Rude Awakenings

 

 

At the castle in the north naraku's wife lady Alana was on her way to see her husband about her missing daughters.

 

naraku she yelled when she burst throe the doors of his study. “What is it woman he said not even looking up from his papers”

 

“the girls are gone someone has taken them”

 

“ so” he says as if nothing has happened

 

“SO” she screamed tears coming out of her eyes “I want my daughters back”

 

“Alana calm down once they've gotten a look at marines attitude they're gona want to give them back”

 

“that problem can easily be solved by killing her” Alana screeched back at him.

 

“All right” said naraku finally having enough of her yelling “I'll send the guards to go look for them”

 

“ I want you to send them all” she said back

 

“I'll send some he said in a menacing tone. Knowing that that's the best she's ever going out of him she left the study.

 

Waking up from a dreamless sleep marine eyes slowly opened adjusting to the light in the king sized room. Instantly knowing that that wasn't her room the realization of last night hit her like a tone of bricks. She jumped to her feet swaying slightly from the enormous headache she was having.

 

“So you're awake” said a smooth voice from the doorway. Marine turned to see sesshomaru standing there

 

“What are you doing here or better yet what am I doing here” she said in an irritated tone

 

“well somebody needed to keep an eye on and this is my room” he said with a smirk that made her even more irritated .

 

“were are my sisters” she all but yelled at him “there here there safe”

 

“you'll forgive me if I don't believe you “she said with sarcasm dripping from each word

 

“of coarse” he said back to her “ I'll take you to see them once you've had some rest he said before leaving the room and locking the door. Trying her best to ignore the pain in her head marine walked around the giant room hoping to find a way out of the castle.

 

She walked to the large window but found it locked. Looking up marine whimpered in frustration when she saw the lock was in the middle of the window which was ten feet of the ground. “Come on I'm so close I can't give up now” she thought to herself. Marine tuned around and saw a stool she ran over to the stool and pulled it over to the window standing on it she tried to reach the lock” Reaching up marine was able to reach her fingers just under the latch stretching her arm out a little further she was able to flip the latch of the bolt. “Yes” she yelled to herself. She was about to open the window when she felt the stool underneath her feet collapse and she started to fall back words she felt her body hit the floor with A sickening bang before she fell into darkness

 

Presently in another room down the hall kagome was just waking up inuyasha's room.

 

“Uh my head” she said lifting herself off of the bed “were am I were is everyone”. “MERIEN AYAME”.

 

“Hey what's with the yelling in here” asked inuyasha as he walked into the room. “AAAAAAH” yelled kagome as she fell on her butt trying to back away from him.

 

inuyasha just stood there looking at her with a strange look on his face. “What's you're problem” he asked moving closer to her

 

“WHATS MY PROBLEM YOU KIDNAPING ME AND MY SISERS FOR ONE”. Yelled kagome

 

“oh right sorry about that but it was for your own protection”.

 

“What do you mean for our own protection”? She said now a bit worried.

 

“Um well….huh…listen it will be a hole lot easer if you just lie-down rest and my brother and I will explain everything to you later ok bye. And before kagome had a chance to object he was out the door.

 

Latter in another room in another part of the castle kouga went into his room check on Ayame. When he entered the room he saw her all curled up in the covers still asleep. He smiled and walked quietly over to the bed to wake her up.

 

“Hey sleepy head wake up” he said shaking her shoulder “emmm not now mom my head hurts” “ya sleeping powder will do that to you” he laughed at her. Slowly ayame started to become aware of her surroundings and who was in the room with her. “Aaaaaah who are you”

 

“I'm lord kouga of the east” he said giving a short bow not forgetting that she that she was a princess and deserved his respect.

 

“Were am I” she asked “you are in lord sesshouamru's and lord inuyasha's castle in the west. Your sisters are here to there all waiting for us. Come” he said offering his hand to her. Hesitantly she took it and he quietly led her to the main hall.

 

“Hey were are my sisters you said they were going to be here” ayame asked a little annoyed that he might have lied to her. “They will be they just haven't arrived yet so we'll just have to wait awhile. He said taking a seat in one of the couches

 

In sesshoumaru's room sesshoumaru was nursing marine back to health after he found her passed out on the floor next to a pile of furniture? “Stupid girl I Brought u here to be safe not put you in danger” He said slightly angry that he let this happen. Slowly marine started to regain consciousness.

 

“Emmm” she said griping her head in pain. “You shouldn't have tried to escape” he said with a strict tone in his voice. Marine's eyes shot open realizing who was sitting beside her and backed away from him “stay away from me” she yelled at him.

 

Sighing sesshoumaru placed the cloth on the table and walking to the other end of the room with his back turned to her. Marine sat there watching him until she noticed a rack full of weapons. Jumping from the bed she grabbed a sword from the rack and got into a fighting stance.

 

“Are you challenging me” he said without turning around but she could tell he was smirking and before marine could blink he used his demonic speed to nock the sword from her hand and place his own sword at her throat.

 

“Don't be such a fool if I took your challenge seriously you wouldn't stand a chance in a fight against me. Now I suggest you behave yourself before I lose my patience”. He stepped away from her and sheathed his sword before walking over to the door “now come your sisters are waiting for you”. Reluctantly you obeyed and fallowed him to the great hall.
