"Huh?'' Kagome said shocked at what InuYasha had said.
"I didn't stutter.'' InuYasha snapped.
"Why were thinking about me?'' Kagome said in what seemed like a worried tone.
InuYasha sighed.
Kagome's heart felt like it would jump out of her chest that's how hard it was beating.
"I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help with my grades'' Kagome's heart sank right back down in her chest. "Oh, Um...you're welcome. InuYasha?''

''Could you maybe call me back I'm kinda busy.'' Kagome said sadly.

"What is it?'' Kagome said in a cheerful voice. It was amazing at how close they have gotten over the last two months. She knew it was report cards were issued and she completey confident in him. He was bright kid and at times he was nice.
"Look at my report card. I think I did good."

''The one and only. So, I see you don't have your Calculus book.''

InuYasha was in a complete daze as he sat lazily in his World Studies class. The teacher drawled on and on about nothing and all he could think about was...Kagome.

Later on that day Kagome was looking through her closet for another outfit that she could cut and alter. She pulled out a skirt and some scissors. She then ran into her brother's room and grabbed one of his red shirts.
"This will fit nicely on me.''
She ran back in her room to make sure that her brother wouldn't see her. She then took her skirt and her brother's skirt and used her scissors, needle, and thread to alter her outfit.
"There. Perfect! Wow, it actually looks like a real outfit. I should do this as a career.''
Kagome laid her new outfit on her chair and hurried in the bathroom to take a shower. While Kagome was in the shower she thought about what happened earlier.

''If you wanted a new wardrobe, you could've just told me. You didn't have to cut up your clothes and steal your brother's shirts."

Then the doorbell rang. ''That must be your date.'' Ms. Higurashi got up and dusted her self off. She opened the door and paused, unable to speak.

Mrs. Higurashi blushed until she looked like cherry ''Oh, you're such a sweetheart.''

InuYasha blushed as his World Studies teacher started to explain how many hard ons he's had.

InuYasha nodded and left the class room. He ran through the hallways looking for the nearest boys bathroom. He couldn't find one so he ran into a girls bathroom.

''Yeah, and I am totally siked!'' squealed a familiar voice that made InuYasha stop his ministrations. He put his ear on the stall door and listened to what the girls talked about.

''Oh, my god, Kagome! The hottest guy in school asked you out!''

''I still can't believe it myself." Kagome jumped up and down.
"We should be getting back to class." Sango said.

Sango turned to the mirror and began to touch up her long raven colored hair. InuYasha leaned in on the door and then the door flung open and he fell to the floor.
Sango screamed before glancing down to see InuYasha with his pants down and his hand around his member. "Ewww!'' Sango blushed and put her hands over her eyes.

Later that day at lunch Kagome was chatting with InuYasha and they were laughing and having fun. Then Kikyo walked up to their table.

InuYasha jumped up and got inbetween the two fueding girls, even though he always like to see a good cat fight, and over him none the less.
''Whoa. Cool down girls. You both can sit with me''
''I will not sit with this girl'' Kikyo folded her arms and turned her head.
"Same here'' Kagome mimicked her rival's actions.
"Well, Kagome...um.'' InuYasha stuttered not wanting to get the words.
Kagome unfolded her arms and her eyes got wide. "Are you seriously thinking of picking Kikyo over me." She said.
"Huh? What? No, it..." InuYash stuttered.
Kagome held up her hand. "Save it. No need to apologize, but I know you're a sorry son of bitch."
Now, he was mad. She wouldn't eve let him finish. "Wouldn't you rather sit with Kouga anyway.'' He countered.
Kagome glowered InuYasha with distain. "You know what, I think I would. At least he knows how to treat a woman right. " Then Kagome stormed off.
InuYasha hung his head and curse himself for letting his pride get the best of him.

Later on that day Kagome was looking through her closet for another outfit that she could cut and alter. She pulled out a skirt and some scissors. She then ran into her brother's room and grabbed one of his red shirts.
"This will fit nicely on me.''
She ran back in her room to make sure that her brother wouldn't see her. She then took her skirt and her brother's skirt and used her scissors, needle, and thread to alter her outfit.
"There. Perfect! Wow, it actually looks like a real outfit. I should do this as a career.''
Kagome laid her new outfit on her chair and hurried in the bathroom to take a shower. While Kagome was in the shower she thought about what happened earlier.
"I don't believe he would do that." Kagome angrily said then she shook her head. "It's doesn't matter now. I have to concertrate on Kouga now.''

InuYasha drove up to Kikyo's house. He got out the car and walked up to the door and knocked on it. A tall man with long black hair and what seemed like masscara on his eyes.
"You must be InuYasha.'' He talked in what seemed like a deep, dark voice.
''You must be Kikyo's father''
''She'll be out in a minute. Do you want to come in?''
''No, I'd rather stay out here"
''Come in!'' He said in a dark stern voice.
''Okay.'' InuYasha squeaked out squeaked out as he jolted in the house.

''Okay'' again InuYasha said in a squeaky voice as he sat down.
Then Kikyo came down with a long pink knitted skirt that came to her ankles and and pink plaid sweater.
InuYasha eyes widened. 'What the hell is she wearing?!'
''Hi, InuYasha. I see you met my father. Isn't he a sweatheart?''
InuYasha gulped. "He sure is something.''
Kikyo ran over to kiss her daddy on the cheek. "We'll be back at ten o'clock.''
''Aww, make it twelve, pumpkin.'' Kikyo's father said.
"Thanks daddy. You're the best daddy in the whol world'' Kikyo said cheerfully and gave her daddy a hug. "Come on, Yash, let's go." She said as her and InuYasha left out the front door.
''Hold on'' Kikyo stopped and took off her long knit skirt and her plaid sweater only to reveal a sheer see through top that made her bra very visuable with lace buttons going down the middle but only the middle button was buttoned up. To top it all she wore a short red skirt that stopped about mid thigh so if she bent over....
InuYasha could only gape at her appearance.
"What, you don't like it? I knew I should've worn a shorter skirt.''
''No, it's not that it's just...'' InuYasha looked at the house door.
"Oh, the previous outfit. If my father saw me in this, he'll kill me, literally."
InuYasha shrugged and walked to the car and Kikyo followed.

''Thanks.'' InuYasha got in and let the top down.
"Oooh!'' Kikyo jumped in the car Starsky and Hutch style.
She looked in the back seat and started to rub the leather.
"That is very roomy. Don't you think?''

Kagome and her mother sat on their couch, wating for the arrival of her date.

Souta walked passed and stopped. "Hey, isn't that my shirt.''
Kagome looked at him with puppy dog eyes. "Please, be a little brother and let me wear it. Just for tonight." '
"You can have it. You already cut it up. That was my favorite shirt, too.'' Souta stormed upstairs mumbling obscenties towards his sister.
"You know you shouldn't have stole your brother's shirt like that.'' Ms. Higurashi looked down at the skirt and gasped. "What have you done to the skirt your grandma gave you?''
''Sorry.''
''If you wanted a new wardrobe, you could've just told me. You didn't have to cut up your clothes and steal your brother's shirts."
''Thanks, mom'' Kagome gave her mother a hug.
Then the doorbell rang. ''That must be your date.'' Ms. Higurashi got up and dusted her self off. She opened the door and paused, unable to speak.
"Ms. Higurashi.'' Kouga took her hand and kissed it. "I can see where Kagome gets her looks from.''
Mrs. Higurashi blushed until she looked like cherry ''Oh, you're such a sweetheart.''
Kagome walked over and Kouga eyes lit up. "Kagome, you look great.''
Kagome blushed as well.
"He's a looker.'' Ms. Higurashi whispered into her daughter's ear.
Kagome blushed. "Mom?''
''Shall we go" said Kouga standing in the doorway.
''You better get him before I do.'' Mrs. Higurashi said before pushing Kagome towards Kouga. ''You two have a great night''

Later on when Kagome and Kouga arrived at the restaurant. They walked in and Kagome spotted InuYasha and Kikyo.

InuYasha's head whipped around and was shocked to see Kagome. "Kagome, What are doing here?''

His eyes glanced over to Kouga standing possesively next to her. ''Well, I'm here with Kikyo.''
Kagome pursed her lips into a frown. ''I can see that. I'm here with Kouga.'' Kouga smiled and offered his hand for a polite greeting.
InuYasha just growled and glared at him.
"Okay, it was nice to meet you, too.'' Kouga said as he pulled back his hand.
''Can we go now?'' whined Kikyo.
"Yeah.'' InuYasha wrapped his arm around Kikyo's waist and led her to a table by the window.
Kagome huffed and stormed her way to a table and Kouga humbly followed.

''Forget about her.'' Kikyo took off her heels and began to massage InuYasha's groin under the table
InuYasha let out a small growl and all thoughts of Kagome and Kouga flew out the window.

He sighed and removed her foot from his lap. "Stop, Kikyo."

''Thanks.'' She then glanced over to Inuyasha and Kikyo. ''What could they possibly have in common?''
''Don't worry about him. Let's worry about us.'' Kouga put his hand on top of Kagome's.
InuYasha saw this action and got up and ran over to Kagome and Kouga's table.
"What the hell are you doing?'' InuYasha yellled.
''What are you talking about?'' Kouga responded.
''You wanna take this outside.''

''You bet your ass I am.'' InuYasha said rolling up his sleeves.
''I'll see you later, Kagome.'' Kouga said getting up from the table.

''Once you get your little puppy under control than we can talk.''
"Puppy?! Fuck you!"
''I was thinking the same thing.'' Kikyo said getting up and putting on her coat on.
"What? Kikyo!''
''I'm sorry, InuYasha, but it would've never worked out.''
''Would you like a ride, Ms. Kikyo'' Kouga offered.
''I would like a ride, thank you'' Then Kouga and Kikyo walked out the door.
"I didn't want you anyway you... you slut." InuYasha yelled making everybody in the restaurant was stare at InuYasha. He sighed and sat across from Kagome.
"You sure do know how to mess things up.'' Kagome said putting her chin in her hand.
''I'm sorry, Kagome.''
Kagome started to laugh and InuYasha joined in on the secret joke.
"I don't believe you.'' Kagome shook her head.
"I think you do.''
''Yeah, kind of.''
"Wanna get out of here?" InuYasha said gettting out of his chair.
She smiled up at him. ''I thought you'd never asked." She said before InuYasha helped her out of the chair.
"What a crazy night."Kagome said.
"I guess it's just gonna be you and me from now on.''
