Next day…

 

“So Kagome how was your first day back?” asked Yumi. (don't know Kagome's moms name)

“It was good mom. I really missed Sango and Miroku.” answered Kagome.

“What about Inuyasha?”asked Yumi.

“What about him? He's an even bigger asshole than before.”said Kagome.

“You can't mean that you guys were so cute together. Maybe you should try and work things out with him. You never know he might have changed.” said Yumi.

“Yeah right, not when he spent all day calling me a whore and a slut.”said Kagome.

“Don't use language like that in my house.”exclaimed Yumi.

“Whatever!”shouted Kagome as she left for school.

 

At school…

 

“Hey.”called Sango as her and Miroku walked up to Kagome's locker.

“Hello to you to.”answered Kagome.

“So did you get that problem taken care of?”asked Miroku.

“Yeah, for now but later it's going to be a pain in my ass again.”said Kagome.

“Huh?” asked Miroku.

“Well he's…well their all problems that never seem to go away no matter how much I threatened them.” said Kagome.

“Sounds like your having a little trouble.” commented Sango.

“No, I'm having a lot of trouble I just don't know how they can even think I could do it.” exclaimed Kagome.

“Have you do what?”asked Miroku.

“Nothing, nevermind lets get to class.” answered Kagome.

“Kagome why can't you talk to us anymore?” questioned Sango.

“I just don't want you to get hurt alright.” said Kagome.

“I'm sorry…well anyway you want to hang out after school?” asked Sango.

“Sorry cant I have something to do.”answered Kagome.

“Yeah seems to be a pattern these days.” muttered Sango.

“Believe me I would totally rather hang out with you guys, but I can't.”said Kagome.

“Sure I bet.” hissed Sango.

“What the hell is your problem? Just because my world doesn't revole around you guys anymore doesn't mean you have to be such a bitch.” said Kagome.

“What the hell did you just call me?”yelled Sango.

“Now ladies no need to fight.”said Miroku.

“Screw you both!”yelled Kagome as she stomped away.

“Right back at you!” yelled Sango as she walked away, leaving Miroku standing with a confused look on his face.

“What did I do?”Miroku asked the air.

 

Later in music class…

 

“Ok people calm down. Today we are going to stop assigning parts for the musical that were are having in 2 months, so we must get started right away.”said Mrs. Foster.

“I want to have the lead.”said Kikyo happily.

“That will all depend on your voice.”said Mrs. Foster.

“But I always get the lead in the school plays.”whined Kikyo.

“This is a musical not a play if you don't have the right voice you wont get the part.”answered Mrs. Foster.

“Whatever.”exclaimed Kikyo.

“Ok lets start with you then.”said Mrs. Foster.

“Fine I'll show you.”said Kikyo as she walked to the front of the room.

She began singing Kelly Clarson's Addicted in a very high shrill voice.

It's like you're a drug

It's like you're a demon I can't face down

It's like I'm stuck

It's like I'm running from you all the time

“Ok Miss Megumi you can sit down now.”said Mrs. Foster.

“So I got the part right?”asked Kikyo.

“Well…I don't know how to tell you this but…”stuttered Mrs.Foster.

“YOU SUCK!” someone from the back of the room screamed. Causing the whole class to break into laughter.

“Who said that?”yelled Kikyo in question.

“Me.” Said Kagome as she walked to the front of the room(Kagome didn't do it she's just taking the rap for the random no named person who did. Plus she gets to piss Kikyo off!)

“I should have know it was you.”hissed Kikyo.

“Yep, it was but what are you going to do?”asked Kagome.

“Your just jealous of me!”exclaimed Kikyo.

“What's there to be jealous of?” questioned Kagome.

“If you think your so much better you sing.”dared Kikyo.

“Fine.”answered as she grabbed the mike from Kikyo and began to sing.

She started to sing Kelly Clarkson's Behind These Hazel Eyes.

Seems like just yesterday

You were a part of me

I used to stand so tall

I used to be so strong

Your arms around me tight

Everything it felt so right

Unbreakable like nothing could go wrong

The people in the class stared at her in awe. Who knew she could sing that well.

Now I can't breathe

No I can't sleep

Applause broke out as soon as she finished.

“Well I think we found our star. Great job.”said Mrs. Foster.

“WHAT?”yelled Kikyo.

“I think you should sit down Miss Megumi, unless you wish to go to the principles office.”offered Mrs. Foster.

Kagome also walked to the back of the room and took her sit next to Sesshomaru.

“Good job Gome.” said Sesshomaru.

“Thanks Sesshy.”said Kagome.

“So is he coming after school?”asked Sesshy.

“Yeah, they said I need to work on my wind powers more. But I say screw them I'm ready to get this over with.”said Kagome.

“Kagome you do know that you may not live through this war?”asked Sesshy.

“I know and I'm not on a suicide mission, I don't want to die. I just want it to be over with so things can go back to normal.”said Kagome.

“You know that you will never be normal again. In fact you have always been different, you just didn't know how different.”said Sesshomaru.

“Yeah I know, but this whole thing is getting in the way of my life. I got into a fight with Sango today because I couldn't tell her what was going on I just don't know what to do.”sighed Kagome.

“All your answers will be revealed soon Gome.”said Sesshy.

“Oh, don't dare even start that prophecy shit. If you start to talk like those fucking Gods I swear on all the other Gods I'll kick your ass. And that's a promise not a threat.”exclaimed Kagome.

“I like to see you try. Is it going to be kinky?” asked Sesshy.

“Why you perverted dog. Someone should put you down and give the rest of us some peace.”said Kagome.

“You know you don't mean that.”said Sesshy.

“Sure I did. You're just too narcissistic to see it.” said Kagome.

“I am not narcissistic I'm just very proud.”said Sesshomaru.

“Your just a very big pain in my ass, that's what you are.”joked Kagome.

“Excuse me we're looking for the music room.” said a voice from the doorway.

All eyes turned to see the three new comers.

“What the hell are you guys doing here?” questioned Kagome as she walked up to….
