Ok, i am so sorry i havent updated in a while, but i have been verrrryyy busy. I'll start updating more and making longer chapters as long as you all review, lol.

Oh, im sorry, i forgot to tell you what Makoto looks like, rofl. Ok, Makoto has dark black hair with hazel brown eyes, He is 6'1 and weighs 145 lbs. (i made up what he looks like...lol...i dont know what show he's from but my friend gave me some character names and i dunno what their from, lol, sorry, But i know i do not own the character names.
Anyway...Here is the story...lol.

As the group of friends were walking, they were telling funny stories of their adventures together to Makoto. "And then, get this, Jakotsu starts flirting with Inuyasha!", Miroku said to Makoto while laughing. Makoto chuckled, but stopped and said, " Were here, I can't wait until you guys meet Mai, she's great." "We know that, Makoto, you've been telling us that since we left", Kagome said while rolling her eyes in annoyance.
"Sor-ry, it's not my fault i love her so much", Makoto said. Kagome just ignored him. As they walked into the village, a woman with short brown hair that went to her shoulders, with bright blue eyes and looking about the age of 20 ran up and hugged Makoto, then kissed him. " Makoto, where have you been? I missed you so much", the woman said. "Oh, Mai, i missed you too. Im sorry im late but i ran into my sister, it turns out that she could travel down the well also", Makoto explained. "Guys this is Mai, Mai this is my sister Kagome and her friends, Shippo, Kirara, Miroku, Sango, and Inuyasha". Makoto said as he introduce them to one another.
"Oh, It's so nice to meet all of you, Your brother has told me much about you, Kagome. Im looking forward to getting to know you better." Mai said. "It's Nice to meet you to Mai, and me too, you seem like a very nice person", Kagome said politely. The others bowed politely to Mai, except for Inuyasha, He just Feh'd. (lol).
"Lets all go to Me and Mai's hut, we need to explain some things to her.", said Makoto politely. The others agreed. Once the others were seated by a warm fire, they explained everything to Mai, Like how Kagome got through the well and how they are out to get Naraku and the Jewel Shards. They left out the part about Inuyasha and Kinky-ho's romance, and just told her she sealed him to the tree and how Kagome released him from the tree.
Inuyasha tensed when they got to the part about him and Kikyou, but relaxed when they said nothing of the romance. He didnt want everyone to know of his past, even though he felt that Mai could be trusted. Finally, they got to the part about how Kagome was searching for her foster family. "-Gasp- Kagome, me and Makoto will help you get your family back and kill Naraku, no matter what." Mai said, Makoto just nodded in agreement. Kagome smiled and said." That really means alot, thanks Mai", she hugged Mai. Mai returned the hug and replied with a "No problem".
Later that night, everyone went to sleep, except for Makoto, Kagome, and a certain Hanyou. They would head out on the journey tomorrow. Kagome and Makoto were up and going to continue their conversation, Inuyasha was just pretending to sleep.
"So, Kagome, where were we?" Makoto asked and smirked when Kagome groaned, " Not this again". "Oh, yes, Kagome, this again. Do you love Inuyasha or not?", Makoto asked bluntly. " Why do you wanna know anyway!", Kagome yelled quietly. " I'm your brother Kagome, i need to know these things. Now, do you love him?" Inuyasha's heart was was racing, Please say yes, he thought. Kagome hesitated and finally said, " Erm....okiloveinuyashabutpleasedonttellanyoneok?" " Kagome i didnt here what you said...you were talking to fast..Now..say it again slower, please?", Makoto said camly. Inuyasha hadn't heard her either. " -Sigh-, Ok, I love Inuyasha, but please dont tell anyone, ok?" Makoto grinned and said, " I knew it! And im pretty sure he loves you too! And i promise, i wont tell anyone, ok?"
Inuyasha's heart literally stopped. He was so excited that he fell down from his tree. Kagome and Makoto heard the noise and ran out to a very happy looking Inuyasha. Kagome blushed 10 shades of red then asked, "Inuyasha, Yo-you didnt hear what i s-said did you?" Inuyasha hesitated but then answered while stepping closer to Kagome, " Yes, i heard and i...
