*~Chapter 1: Running away, to another~*
"I hate you Inuyasha!" Kagome screamed as she ran through the forest, tears falling from her eyes. 'I can't believe he could do something like that' she thought. 'Doesn't he know that I care from him and love him?' She ran through the forest to get away from him from the site that she had seen.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*Flash Back~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Kagome woke with the feeling something was wrong. She woke herself quickly looking for Inuyasha. 'Where is he?' She thought getting up from her sleeping bag careful not to wake Shippo. As she got up she hear something then she got her bow and arrows and headed toward the noise.
"Oh my god" She whispered so low Inuyasha couldn't even hear. 'Oh my god' she thought. Tears started to form in her eyes at the scene that see saw. Inuyasha and Kikyo looking each other, kissing each other, holding each other this was to surreal for her. She turned then started crying and running away through the woods not caring where she was going. Her cries were bad as her sobs making her almost fall.

'How can he do this to me and do THAT with a Damn Corpse!?!' she thought angrily. 'That's it! That was the last straw Inuyasha.' she continued her thought 'I'm leaving until I come up with the perfect revenge that will you will have regretted EVER doing that to a corpse. I'll come back for Shippo later, I will not shed another tear on you Inuyasha' she thought as she was still running through the forest. She stopped.
"There is no reason for me to be running any more" She said.
"I wouldn't be so sure on that, wench." a voice behind her came.
Kagome shuttered. 'Oh No, no I'm in trouble now. Why hadn't I sensed him? I hope its not who I think it is.' she thought as she turned around. She turned to look in cold emotionless gold eyes.
"Great I can't just deal with one I have to deal with both." She grumbled although Sesshoumaru still herd it. 'What does she mean. Wait. What do I mean? Why do I care I only need her for the Tetsusaiga." Sesshoumaru stared at her.
"What do you mean, women" he said. 'She is somewhat beautiful and her smell is most wonderful wait' Sesshoumaru couldn't finish his thought as Kagome spoke to him.
"Inuyasha, what he did I'd rather not say but for what he did it would be in my pleasure to watch him suffer dearly." She said almost emotionless but with a hint of anger.
'OK I hate to admit that I, Lord of the Western Lands am confused but I am wait what's that smell *sniff sniff* Inuyasha and that that CORPSE !?!' He thought angrily, he slightly growled.
'Why is he growling?' Kagome thought.
"Does it have to do with Inuyasha and that walking corpse?" He said after calming himself down since Kagome had heard him growl.
"Yes, how did you know?"
"I can smell what they are doing." He stated simply almost smiling at the face she made.
"That is DISCUSTING!" she yelled.
"Yes as it would any human but this this is much worst, choosing the dead and not the living my brother is shameless." He said calmly.
'Her aura has changed it has more anger to it yes, this is most amusing, although why do I feel like I care for her and why in the hell did I growl?'
"Yes, I agree with you all but the human part"
He smiled making her gasp. 'Yes, she must be different if I actually care for her and her scent smells much more better than the others it is very pleasing, I must have her no one else shall she will be my bitch.' He thought almost smiling more.
"Well, girl what is your name?" 'Did he just ask' she thought but couldn't finish her thought as she answered quickly.
"Kagome."
"Well, Kagome I must go now." he said as he started to leave. 'This will do the trick being nice always works.' he thought. Kagome hesitated before calling out to him she really didn't want to be left alone anymore.
"Wait." she choked out. 'Yes, as I thought it would work now I can have her sooner and she could help with Rin.' Sesshoumaru thought as he turned around.
"Yes?" he said making a small smile come to his lips.

"Um I was just wondering if if I could maybe stay with you awhile until I find a place It wont be long I promise." She said looking at the ground.
Sesshoumaru noticing this he walked over to her then grasp her chin and lifted it lightly so she would look at him. At the sudden touch, she jumped and her heart raced. 'Amusing. If just by touch her heart races. I wonder if Well I won't think about that now it is not the time.' he thought. She just stared at him, staring back at her wondering what he was doing. Then suddenly he spoke.
"As you wish." he said and turned walking away. 'Did he say what I think he did and he actually TOUCHED me without killing me oh wait he's leaving.' With that thought, she left running to him. When she finally got to him, she stayed behind him at is side watching his hair move as the wind played with it. 'Gods I wonder what his hair feels like I wished I had his hair.' she pouted. However, secretly Sesshoumaru had been watching her staring at him then seen her make a pouting face and turned around.
"What is wrong now?"
"Nothing." she grumbled. "I know there's something wrong so just tell me."
"Fine.its your hair." She felt embarrassed saying it but she believed that he probably wouldn't stop asking until he knew.
Sesshoumaru raised an eyebrow to her not knowing if he should just be confused or confused and insulted.

"Where are we going?"
"To my home."

"Is there something wrong with that?"
"Huh? Oh no I have always wanted to see your home." she said smiling brightly. He nodded to her and continued to go to his home while starting into his thoughts again. He felt his heart sink seeing her smile like that 'That baka of a hanyou she is way more beautiful than that dead bitch. Who wouldn't want her her Kagome; she seems to be so full of life and emotion when of course she's not thinking of the moron.' Another hour or so went by and they were nearing his place. He stopped. Kagome was in her own thoughts and didn't notice that he stopped and ran right in to him. "Oops" She slowly looked up and stared into the golden orbs that were looking at her "I'm sorry Sesshoumaru-sama I was" she was cut off.
"It's quite alright your touch is light I barely felt it." He watch as her cheeks became pink. 'She's blushing.' he thought and smiled. "My place is nearby but I am tired of walking and would like to see Rin before she goes to bed.
'Rin? Who is..Oh yeah the little girl that travels with him. He must really care for her' She thought. "What did you have in mind?" She asked scared of what the answer might be.
"Hum..." was all he said before grabbing her and putting her into his arms, one hand under her back and the other under her knees, holding her tightly to his chest. She gasped as he took off on his pink cloud flying to his home. He smiled as he looked at her as he seen terror in her eyes. She grasped on to him tighter although she knew he wouldn't her fall be just in case. He felt her arms tighten and him, and he held her tighter as she buried her face into him.
'Oh my god this is really scary I know he wouldn't drop me. Waithave I answered myself? I think I have I do like him but I also think I may love him but I don't know if he does to me. I doubt it but if that was the case, why is he being so nice and ACTUALLY showing emotions to me, especially his smiles ..Oh gods he smiles he is SOO cute when he smiles.'
She thought and then soon after they approached the palace.
He landed gracefully on a balcony to his chamber. He slid open the window and walked through still holding Kagome. He walked over to his bed and laid her down.
"Rest. You will stay in here tonight I will be back shortly after I talk to Rin."
"Ok Sesshoumaru, goodnight for incase I'm asleep when you return which I highly think I will." She looked at him through the darkness.
"Yes, Goodnight Kagome." with that he turned and left. About five minutes after he left Kagome was already asleep. Twenty minutes later Sesshoumaru returned and saw Kagome sleeping. 'She looks so peaceful, Rin was happy about her staying at least.' He thought remembering their conversation.

"Rin?" Sesshoumaru asked quietly behind her door. He heard her say to come in and opened the door. "Oh Sesshoumaru-sama it's you I thought it was Jaken." He didn't say anything just walked over to her futon and sat on the side that Rin was lying on.
"Rin when have a guest that will be staying with us her name is Kagome."
"Oh is she going to be Rin's new mommy?" "You shall ask her that yourself."
"Oh can I do it now Fluffy?" "No Rin you can ask her in the morning she was very tired when we arrived she is lying down now."
"Oh ok Sesshoumaru-sama Rin will wait till morning then. Rin is very very happy that Kagome-sama is going to Rin's new mommy." Rin said excitedly as Sesshoumaru got up to leave to his chambers to where Kagome was. Before he left he said goodnight to Rin and she did the same.

He walked over to Kagome and slipped into bed with her. He inhaled her scent deeply. 'Gods I can't get enough of her smell yes she will definitely be my bitch soon.' He thought as wrapped his arms around her waist.

He let his tail fall over the side of the bed touching the floor a little.
