Oh people you don't know how upset I am! My computer just crashed on me so now I'm working on an even OLDER one or so it seems! Actually I think it's a bit newer but it's slower and that's what counts. Life just * great * around here. This computer doesn't even have internet yet but it will soon. So just to let you all know...

I'm writing beside the glaring sunlight from the windows.

The privicy of my own bedroom

the annoying TV sounds and my brother.

The fact that I'm in the play room where I usually never am.

This computer keeps making annoying crackling sounds as it opens files and stuff like that!

AND my brother is learing over my shoulder every moment he possibly can!

If this update took too long I'm extremely sorry I still have to get use to this * new * computer. In about a week I hope to have everything back to normal! I'm not to hapy about this all my files on my computer where lost cuz' I was stupid enough not to have them backed up! Oh yea and the fact that my birthdays comin' up soon and I can't have a decent computer to work drives me insane.

I still feel guilty! I can't do anything now! I have to download MSN and AIM again and get my stories back on track. I just believe this is happening. I thought everything was going good! New IY episodes, Witct hunter robin! Getting good in school until this. This really is a stick in the mud...

Oh yea! I got I huge cold so I feel like crap not just because my computer broke!

"Inuyasha! Wake up it's morning!" Kagome whispered in my ear. I ignored her being perfectly fine remaining here; arms tightly around my mate close to my chest.

"Inuyasha let me go! I have to go home!" She hissed sharply.

"..."

Then something unespected. Something she hadn't said since we'd become mates.

"I'll say the 's' word!"

I could tell by the tone of voice she wasn't playing. Though I was. I rolled my head over to face her.

"No need for that!" I joked playfully.

"You're such a jerk!" She snapped.

"But I'm your jerk right?" I smirked cuddledly her. I stroke her hair back like my own doll and kiss her on the nose.

She sighed.

"Of course you're my jerk! But my jerk better let go of me so I can get up!" She tuged my arms off as I losened them.

"Sorry."

"It's okay I like it that way but when I start going to school again it's gonna be a pain waking you up to let go of me." She explained.

"You are home and you don't need school." I protested.

"True but I * do * need to finish school you know." She responded.

"Why? You're living here right?" I cocked.

"Eveturely I will be living here but the thing is one day before I die the shrine will be sold and and I won't be able to see my family. So if I finish school and get a job I bet I can keep the shrine." My mate explained.

"You're gonna keep the shrine for 500 years?" I questioned confused with Kagome's theories. Didn't she know that now the she was mated to a hanyou and she had a demon life span. The mark I put on her neck gave her that privilage.

"I won't be alive in 500 years!" She exclaimed whipping her head back at me.

"Yea you will. You live the same life span as me, a hanyou."

"I will? But how?"

"The mark I gave you to make us mates it give you the same life span as mime."

"I'm sorry kagome! You must hate me now since I'm maaking you live way past the time your family dies." I mumble feeling guilty. I lowered my head as my bangs covered my eye.

"No Inuyasha I'm not mad at you. It's perfectly fine. I'm just can't believe I'm living for another 500 years. I'll have to tell me fam -" Her voice ran dead cold.

"My family what are they gonna say when they find out I umm... did you know what with you! They don't understand mating! They'll want me to get married!" Ecxlaimed fright paraliyzing her face.

"Then explain it to them." I pointed out sharply.

"It's not that simple Inuyasha..."

"Of course it's not simple nothing ever is! They won't be mad at you! They love you! And plus if they are we can just pop down the well and never ome back!" I spat out frustrated at my mates worry.

"I can't leave them no matter what but I do have to tell them... Do I have to do it today?"

"Someday you will have to do it! I mean we wanna have umm... children," I gulped at the though * Kagome * baring my children. Just the though... Amaze me. Shivers of pleasure ran down my back.

"and you'll be pregnant. I don't think that'd be the best time to tell them..." I carried off.

"You're right one day I'm gonna have your children and I can't let this slide until that happens. I have to do it no matter how scared I am." Kagome said strongly. She was strong no matter how many times I called her weak before. She was strong in day or night, frightful or fearless that's the way it was. She is one of the strongest women I know.

"So are you gonna tell them today?" I asked kissing my mate on the cheek as she paces around the room. I pecking her here and there sweetly.

"We will but I need you to stop doing that! It's driving me crazy!" I smiled at the fact the she couldn't resist me. I could smell her emotions change much to my delight.

"Kagome are you coming or not!?!" I fumed at my mate's stupidity. She's gonna have to tell them sooner or later. Whether it's now or five years later. I would think they would be angrier if she told five years later. I mean there family and I can sense they love each other very much. I don't see why they would unhapy with their daughter/grand daughter/sister being happy. She is happy right?

"Sorry Inuyasha... It just I'm worried." Kagomes mumbled nevously.

"Don't be. I'm by your side the whole way." I whispered into her ear as I nipped gently with my canines. Shivers ran down my mates body as she look into my eyes again.

"Would you * stop * doing that!"

"Doing what!?!"

"Nuzzeling me like that! Especially in front of my famaily. I don't know what I'll do next time." She exclaimed turning slightly red in the face. I only smiled sheepishly and wrapped my arm around her waste as we leaped through time in a single bound.

"Inuyasha I hope they won't be mad at me..." She mutterred shyly. She leaned her calf on the well and dove down the well in my arms. As we flew through time Kagome's last register in my mind.

"If * you * don't stop I * will * nuzzel you then I'll see how you like it!" I barked. She let out a slight chuckle.

"Come on help me out of here." She cried as we hit the bottom of the well.

"Fine..." Kagome and I jump out of the well and walk towards the house on the dirt path with patches of grasse in blank spots.

"Kagome! You're back and with Inuyasha too!" Mrs Higurashi exclaimed suddenly eyeing Kagome and my hand wrapped around her waste. I quickly pull away and crossed my arms and huffed.

"Hey mom!" Kagome cried running over hugging her mom over excited.

"It's nice too see you sweety! It's nice to see you too Inuyasha." She said formily.

"Feh!"

The moron Kagome called her Grampa came running out with arms full of paper scrolls.

SMACK!

"What the hell!" I fumed peeling off a piece of fony paper.

"Who the hell do you think you are sticken these things on me!" I barked in the fugies face.

"DEEEEEEEEEEmOn!" She moron shouted.

"Grampa!" Kagome and Mrs Higurashi exclaimed in unison. I looked to my side at Kagome who slap her hand to her face in exasperation. She leaned over to my ear.

"Imagine what's he's gonna do when I'm pregnant." She whispered groaning. My face went blank at the thought. I can just imagine the bafoon with a broom chasing me around the house... Oh boy...

"Come on Kagome! I need some help in the kitchen. I would really apriciate if you could give a hand!" Mrs Higurashi questioned taking Kagome's hands.

"Alright Mom." She sighed know this was going to be more than a 'baking' trip. I watch as the women walked into the house towards the kitchen.

"You better not follow them!" Kagome's Grampa fumed.

"Whatever!" I sighed smacking the man on the head for payback.

"Inuyasha you get back here!" The old man called as I walked towards the house through the door.

"So Kagome," I hear breifly almost turning the corner across the doorway of the kitchen where my mate and her mother are speaking. I slide down the wall at the edge of the doorway interested in what they would speak about. What would my mate say? How would she explain?

"Inuyasha and you seem to be a lot closer nowadays. Usually you to are bickering non-stop but today he's different.

"..."

I had a feeling if I could see Kagome's face that it would be bright as a cherry with fire cracker bursting out of it.

"What is it Kagome? Is something wrong?" He mother cocked soothingly.

"Mom...

me and Inuyasha are umm..." Kagome stubbled. Oh gods at time like this was no time for her to get her toung tyed.

"Kagome don't be embarassed. I trust you to choose your own destiny and what ever happened between you and Inuyasha it seems for the good of it. If you don't want to tell right now that's okay!" Kagome's Mom comforted kindly. She wrapped her arm around her daughter and my mate.

"Mom.. me and Inuyasha are mates..." Kagome replied blankly as the world aroud us seem to freeze with shock. The silence caused shivers to run down my spine.

"Ma - Mate?" Mrs Higurashi repeated.

"Umm.. yea..."Kagome mumbled shifting her body uncomfortably in her mothers arms.

"Kagome...?"

"Yes..."

"Can I speak to Inuyasha for a minute."

"Yes mother."

She walked towards the doorway of the kitchen as I looked around frantically to find somewhere to hide.

Too late!

"Inuyasha...?"

A stream of anger ripped through her body.

"Don't - -!"

"SHUT UP! SIT!"

"Kagome...?" Mrs Higurashi peered through the doorway to see Kagome standing tall over me exhaust flaming from her ear as I just lay face first on the ground eating dirt.

"Sorry mom but * INUYASHA* doesn't seem to understand the word *PRIVICY*!" She explained exagerating the words as she went on.

"I see..." Replied Mrs Higurashi a little startled by our interaction to each other.

"As you probably know from your eaves dropping Inuyasha, I would like to see you in my bedroom emmidialty." Kagome mother scolded. Kagome crossed her arms and nodded.

I pull myself up as my furious mate eyes my form. I follow my mate's mother up the stairs. As she shuts the door behing her. She sat on her bed rubbing her temples in pure frustration.

"Umm... may I say something..." I protested trying to make everything turn out okay between Kagome and her mother.

"Inuyasha! Don't get me wrong I'm not mad at you or my daughter!"

"I knew someday this would come but I didn't think it would come so soon." She exclaimed looking up at me.

"You did...?" I mumurred.

"Yes Inuyasha I did."

"I sorry Mrs Higurashi I should have asked you first..." I mumbled.

"It's okay dear. It's not like you can rewind time. But before I'm completely okay with this I need to ask you a few simple questions, Is that okay with you?" She exclaimed changing her sweet voice into a serious one.

"Hmmm..."

"Do you love my daughter?"

"Yes."

"Will you be with her till her dying day?"

"Yes."

"Will you stay with her even if that Kikyo woman comes back?"

"Yes."

"Will you protect Kagome no matter what?"

"Yes."

"Would you kill that Kikyo woman just to be with Kagome?"

"...umm..."

"Inuyasha would you?" She presumed.

"I couldn't. I couldn't kill the Kikyo I knew. I may love Kagome and when it comes down to it I will want Kikyo to have a chance to live. I couldn't kill Kikyo. No questions. She is the reason Kagome and I are what we today..." I explained looking down at my feet as I sat down on the chair behind me.

"I see."

"I wouldn't and will not kill the woman that brought us togethe if she came back. The woman Kikyo was before I met Kagome was pure hearted and kind. After I met Kagome, Kikyo was not the Kikyo I knew. She was the Kikyo that hatred was the only emotion that mattered. Though now she is Kikyo, the old Kikyo that I cared for. She would threaten Kagome's life ever. But if the other Kikyo ever comes back I don't know what I'd do if she indangered Kagome, my mate..." I said slightly raising my head so you could just see under my nose.

"Thank you Inuyasha. I know you'll be a great 'mate' but could you explain how exactly did you become mates?" She questioned smile glowing.

"...."

"Yes?"

My cheeks flush burgendy as I slightly smiled sheepishly trying to hind the facts.

"Oh...," She chuckled "I'd rather not have you explain then! Better for you and me!"

Good she wasn't mad! Now that she knows everything that happened she will be perfect no matter what anyone says.

No matter what anyone does.

We are mates forever.

"Kagome aren't you being a little harsh on Inuyasha?" Sota questioned timidly.

"Nope!"

"You to are his mate! You at least let him in!" Sota protested.

"Just cuz' he's my mate doesn't mean I always have to let him get away with everything! He still gets in trouble if he's a bad dog!" She smirked raising her chin in the air proud.

"Uh... sis?" Sota cocked playfully bouncing on the bed slightly.

"Yea?" She replied writing some over due homework even though it was pointless to even try to catch up.

"When are you and Inuyasha gonna have kids?" He questioned.

"SOTA!" My mate exclaimed half anger and half shock.

"What I wanna be an uncle! You're are gonna get pregnant soon right?"

"NO! How old do you think I am!" Soat shrugged his shoulders.

"Err... I'M ONLY 17!" Kagome fumed knocking sota of the bed tumbling with Buyo to the ground beside her bed.

"From the looks at it! You already have mood swings and you're not even pregnant!" Sota called racing out the door holding Buyo in his arms. I chuckled slightly not wanting to blow my cover. I leaned closer to the corner to the window hearing every word the humans inside were saying.

"Soon Kagome we will have children Kagome... When were both ready." I sighed to myself. Just the thought of Kagome and I having children together made my heart feel funnier than it ever felt before.

WAM!

The window slashes opens.

"Inuyasha...?"

"Err.. sorry Kagome I swear I wasn't eaves dropping!" I quickly protested not wanting anymore shit form my mate.

"Fine I'll make it easy. I'll give you one punishment!" My mate explained a smile plastered across her face.

"What's that?" I asked raising my eyebrow playfully. Her grin grew taller and wider.

...

"SIT!"

WAM!

I smack into the roof.

WAM!

Face first into the ground.

Grrr... one sit did twice as much damage how is that fair?

Well at leat she didn't do it again!

"SIT!"

I spoke to soon!

WAM!

She climbs out of the window as I slowly prive my body of the ground.

"I said sorry!" I complained dusting off my red pants. She hops down from the roof.

"I know you are but you were still a bad puppy!" She giggled wrapping her arms around my neck.

"For the last time I'm not a puppy! I'm a D-O-G D-E-M-O-N!" I snarled harmlessly.

"Fine a dog demon..."She smile.

"puppy!"

I roll my eye in defeat.

I wrap my arms around Kagome's waste as I swing her a bit then kiss her gently on her forhead.

"That should have been on my lips!" She whined.

"I have something better than a kiss on the lips!" I smirked.

"What!?!" My mate squeaked playfully.

"You'll see just promiss will be back home in the fedural era before sunset."

"I promiss." She whimpered nuzzeling her head into my chest as I hold my mate tightly.

The sun brakes below the mountain peeks as my mate smiles sweetly at me and kisses me on my nose.

"I told you it was worth coming here." I smirked as she cudled closer than me.

"You're absolutely right. It's... breath taking," She exclaimed while I wrap my arm around Kagome's waste. "and so are you." She smirked playfully as blush creeps up my cheeks.

"You're absolutely cute too!" She exclaimed poking the tint on my face.

"Am not!"

"Are too!"

"No!"

"Yes!"

I sighed at my mate's stubborness.

Silence blankets us as we stare in each other's eyes.

...

"Kagome! Inuyasha!" The kitsune called. Startling us as we whip our head back towards the group nearing us. A pregnant exterminator, a teenage kitsune, a perverted husband and a cat demon.

"Uh... hiya guys!" Kagome exclaimed sheepishly. All I could do is stare wide-eyed and wait as the blush apearred on my face.

"What you doing?" Sango chirped rubbing her large stomach.

"Oh... umm..." I stumbled.

"Inuyasha brought me out there to watch the sunset." Kagome explained sweetly.

"Maybe the old dog can learn a new trick." Smirked Sango as Miroku's hand started to wander. I growled slightly at the insult.

"HENTIA! Inuyasha may have changed but Miroku is the exact same no matter what!" Hissed Sango whacking her husband on the head.

"You're my wife and your carrying my baby! Shouldn't I be able to put my hands where I want on my wife." Snickered Miroku patheticly.

"NO! The wife should have an imput were her husbands hands are placed! Plus there's a time and place for *EVERYTHING*" She snapped. My mate cuckled slightly as I let out a small grin of pleasure. My mate was happy. Her friends were happy everything seemed perfect at the moment. When trouble times arrise moments like these calm your soul.

As laim as I sound.

And how true it was that I would never admit this to anyone.

As long as my friends were happy.

Kagome was happy.

Everything seemed peaceful.

And we were all together. To me it was paridise.

I stared into the mountain side as my friends and my mate left.

"Inuyasha you coming!?!" Kagome called from the distance.

"Uh huh just one minute!" I replied as she nodded okay. I could see in her eyes she was wondering what I was thinking. I could also see in her eyes that she wanted my hand around her waste like it's rightful place. I loved her as she loved me back. Not an ordinary love a love that had no explanation...
