Can you believe it? I updated! Oh yeah, and I need to say to a reviewer that I'm sorry I didn't update yesterday but I figured out that a Christmas parade was on that day so I didn't have time to update. Anyway I hope everyone likes the chapter!

Chapter 3: Kagome learns how she got here.
Kagome was sitting on the bed on which Sesshoumaru strangled her not too long ago. She was thinking back on everything that had happened. She was so confused. Wasn't she supposed to be dead? She fell from a ship powered by magic and now she is now in the residence of the Lord of the Western lands. The question is HOW THE HELL DID SHE GET HERE!!!!!? Maybe she did die only she was found by Sesshoumaru and he brought her back to life for some mysterious reason. Speaking of which why did he take her to his home? Why didn't he kill her when he was strangling her? Maybe he had some creepy obsession over her and was now going to keep her here for the rest of her life because he couldn't figure her out or something of the sort.
' There went my imagination, again.'
Kagome had always been like that. Letting her imagination get away from her. The reason was probably that she read tons of books. It was her one very strong obsession. Inuyasha never understood though why she read books. Just as he couldn't understand why she had to go back to her time just to take tests.
It was starting to get very dull just sitting the room all day so she decided to explore. She slid open the shoji door to her room and was greeted with a ladyrinth of hallways.
She went to the right and started walking down the hallway looking at everything around her. There were many paintings of demons, many doors, and most certainly alot of hallways.
Kagome wasn't she sure if she could make any sense of the place. Then she spotted a door that had light pertruding from it.
'It must lead outside.'
She went over to the door and opened it up. She was assaulted by the smells of every flower she could think of. What delighted her was that it wasn't too aranged. The beautiful rainbow of flowers were scattered everywhere. Free to grow wherever they wish.
"Pretty angel lady!!"
Kagome jumped startled for she didn't know anyone was there, obviously. It was none other than Rin the ward of Sesshoumaru. Kagome relaxed and gave her a warm smile.
"Hello, who are you?"
Rin stopped in front of the cheerful slightly startled miko and said, "Rin's name is Rin! What is pretty angel lady's name?"
"My name is Kagome. Its very nice to meet you."
" Its nice to meet Kagome-san, too.Would Kagome-san like to pick flowers with Rin?"
Kagome smiled and said,"Sure."
"YAY!!"
Kagome and Rin started to play together. Kagome showed Rin how to make flower necklaces, played tag, and played hide and go seek. While playing they quickly made a strong bond of friendship. When they were tired and couldn't play no more they already saw each other as sisters.
Even through all the playing, the question of how she got here plagued her. She decided she would ask Rin. She would probably know.
"Rin-chan, can I ask you something?"
"Sure Kagome-neesan."
"How did I get here, exactly?"
Rin's eyes boggled with excitement as she remembered the event as she started to explain. She told Kagome how she floated from the sky like a seraph and how Sesshoumaru caught her and brought her to the very castle she now resided in.
To say that Kagome was shocked would be an understatement. She was sure that her eyes were going to pop out of their sockets because she was so aghasted.
Kagome said,"Rin-chan, thanks for telling me".
"Kagome is welcome."
Rin stared at Kagome. She seemed to have left the world now caught by whatever thoughts were whirling in her head.
Kagome was indeed lost to this world. She was thinking that what she thought this morning made more sense than the real thing. Why did that baka, Dassaharu, have to kidnap her? She already had enough trouble with collecting the jewel shards and trying to destroy the bastard, Naraku! She was snapped out of her revery by Rin.
"Kagome-neesan, I'm hungry."
Kagome looked down at her wristwatch and said,"Gosh, its already 1:00! Alright then, lets go in and get somethnig to eat."
Rin and Kagome started to head for the castle. What they didn't know was that they had a spectator.

Sesshoumaru was standing in his study looking out of the window. He had originally looked out to check on Rin. It certainly was a surprise to find the miko also down there with his ward.
"So the imp got out of her room." He said softly to himself.
Sesshoumaru watched them play their games. He fought down a smile when Rin tackled Kagome to the ground. He settled for a smirk. When the two girls started heading back for the castle. He couldn't help but feel a dab of dissapointment since he wouldn't be able to watch them anymore. The miko was quite amusing.
He shook his head. A demon shouldn't have such thoughts about a human. They weren't worth the effort, but he couldn't help but admit that she was a very interesting creature.With the small admittance he headed for the dining room for lunch.
