On the way to the next period he spotted her again, but this time being harassed by Kouga, the school flirt… of course she thought he was only joking. He wasn't. When he got out of this last period (Since it won't let me type three four…) he felt something vibrate at his hip, and, thinking that it was Miroku, he dodged into the bathroom to answer his phone. “Hello?” He answered.

“Inuyasha. Brother of Sesshomaru. Son of Inutashio.” Answered a deep blotchy voice, obviously coming from a voice messer upper…

“Erm… do I know you?” He asked.

“You do know Kagome Higurashi… correct?” The voice asked.

“Yes but…” He was cut off by the voice.

“Are you certain she is safe?” It asked.

“Yah… I saw her walk into the building sooo…” He said, trailing off.

“Did you see her walk to 1st period? Second? Third?” the voice asked.

“Yeah…” He said cautiously.

“Then why aren't you watching now?!” It whispered harshly. Just then a shrill scream hit his ears. One that could only belong to one person…

“Kagome!” He yelled. He picked his phone up to find… that the line went dead.
