Summary : its the last battle with Naraku and things arent looking good for InuYasha and Kagome. She finally decides to do what she believes is best for everyone, but what is best for everyone isnt best for her.
Rated :PG-13 for death , love and tragedy

InuYasha staggered back tears filling his eyes
noone had ever seen him cry until today
Sango was slowly dying from her wounds, Naraku had peirced through her abdomon and Kagome had tried her best to fix her up during the battle. Miroku's wind tunnel was gone yes, but so was he. He used the same curse Naraku put on him against him. Naraku's peices was sucked up but so was he. Miroku was gone. Kirara was dead, the poor thing tried to save Kagome from falling to a most painful death upon jagged rocks but in saving her, she died. Kohaku never even had a chance.
Kaugra was part of Naraku so when he went so did she. along with konna and all of his other incarnations.
And Kagome , poor poor Kagome she had it worst of all.

~FlashBack
"INUYASHA GET OUT OF THE WAY!!!!" Kagome said screaming as InuYasha moved out of Naraku;s grasp
"Kagome get on my back!"
she climbed on he took her to higher ground
"Shippoe stay with Kagome!"
"All right!" he said climbing onto her shoulder
InuYasha jumped back down to the fight
"NARAKU YOUR GONNA PAY!!!!" he said slashing the half demon with the Tetsusaiga.
Miroku was busy sucking up the Sanyosho
Sango was on Kirara's back readying with the Hiraikotsu
InuYasha was hit
"INUYASHAAAAAA!!!!" Kagome screamed once again
she readied a sacred arrow
"DIE YOU BASTARD!!!!" her use of language shocked the others
she fired hitting the shard on him
"Good job Kagome!!" Sango jeered
'I have to get down there I might not be of to much use but atleast I can help!!!' Kagome reasoned
she dove down landing smoothly on the rocks
Naraku aimend for her
"KAGOME!!!!!" InuYasha hollerd
he jumped ver to her grabbing her up
he got her to higher ground again
"Kagome dont be so reckless you could get hurt!!"
"Sorry InuYasha"
he kissed her lightly then jumped back to the fight
Sango fired the Hiraikotsu at Naraku hitting him in the chest knocking him down
InuYasha was going to deliver the final blow
"TETSUSAIGA!!!" he scremed as he delivered what was suposed to be the final blow
everything had calmed down for a moment InuYasha thought it would be ok to get Kagome down form the ledge
"We did it we actually won!!!" Kagome jeered
she ran over to Sango to give her medical needs
She patched up her wounds
Sango was dying everyone knew this
"Kagome forget me Im dying just let me ok"
"Sango ...I cant your my best ..friend...I cant!!!" Kagome began sobbing
Sango muttered her last words
"Dont forget me ...and Dont look back ..and dont cry over this!! I love you like my sister " she took her last breath and closed her eyes
"S--sango....." Kagome layed her down and placed her head on Sango's heart and cried
Miroku was allready dead
The sight of Kagome crying was Killing InuYasha
he ran over and craddled the crying girl
they stould up and he held her close
"Kagome, I know they meant allot to you, they did to me too, but their better off now."
he said trying to console her
"I love you InuYasha"
"I love you too"
Kagome looked over her shoulder

<Tears filled my eyes
as I watched you slowly die>

tears filled her eyes she saw Naraku wasnt dead
he was shooting one of his deadly tentacle at InuYasha
She spun him around so she would get the point

"I love you "
she got the sharpness in her back and went limp in his arms

<blood covers my dream.
my life passes by>

"Kagome you fool what did you do!!"
they collapsed to the ground

<blood fills my lungs
i cant breathe
tears fill my eyes
And I cant see >

"KAGOME DONT GO YOU CANT LEAVE ME!!!!!"
InuYasha's eyes grew red
he was ready to KILL
He through one blast at Naraku and he was gone
InuYasha was crying over the girl
"Inu..InuYasha"
tears filled his eyes
"Kagome..save your breath dont speak"
he tried to hold his tears
he held her for dear life
but she slowly died in his arms

but im slowly fading away>

'Kagome.' tears swelled again
he couldn't go on like this so he ended it
the tetsusaiga was put to use that last time
as he finally rejoined his friends in a heaven of ecstasy

Damn yall I was crying while writting it
