inuyasha said as he watched her pick up all her stuff and head up
the stairs.
"Goodnight Inuyasha," Kagome called down.
"Goodnight Kagome," Inuyasha replied.
~With Yusuke and the Others~
"WHAT DO YOU WANT TODDLER," Yusuke screamed coming through the
portal that Botan made for them.
"YUSUKE HAVE SOME MANNERS AND DONT CALL ME TODDLER," Koenma said.
"Well, why are we here, im gonna be late for another date with Keiko," Yusuke
said thinking of how mad she'll be and groaned.
"You're here for your new mission," Koenma said to his spirit detectives.
"And it is," Yusuke said trying to hurry things along.
"It is to go investigate a shrine that has had weird powers emitting from it,"
Koenma said.
"Thats it, well then im gone," Yusuke said heading over to the portal and went
through with Kurama and Kuwabara as Koenma asked Hiei to stay behind.
"Well since you have nothing better to do then you will check it out first, there
should be a young miko there by the name of Kagome, find her and bring her
back i need to talk to her and get Kurama to help you," Koenma said making
portal to the shrine and sending Hiei on his way.
~With Kagome~ Kagome's POV
'I feel something coming,' I thought ot myself as i felt an energy appear from
no where on the shrine grounds.
"Weird," I said out loud and looked out my window to see some small thing
with spikey hair come out of a portal and flip open this weird communtication
thing.
'I need to get a closer look,' I said to myself as i changed into my demon form
and masked my aura and jumped out the window into the god tree.
'Hopefully he didnt see me,' I said to myself as i settled on the lowest branch
but not to low so he would see me.
"Kurama," I heard him say it sounded more like a command to me. I looked
closer and saw my cousin on the screen.
'Kurama, why is he talking to him,' I asked myself and listened again.
"Kurama we are to find this Kagome girl and bring her to Koenma.
"Kagome, my cousin," Kurama said questionably.
"Yes, sure, just come," He commanded and closed the communication thing
i thought it was.
'What do they want with me,' i asked myself and felt a presence in my mind.
'To bring you to Koenma to talk,' the dude with the spikey hair said in my mind.
'Oh,' pause "WAIT WHO SAID I WOULD GO WITH YOU," I yelled out loud but
not noticing it till i had a cold blade up to my throat.
"You better watch your tone ningen," He commanded.
"And what if i dont," I asked but shouldnt have as i felt him push the blade
futher into my neck.
"Then if you dont i would have no choice then to cut off your head," He said
coldly.
"But you cant cause Kurama is my cousin and i have another demon friend in
my house right now and he would kill everyone if i were to end up dead," I said
with a smirk.
"HIEI, LET HER GO," Kurama instructed him.
'phew, im saved mental note thank kurama later,' i thought as he let the blade
go from my neck and sheath it and i felt myself slide down the tree and land on
my butt.
"Thanks Kurama," I said getting up and hugging him.
NORMAL POV
"Your welcome," Kurama said back.
"Well so Hiei i think was his name said that you wanted me to go with you to
see this Koenma guy," Kagome said.
"Yes, and yes that is his name, and Koenma is our boss," Kurama said.
"Well i have to go get someone to come with or else when he wakes up he
would destroy the city if i werent there," Kagome said walking over to the door.
"You wanna come in," Kagome asked.
"Sure, coming Hiei," Kurama said then asked.
"Hn," Hiei said as he followed Kurama into the house.
"Inuyasha, Inuyasha," Kagome whispered in his ear.
"Kagome," Inuyasha said in his sleep and grabbed her arms and pulled her into
a hug.
"Inuyasha," Kagome said, "Let go or ill say the S word."
"No no no no, dont say that word," Inuyasha said in his sleep and finally opened
up his amber eyes to stare into crimson red ones.
"Kagome, now that were in the light, what happened to you," Kurama questioned
looking at her demon form.
"Oh, ahehehe well i found out that i was a demon a lightning/water/ice kitsune,"
Kagome said looking at him.
"Oh..... forbidden," Kurama said looking at her.
"Yep, but i dont care, im who i am," Kagome said.
"Hmm Hiei is forbidden too," Kurama said not noticing what he said but did when
he heard a growl from Hiei.
"What kind," Kagome questioned now becoming interested in another forbidden.
"Fire/ice," Hiei said.
"Cool," Kagome said.
"Oh and before i forget this is Inuyasha, Inuyasha this is my cousin Kurama and
his frien Hiei," Kagome said introducing them.
"Hello."
"Hn."
"Feh."
"Okay," Kagome said looking at them weirdly.
"Kagome, why did you wake me up," Inuyasha said.
"Because were going with my cousin to see Koenma," Kagome said with a smile
and dragged Inuyasha through the portal that appeared after Kurama called Botan
to make them one.
A/M: Well i thought to stop there not much of a cliffy here but still..... i stopped
cause i have finger/knuckle cramps so i stopped here.... Long? yeah its long i hope
cause i spent awhile on this..... Please REVIEW and ill update if i get atleast 5
