He wasn't supposed to be chasing after a girl, a human girl no less. He pictured the girl in his mind and sighed. In his mind's eye he saw the dark haired beauty. He saw her blue eyes; her long legs. Legs he could picture wrapped around his waist. His eyes snapped open and he shook his head slightly. Of all the women in the feudal era, did it have to be that one? A girl who didn't even belong in the feudal era. He sighed and stared up at the stars.

Careful not to wake the others as she passed through the clearing towards the demonic aura coming from the small river nearby. She knew that aura belonged to Sesshomaru. Once she was past the campsite she quit trying to sneak. Chances were Sesshomaru knew she was heading in his direction already. She stopped twice to check behind her to make sure none of the others were following her. They weren't; they were still sound asleep. Once she got to the river she followed it upstream trying to find the waterfall she could hear in the distance.
From his vantage point on the rocks at the top of the small waterfall he watched the human girl enter the clearing and look around. He raised eyebrows slightly as she took off her clothes and stepped into the water. Surely she could sense him. He continued to watch her naked body glide through the water at the bottom of the waterfall. As he watched her his tongue snaked out and licked his suddenly dry lips. He silently wondered if she knew what she was starting.
She knew he was watching and quite frankly, she wanted him to look. Sure Inuyasha was cute but compared to his half-brother, he was nothing.
