“Kagome, relax! They are going to love you.” Rin said, trying to calm her fidgeting friend. “I have met them all. Well…except for Inuyasha's brother, but if he is anything like Inuyasha…We'll love him just as much!” She chirped.

“Yeah…but what if they don't like me?” Kagome said sighing. Rin gave her a mad look. “Sorry, I'm just nervous.” Kagome said with a smile. Rin just nodded. They where almost there, and Rin smiled as Kagome's mother pulled into the driveway.

“You girls' have fun.” Miss Higurashi said as they stepped out of the car and hurried to the door. Kagome gasped. It was huge!

Before they could knock, someone answered. He was tall, and had long knee-length silver hair. He also had the same golden eyes as Inuyasha. “Great…More humans…” He muttered under his breath.

“That's a nice way to greet someone.” Rin muttered sarcastically. Kagome elbowed her in the side and she let out a small `Oof!' He looked down to them in utter disgust and disliking. Before anymore could be said, Inuyasha stepped up behind the taller man.

“Hey Kagome, Rin!” He said, grinning. Pushing his brother out of the way, he led the two girls into the dining room. His mother and father were already seated. Kagome and Mrs. Takahashi talked on and on about random things, Rin and Sesshoumaru glared at eachother, and Inuyasha and his father shoved food down their throats.

After supper, Mrs. Takahashi took Kagome out to see the garden and Mr. Takahashi declared his stomach was hurting so he was going to go lie down. Inuyasha wandered off, and left Rin and Sesshoumaru still glaring at eachother.

“Wench,” Sesshoumaru muttered, and all of the sudden let out a cry of pain. “Damn it! Did you just kick me?!” He growled angrily.

“Did my foot just connect with your shin?” She asked sarcastically. “Duh, I kicked you!” He stood up and walked over to her, as she stood up. They stood staring at eachother before she finally shoved him so she could walk.

To her surprise he pushed her back. They were just like two children fighting over something stupid. Though in their case, they were fighting over nothing. It was just like Hate at first site, or something. Soon enough they were rolling around on the floor calling eachother nasty names.

“I would kick your ass, but I'd rather not end up in jail tonight!” Sesshoumaru growled. “Damn it!” He let out as she pulled his hair.

“Bastard!”

“Bitch!”

“Rin! Sesshoumaru!” Inuyasha's mother cried. Soon Inuyasha, and his father were down watching them roll around too. Kagome couldn't help but to laugh slightly, mainly at Inuyasha though. He was laughing so hard he was purple!

“Get off of me!” Rin growled.

“You're on me!” Sesshoumaru narrowed his eyes pushing her off, and standing up. His anger filled face, turned back to cold and stoic.

Kagome's mother was already waiting, as the girls' walked out of Inuyasha's house. As they both got in the back seat Rin cried, “I hate him!” Kagome just laughed at her.

“Well look on the bright side. Inuyasha's parents like me!”
