Hey there! Are all of my readers old and gray yet? Cuz that's what I was going for and if you're not then that just means that I'll have to wait longer until I update next time LOL. Just kidding. Srry for taking so long but I am now officially back on the story and I might even be coming out with a new one soon. NE wayz here is the next chapter. Oh and thank you all who reviewed. To answer a question, yes this will be a student teacher relationship but if you think about it, it's not that different from when she normally gets together with him cuz he's always so much older than her and so now he just has a job. Strange thinking of Sesshoumaru as a teacher isn't it? Anywayz if you like sess/kag pairings you should check out Kagome! Where are you? It is an AWESOME fic. On NOW here's the chapter.

The rest of the day went on without incident. She had a good laugh when Inuyasha started jumping up on his desk, screaming about spiders. It seem she had found his phobia. The whole class found this quite funny to see their teacher jumping on his desk, and screaming about how the spiders had come to eat him, so they got a good laugh out of it. Naraku on the other hand, looked just plain evil. He had a wicked gleam in his red eyes when she walked in, and his gaze almost never left her the entire class period. Normally she didn't mind if people starred, she would just glare at them and then they would stop. But after glaring for 15 minutes straight, she started to feel the eye strain. She then tried to find his phobia but he just basically opened up his arms in his mind and gave her a free shot, which was most unusual. Most people tried to fight her to keep her out of their mind but it seemed like he didn't care. When she had looked through his mind she, strangely, found nothing that he was afraid of. Nothing that would make him freak out if he saw it. She found this very curious. Most people had at least one thing, no matter how subtle they were afraid of it, they WERE afraid of it. This was not so in Naraku. She would definitely have to look into this.

It was lunch time now and Kagome was looking for a place to sit. She saw a table under a large tree on the side of the courtyard. She went over there, sat down, and started getting out her lunch. Suddenly, an apple came flying out of nowhere. She caught it with her left hand without looking up from her lunch. She glanced at the apple then looked to the right from where it had come from. She saw a group of girls standing there. They were your normal group of preppie, rich, stuck up snobs that always accompanied schools like this. They where a group of 9, 6 youkai and 3 human. They started marching over towards Kagome with their noses stuck up in the air like they thought they where better than everybody else, which they probably thought they were. So over they marched all hoity toitty. One girl, a red headed youkai, obviously the leader, stepped in front of Kagome and looked down her nose at her.

"Just who do you think you are?" she asked in a voice that clearly said `tell me or else I'll make your life a pain'. Kagome looked up at her, took a big bite out of the apple that they had thrown at her, looked back down at her lunch, took another bite and didn't say anything. This enraged the girl. She snatched the apple out of Kagome's hand and threw it over her shoulder without looking to see where it went, it ended up hitting some guy in the head. (LOL!)

"You little SHIT do you know who I am? I am the richest and most beautiful girl here! You can't just ignore me!!" she screamed at Kagome, which caused more than a few turned heads but this was normal enough here. The leader of the group, Kaltina, would always single someone out at the beginning of the year and then torment that person for the rest of the year.

Kagome looked up at her and finally spoke with a voice that could have froze fire and could make the strongest, most feared demon turn and run, which it had on more than one occasion.

"One, you are hardly the most beautiful, your arrogance makes you repulsive. Two, if I can't ignore you then what did I just do? Hmm?"

"You bitch! I can't believe that you said that!" With a pissed off yell Kaltina jumped over the table and tried to tackle Kagome but Kagome was expecting this. So she just flipped her over her shoulders and into the tree behind her. Kaltina, being a demon, was able to use the tree for leverage and leapt back at Kagome. Kagome ducked to the right just in time to miss being impaled by claws that were 3 inches long and growing. She looked back and saw that Kaltina's eye's were bleeding red with her fury. Kagome got up from her seat and turned to face her with an emotionless mask on. She crouched into a fighting stance getting ready for the next attack, but before it could go any further Miroku walked out and placed an ofuda(AN: I have no idea how to spell that but it's one of those scroll thingys) on Kaltina making her immobile. He got out another one in case he had to put one on Kagome as well though he highly doubted that it would hold her, considering how strong she was but there was no need as Kagome got out of her crouch and stood up, brushing off her pants.

"Fighting in this school is prohibited, Kagome, but seeing as how it is your first day and you were obviously defending yourself you will not get in trouble. You will get off with just a warning. You, on the other hand Kaltina, know that it is not allowed and you have numerous other altercations that are on record."

Miroku then walked over and took the scroll off of Kaltina making her free again. During this time she had cooled off enough to be able to control her transformation. "Follow me now ms. Kaltina, we are headed to the principal's office." He then walked off leading a pissed off looking demon that dearly wanted to rip the head off of a fellow student.

Kaltina's posse, seeing her being lead away, dispersed to their own little table. They had no inclination to fight Kagome, they had just followed their leader. They knew the consequences of not obeying Kaltina. One girl had decided that she had had enough and told Kaltina that straight out. The girl ended up being placed in a mental institution and was still there to this day.

Kagome went back to eating her lunch. Ten minutes later the bell rang signaling the end of the 25 minute lunch break. Kagome looked at her schedule, her next class was weapons with Sango Taijiya. `Hmm...should be interesting. I wonder how many different weapons they have.'

Kagome walked down the hall looking for the earlier said class. She found it and walked in just as the tardy bell rang. It looked like they were in some sort of gym or dojo that was quite large.

Along two walls there were many different weapons to choose from such as glaives, swords, both short and long, bow and arrows, scythes, sais (I think that's what their called) and many others. Kagome looked around in something akin to impressed. This was the first time that she had seen a school with such extensive weaponry.

"Okay class, settle down." Someone yelled to the talking group. They immediately stopped talking and looked over. Kagome was then able to see the teacher. Sh had long black hair that was up in a high ponytail and had brown eyes with pink eyeshadow. She was wearing a loose fighting outfit that allowed easy movement.

"Today, we're going to pair up and work on our hand-to-hand combat. Everybody get with your assigned partner and begin. Fight fair and no serious injuries, Rei!" Here she looked pointedly at a guy that had bright red hair and red eyes. "Kagome, Aki, come with me please." She started to walk to a deserted corner of the gym. "Kagome, Aki is one of the best fighters in the student body and so I would like him to place you. Just give him your all and then he'll decide what group you need to be in." With that she walked away to go and correct a stance of one of the other students.

"Hello, my names Aki, as you already know. It's nice to meet you." The boy said while settling into a crouching stance. She had to admit, he was kind of cute. He had short spiky black hair with green streaks in it and icy blue eyes. He was about 6 ft. tall and had a slim, not skinny for there were some muscles there, build.

`It looks like he'll be a good warm-up' she thought as she tensed her muscles getting ready to block the punch he was bound to send. But, low-and-behold, he didn't do what she had been expecting him to do. Instead, he was waiting for her to make the first move. `Strange.' she thought before she complied with his wishes and sent a kick to his stomach. Just before it hit though he twisted to the right and grabbed her foot getting ready to twist her around. Normally when someone twists one of your feet you fall but Kagome caught herself and used the foot that he had as leverage to send a kick to his face. He bent backwards but in the process dropped her foot, she quickly swept it around to trip him but he back hand sprung out of the way. Kagome stopped a second to see what Aki would do next. She didn't have to wait long. He sent a roundhouse kick to her face but she blocked and quickly threw a punch to the side of his head. It just barley grazed his head. And she had threw that one as a knock-out punch! Well surprise surprise, it seems he does have some skill after all. After about 4 more minutes of fighting Aki called time out. It seems neither had lost but neither were showing their full power either. "Ms. Taijia, Kagome is in the same group as me." He told the teacher when she came over.

"Well, that's very impressive Kagome. Not many can keep up with Aki here." At this point she grinned "I trained him myself." she said in a `whisper' to Kagome fully knowing Aki could hear. "I'm the only reason he's so good."

"Hey! That's not true!" he said pretending to be angry

"Sure, sure it's not. Class is dismissed!" she yelled over the fighting students. I expect to see some improvement tomorrow. See you next class." She said over the din of students grabbing their stuff and leaving. Kagome walked out and headed to her next class.

"Hey, wait up!" Somebody that sounded remarkable like Aki shouted. She just kept on walking assuming it wasn't her he was yelling to. Suddenly he jogged up.

"Hey didn't you hear me calling?" he asked.

"Yeah, I heard but I assumed you weren't talking to me." She said with cold indifference.

"Well, I was wondering what class you have next." he said slowing to a walk beside her while watching the students gape in awe of not being punched and dismissed by being so close and talking to the new girl, Kagome. They walked down the hall through the parted students.

"I have science with Kouga." She said after glancing at her list.

"Cool. I have the same class. I'll walk you." (They've gotten their books in this time)

"Fine" she said with boredom like she didn't really give a crap. Which she didn't. "although afterwards you'll most likely be the most rumored about guy in school."

"Aw, I don't mind them. They'll talk about anyone if they get the chance."

They walked to class and found seats. Aki ended up sitting beside Kagome causing even more rumors to start. The class was still talking when Kouga walked in.
