When Inuyasha and Kagome returned to camp, the others were already up and eating breakfast. "Where have you two been? Having fun i hope?" Miroku wiggled his eyebrows rather pervertedly. "Shut the hell up Monk", Inuyasha said angrily as he slapped Miroku upside the head and blushed a little bit. Kagome didnt hear the pervert's little comment because she was too busy being hugged by Shippo. "Kagome! Can i have some of that Ninja-Food?" "Shippo, you've already had breakfast, wait untill later, ok?", Kagome said trying to calm the annoying, but cute Kitsune. "Ok, Kagome.", Shippo replied as he ran out of the hut.
'She's gonna be a great Mother one day.", Inuyasha thought with admiration. He was knocked out of his daze by Sango who was talking, "Miroku and I heard from a traveler this morning that there is a Village not so far from here, maybe someone knows something about the Jewel or where Naraku is hiding", She suggested. "Fine, lets go now. I dont want to waste anymore time than we already have." , Inuyasha responded in his Inuyashieish way. Kagome smiled inwardly at this, He may be tough on the outside, but on the inside he was, in her opinnion, the sweetest person alive.
Once they found got the whole group together, they were on the road. Yet again. They finally arrived at the village, just like the traveling villager said. Miroku went up to the person who was in charge, (I'm sorry, but i just can't remember what that person is called, lol.) "Excuse me, but my name is Miroku and I am a preist. My friends and i are looking for something and i was wondering if we could talk to you about it." , Miroku said as professionaly as he could. "Ah...I have heard of all of you. You are quite famous you know. Oh, and my deepest apologies, My name is Tadashi. Please come inside so we can talk." As soon as everyone sat down, Inuyasha sitting closer to Kagome than usual. No one payed any attention to it though, they wanted to hear what Tadashi had to say.
"Lets cut to the chase, eh? I know about Naraku and the jewel so im just gonna say it, A demon has been hanging around the village. The problem is, it only shows around about once a week. It showed up just last night, so Im sorry to tell you that you have to wait another week. I've heard that this demon has many shards and can be very powerful. So, you all should get your strength up and just relax for the time being.", Tadashi explained.
"Ahh, i see, Well, Thank you for your time Tadashi-sama", Miroku said while bowing. "If all of you want, you can just stay here for a week. It won't be any trouble at all.", Tadashi said. "Even me? I'm a Hanyou ya know.", Inuyasha blurted out suddenly, slightly offended. Tadashi chickled slightly and explained, "Over my years, Inuyasha, i have learned that not all demons are evil. That goes for Half-Demons as well." "Ok, then i guess were staying here, Naraku is too much of a coward so he will probably wait a while to make his next move.", The others nodded in agreement. "Great, now just follow me to your rooms."
When they reached two empty huts, Tadashi said, "I am sorry that i didn't metion this before, but the villagers are very strict with people of the same sex sleeping in different huts. So the villagers don't get mad at me, Would it be any trouble that two people of different sexes stay in the same hut?" Miroku had a big grin on his face and said, "Really, It's no problem at all." Inuyasha wasn't upset at all, either. He would get to spend the night with his Kagome for a whole week alone. Well, aloneish, that little brat Shippo would be sleeping in there also. "Monk, just so you know, I'm going to have Kirara AND Shippo there, just incase your wandering hands keep themselves under control." , Sango warned with a glare on her face. 'YES! Shippo isn't gonna be in there either, now i really do get some alone time with her', Inuyasha thought as he smirked inwardly.
"Thats great, If you need anything just come and ask. I'll send one of the village women to tell you when dinner is ready", Takashi infromed. Since it was in the middle of the day and didn't get dark until a couple of hours, the group decided to walk around the village for a while. Shippo and Kirara went off to play, Miroku probably went off to flirt with the women, and Sango was going to the shops. Inuyasha and Kagome decided to go for a walk, (And no not sexual, just to talk and stuff, lol.).
Sango's POV:
I got tired of browsing the shop's, So i decided to go see what the Houshi was up to. When i got there, i saw women surrounding him while he said his pathetic lines. This was the last straw. Didn't he propose to ME? That's it! I'm sick of this.
Regular POV:
"Houshi, I'm sick of this, you can forget about us getting married.", Sango said ALMOST in tears as she barged through the crowd of girls and up to Miroku. Miroku looked heart broken. "B-but Sango!", he tried to explain. " NO! Forget it Monk....You've had your chance. And you ruined it, Congratulations!", She yelled, fed up, and actually crying now.
She stomped back to her and Miroku's hut...And a plan formed in her head. 'He want's a girl who falls for his dirt tricks, He's got one.', She thought cleverly. As if on que, Miroku came in, obviouly looking for Sango. "SANGO! There you are! Now please, can we talk?" "No...and after all, you really don't want to talk, do you?" She leaned up to Miroku where her lips were almost touching his, and when she talked, it tickled his lips. "I will sleep with you tonight, you don't really want to bear your children with me, just have sex." "R-really", Miroku stuttered, but not in a good way. Miroku was kind of apalled, he loved Sango, and one of the reasons he loved her was because she wasnt slutty or stupid, like other girls. Kagome wasn't slutty or stupid, but Miroku looked at Kagome like a Sister, nothing more. But with Sango, he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. For some unexplainable reason besides love, he just did.
"No, not really, What do you think I'm a slut or something." , Sango retorted. Miroku was relieved, and said, "Not at all."
Just then, Music started playing, (Of course, Rofl.):
Miroku started singing first:
I got chills.They're multiplyin'.And I'm losin' control.'Cause the poweryou're supplyin',it's electrifyin'!
