Double Trouble

Summary: Inuyasha finds out that he has a long lost twin sister. Inuyasha can not believe that she is his sister. As if Inuyasha wasn't enough trouble. Now there are two of them.

 

Chapter 2: The Hanyou Once Lost, Now Found

 

Kagome woke up the next morning to find Inuyasha hovering over her. “What do you think you are doing,” she said in an annoyed way. She had a wonderful dream and waking up to find him had ruined her happy thoughts. Inuyasha had mumbled something about going to find food for their travels so she got up and stretched.

 

Sango and Miroku were awake. Well, actually Sango was awake with her Hiraikotsu I her hand and Miroku was lying unconscious on the floor. Shippou had gone out with Kaede to collect some herbs.

 

When Inuyasha got back, they headed to the next town in search of the jewel shards.

 

~*~The Next Town~*~

 

The gang had walked into the town and several people surrounded them. “What seems to be the problem?” asked Miroku putting on an innocent grin.

 

“This demon standing next to you has been stealing our food!” shouted a nearby villager.

 

“But we haven't ever been to this village before,” replied Sango.

 

“If you think it is me than I will find this thief to clear my name,” said Inuyasha.

 

“I guess we'll be camping out again,” sighed Kagome. They all headed to the edge of the forest to set up camp.

 

“Hey Inuyasha,” said the little kitsune, “If you've never been in this town, then who looks like you enough to steal your identity?”

 

“I have no idea, but if its Naraku, I'll kill him,” Inuyasha replied usually calm.

 

“but Inuyasha,” said Miroku, “ why would Naraku make a whole village turn on you? What would be the point?”

 

“I don't know but whoever is doing this is gonna pay,” he said wondering about who it could be.

 

~*~ That Night ~*~

 

Something was moving swiftly through the village. To the villagers, it looked like a red blur.

 

“Somebody else is here,” he said as his ear perked up. Kagome grabbed her bow and arrows, Miroku grabbed his staff, and Sango grabbed her Hiraikotsu and jumped on Kirara. Shippou had hopped onto him adopted mother's back.

 

Before any of them got out of the forest, a figure landed before them. They could see the person in the fire light. It was a girl with a haori on that looked just like Inuyasha's ,but was a tight fitting dress that showed all her curves. She had slivery white hair tied in a high ponytail and dog ears on top of her head. Her eyes were golden and beautiful.

 

“Who are you?” questioned Kagome. Everybody kept looking at Inuyasha and this mysterious stranger.

 

“I am Inutasha, the beautiful offspring of Inutaisho,” she replied.

 

“How can that be?” asked Inuyasha, “ that means you're my sister,” he said. She had to be younger than him for him never to see her.

 

“How old are you?” Inuyasha asked not believing her one bit.

 

“Same age as you because we're twins” she said feeling proud.
