Kagome Jackson walked from her house to school. She was fifteen years old and lived in Tokyo, Japan. Kagome goes to West Brooke High school. She is not popular, in fact many kids tease her, calling her I geek or a dork. That was until she started dating Inuyasha Himes. He was new at the school but fell right in love with Kagome. They started dating and everyone thought they would be together forever. The perfect couple, some would say.

But as time went on Inuyasha's popularity grew. Soon him and Kagome started drifting apart…well…more like he drifted away. People put pressure on him to get rid of Kagome. One day he finally cracked. One morning Inuyasha walked into homeroom and saw Kagome sitting in her desk. He felt sorry for what he was about to do. But what choice did he have? “Listen Kagome can we talk?” “Sure no problem. There is something I have to tell you to, but you can go first.” By now everyone was watching the soon to be ex-couple. “Kagome I'm sorry but we are through. I don't want to date a loser anymore so do me a favor and stay the hell out of my way.” A single tear slid down Kagome's cheek. “No problem Inuyasha.” Kagome stood up and walked away. Inuyasha felt his heart stop.

The next day Inuyasha walked into homeroom and noticed Kagome wasn't there. Inuyasha walked up to Sango. Sango was a popular girl but she really liked Kagome. “Sango where's Kagome?” “Why the hell do you care?” “Just tell me.” “Well she said she was going to tell you yesterday but I guess she didn't get the chance. Her dad wanted to spend time with her so she was forced to move to America.” “She…she…What?” “you heard me. Now if you'll excuse me class is going to be starting.” “I didn't even get to say goodbye.”

 

1 year later in New York City…

 

“Kags are you sure you cant come” “Yes I'm sure.” “But the rave isn't going to be as fun without you.” “Sorry Elle but I can't” “Elle is right you should come.” “Ryo you know I can't” “Come on Gome.” “Ok how about I try and sneak out, but I'm not making any promises.” “Ok deal..”said Haru.

When Kagome got home she went to unlock the door but it was already open. Kagome slowly walked in. she was hit from behind, all she saw was s dark figure before blacking out.

When Kagome woke up she was chained up in a dark, damp room. “Well little sleeping beauty is awake now.” “Who is there?” “I'm not going to tell you my name or even show you my face. But I am going to kill your dear daddy right in front of you.” “Why are you doing this?” “I'm doing this to make you pay Winged Goddess.” “What? Who?” There was another sound and a person placed my dad right in front of me. Then a gun was brought to his head. “Kagome you have to promise to get out of here.” “I promise daddy.” Then a shot echoed through the room. Blood squirted onto Kagome's face. “oh god daddy. No please god no!” Kagome was then knocked out again.

Kagome slowly opened her eyes. There was six people dressed weird standing over her. “Who are you?” “We are the Gods of Elements and we're here to tell you about your destiny.”
