Prologue .:I’ll Never Forget you:.   Whenever he saw her face he never thought of her he only thought of Kikyo. She could tell that he would even let her die, if it meant Kikyo could live. That’s practically what was happening now, Kagome was dying. As she slowly opened her eyes probably for the last time, he was staring at her, Kikyo by his side. Kagome looked into his eyes she saw no regret that her soul was getting ripped from her and given to Kikyo. Kagome tried to tell him something, but her mouth wouldn’t move. She was happy though, she thought death would be painful, but it wasn’t she just felt very weak. Also Inuyasha would be happy with Kikyo, he wouldn’t be very happy if she was with him. Though she did feel a little sad that she never got to see Miroku, Sango, Shippo, Kirara, her mom, Souta, her grandpa, her friends (back in her own time), Koga, but mostly Inuyasha. Even though his lover was killing her she still loved him most of all. When Kagome felt as if her whole body weighed more than 1,000lb she knew that she would die soon. She gathered up all her strength to open her mouth   “ I’ll never forget you Inuyasha and I lo---” Kikyo took the last of Kagome’s soul, and Kagome died. Inuyasha came out of his stupor and noticed Kagome lying there, motionless. He went over to her, put her in his lap and said   “ Kagome wake up c’mon please wake up don’t you dare leave me!” but she was already gone. Inuyasha let tears flow over his face, not caring who saw.   No she cant be gone, she just cant, she promised! Kagome you were the only one I trusted so why? Why did you leave me? Is this some sick dream, please just let it be a dream. That’s right none of this is real. Its just a dream. No not a dream, a nightmare. Inuyasha thought to himself while he held Kagome, with tears streaming down his face.
