InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ Full Moon ❯ Shin ( Chapter 1 )

[ X - Adult: No readers under 18. Contains Graphic Adult Themes/Extreme violence. ]
A/N: Another Yuri fiction (I really should try Yaoi…*shrugs* Nah, maybe I’m a Yuri fangirl to the core). This time it’s Kikyo/Kagome (I love them, best Yuri pairing the whole series). Originally titled ‘Four Seasons’ (You know after the song. Kami, I love that song- Namie Amuro is too lovely). Apologies in advance for grammar/spelling errors and lack of detail/poetic brilliant writer-ish-ness, I seem to lack it.

Please read and review; only ‘flame’ if it is constructive criticism; I really don’t want to hear on why Kikyo is a ‘bitch’, how Kagome loves Inuyasha and how they are meant to be (personally I think Kikyo and InuYasha are way better off together then he with Kagome; though Sesshoumaru should really step in…), or how you think the pairing is sick- there was a ‘warning’ in the summary.

Warning: This is a Kikyo/Kagome fanfic, which means it is a Yuri (Female/Female) pairing. If you do not like the idea of this pairing or of two of the same gender having sex, please do not read.

A full moon was out.

Granting blessing to the season’s wishes;

but when the seasons passed.

She could not forget.

The vibrant flower of light. Her presence was great; keeping the melancholy thoughts at bay. The betrayal in her heart. The fresh pain in her shoulder. The memory of InuYasha’s death by her hands.

Her hands.

The same that healed the sick children, the near dead soldiers of war, and kept herself alive. Alive; was she really? A creation of her death and an orgeress’s greed. A remnant of what could have been. Her heart always ached at that thought.

She was a mystery to Kikyo. She always seemed so happy around her friends. The Houshi, Ta-ji-ya, and Kitsune. As well as InuYasha.

Her first love. It felt like it had been so long ago. It has he who had came and forced the seed of loneliness to stop growing in her soul. Made the dull ache of un-fulfillment in her heart go away. He made her live, but no more. The Kikyo who had truly loved him in that way had died.

The one that had risen was entirely different.

For she craved the light.

The eternal purity of a girl; who she always regretted hurting when in need of comfort. InuYasha. Kikyo would meet him in the need to salve the wounds that were always there. To tend to the wounds he had left behind. In doing so she would always create the new.

She was well aware of her feelings on InuYasha. Kikyo was still soured on it. Knowing it was all unrequited love.

As Kikyo stepped out of the small hut she had been residing in; she took a deep breath of unneeded air. And stepped into the light of oncoming day, with the same thoughts that always echoed in her head.

‘How are you my light? My Kagome?’

*~*

It was sickeningly sweet.

The scent of rotting flesh was horrible.

Dead youkai was every where in the field. Clouding over the hard dirt ground and now dead blades of grass with their bleaching bones and fly speckled flesh. Dark stains of blood splotched the ground.

Kagome felt a tad bit more nervous then usual.

She was surrounded by death; and the others were not with her. Sango and Miroku were off retrieving something for a lord who had hired them for their services. InuYasha was near Sesshoumaru’s domain to be tested… and her little innocent Shippo-chan was asleep at Kaede’s hut. And she? She was out in a village close by Kaede’s acting as a priestess because of rumors.

Bloody rumors… and the gleeful need to take a walk on such a sunny day.

Which was starting to turn pretty dark, that would explain the dark storm clouds that were taking over her blue sky.

She sighed and walked around a few more carcasses; careful not to do anymore unneeded damage to her loafers then they already have had. She really didn’t want to turn up in school with an excuse on why her shoes were a total different color then her classmates…

Of course there was always the fact of getting new ones.

Kagome sighed, blue eyes surveying the area for anything remotely suspicious. Hopefully the danger was gone and what ever happened in this field would not involve the near by villages.

She padded along, a small gust of wind making raven locks fly, an almost upturn skirt, and the strong stench of the dead get rushed toward her. She shuddered. Her sock caught onto something pierced through one of the corpses. ‘eh?’ Kagome looked down a bit fearfully, later sighing with relief to see an arrow.

‘An arrow?’ the arrow looked quite familiar to the ones she had seen before, the brief remaining aura clinging to it that of…

‘Kikyo? She is here?’ Kagome began to look around hurriedly; if Kikyo were here then she had to be the one who had slain all these demons. It would also explain why some of the villagers had claimed they saw blue lights near the field. Blue lights as in souls. What Kagome couldn’t figure out was ‘Why didn’t she leave?’ that is if she was still here.

The ground cleared more as Kagome went deeper into the field.

It was there she found the undead miko lying. Blood splattered on torn clothes, bow and quiver thrown aside. She lay on her stomach motionless.

Kikyo’s Shindamachuu no where to be seen.

Kagome first let out a small sound of surprise before quickly rushing over to her, lines of concern forming on her face. With a few quick movements she knelled down besides the wounded body of her incarnate.

*~*

She was being carried.

Pressed against the back of something warm and soft, arms hitching up her legs. Her conscience returning. It felt as if a small part of herself had suddenly become whole and good. It was a nice belonging feeling.

Kikyo blinked. She was still among the living?

Her cheek leaning against her carrier’s silky hair, she quickly tried to allow her eyes to know who exactly was carrying her before she jumped to any conclusions.

And hot damn.

It was her. Wearing the same weird clothes. A white hoari fashioned with a green thing on the top with that cute little red bow; and a tiny little green half a kimono… which didn’t bother Kikyo so much considering she got to see a perfect view of Kagome’s slim legs clad in those adorably ridiculous long socks.

“So, how are you feeling?”

The soft concerned voice that greeted her, broke straight into her thoughts. She paled, so the girl had known she was awake?

“Ano…” Kikyo trailed out softly, her arm’s lax grip around Kagome’s shoulders tightening. What could she say? Oh sorry you found me covered with youkai remains, I feel bright and dandy?

Kagome smiled, Kikyo could tell, “Its okay, you’ve had a rough day, I’m going over to Kaede’s now,” Kikyo noticed the girl’s voice began to grow softer.

“The others…and InuYasha should be there,”

Kikyo’s heart twisted. Kagome just sounded so sad when she mentioned that. ‘Well of course, why shouldn’t she? She loves him and I’m his old lover…’ Kikyo shook her head trying to dispel her thoughts.

“…I do not wish to return there,”

Her reincarnate turned her head briefly, as if seeing her would confirm something else.

“But, your wounds and…and…he-“ Kagome sputtered.

Kikyo felt her chest tighten slightly, “I refuse to be taken there,”

She watched as Kagome nodded thoughtfully.

“I don’t know where to…”

Kikyo watched as Kagome become lost in thought. The day was becoming late, trees taking on a shadowed look, her carrier had come to a halt. A breeze flitted through the air causing a chill to rise. She intentionally scooted closer (if it were possible) into Kagome for warmth.

“Come with me to my Era,” Kagome said. Smiling nervously.

“What do you mean,” Kikyo replied. How could she?

“Well, if I am your reincarnation. (and like the time with Tsbaki?) You may be able to pass through. Then I could treat your wounds and you don’t have to go back?”

Kikyo nodded in silent acceptance. She was curious on where Kagome had come from, such odd attire- and InuYasha had told her about the well long ago.

“Let us go then,” was her response.

*^.^*

It had felt weird to go through the bone eater’s well. A place where she had countless times sealed the remains of youkai slain. The blue light had engulfed them, for countless seconds she felt whole. ‘Perhaps it is because I was near you?’

They had gone through and went into the house. There Kagome had explained that it was so empty because of her obvious family’s departure of it to her Aunt’s house. Where her Aunt had taken to a hospital because of some illness even she, Kikyo had never hear of.

After that Kagome had carried her up some stairs and into her own room. She had been surprised, such color! And the futon?! It was many inches off the floor…

Speaking of which, she had snuggled into as she waited for Kagome to bring out her medics.

Kagome came back in smiling softly; she carried a white box with her. Kikyo prompted up; the ‘pillow things’ were quite cozy. She nervously ran her fingers over the surface of the pink quilt Kagome had given her.

“Now we’ll just have a look at your wounds,” Kagome said, as she positioned herself forward. Kikyo turned her head away and shrugged out of the sleeves of her haori. Kagome gasped. ‘She is…bleeding?’ Kikyo could get injured but her soul skimmers, (which had oddly disappeared after they went through the well) would always bring souls over to help with the healing of cuts… Kagome just thought she had some sprain…

Kagome quickly took out the needed supplies. Kikyo’s arms had been cut up badly, a large gash on her chest had started to scab. Kikyo gulped it made her almost feel embarrassed to have Kagome tend to her like this.

“Is this why you didn’t want to go back?” Kagome said softly killing the black silence.

Kikyo responded almost hesitantly. “Hai,”

“The demon had a weird affect on me after I purified it,” her head bowed, “this is partially the reason I did not wish to… go back,” Kikyo felt a small lump form in her throat. ‘Also InuYasha would expect me to…’

“Oh,” Was all Kagome said, an alcohol swab being dabbed at the sorrowful miko’s wounds. ‘She is alive again,’ Apart of her felt happy but, what would become of her?

“Kagome,” Kikyo said her left hand reaching over to cover one of Kagome’s bandage wrapping hand. “I didn’t want to go back until I heard your opinion on it,”

Kagome’s eyes widen.

Kikyo smiled sadly, shifting maroon meeting deep sapphire. “How do you feel about InuYasha?”

A shocked ‘o’ was created of Kagome’s mouth, “I…”

Kikyo nodded, “I once too, but now,” her grip on Kagome’s hand tightened, her voice a near whisper “Kagome… may I stay with you?”

Her reincarnate made a shocked sound, “Oh Kikyo, I don’t know are you…”

“I love you,” Kikyo said those words she thought to never dare say. Forbidden words.

Kagome pulled her hand away a feeling swelling up n her chest. She tied the last knot on the bandage of Kikyo’s right arm. “What about InuYasha?” Her bangs hid her eyes.

Kikyo shook her head “He was once mine. No longer. My heart is my own. It loves who it loves and hate who it hates.” she smiled softly ‘please, Kagome,’ She leaned forward her body twisting over so she could wrap her arms around the schoolgirl.

“It has been a long time since I ever let myself feel this way,”

She felt Kagome nod and return her embrace. ‘Kikyo she has been so alone… and she doesn’t need InuYasha… but me.’

How long had Kikyo dreamt this? To be in such a loving embrace once again to be treasured, it had been so long. “Kagome, arigatou,” Kikyo threaded her fingers into Kagome’s dark locks, relishing in the silky texture.

Kagome tighten the embrace inching her body closer against the now living miko. Kikyo pulled back, features shadowed from the dusk’s light seeping through the curtains. Slowly her hands moved to cup Kagome’s face, gently to not startle her; she slowly leaned forward and pressed her lips softly to hers.

Kagome hesitantly kissed back, her eyes still opened, taking in the fine details of Kikyo’s fine lashes and soft face. Her eyes closed too. Kikyo drew Kagome into a tight embrace, happy to have her respond, something she never dreamed of coming true. Pressing her body flush up to Kagome, curve fitting against curb, Kikyo started to outline her reincarnation’s soft lips with her tongue, earning a soft startled sound.

It was nice and pleasant, Kagome’s warm soft mouth hesitantly responding to her own, body pressed deliciously with her own. Something just sparked within her, making her hands move from cupping Kagome’s face to the soft cradling of the back of her head and the tender stroking of her back. Kagome shuddered the soft caresses on her back were making her feel funny and what Kikyo’s tongue was doing; she moaned.

Glad at Kagome’s response Kikyo stroked her way over to Kagome’s breast, whilst positioning it so Kagome lay on the soft bed, she, Kikyo hovering over her. Carefully to not startle her, the miko cupped both of Kagome’s breasts massaging them softly through the fabric of her outfit. Squirming under her touch, she arched into Kikyo’s hands softly mewling when she felt her hands pinch her nipples through the fabric.

“Kagome,” Kikyo silently murmured, as she bent forward and nuzzled at the young girl’s throat, her body tingling and hot with desire.

Kagome was beautiful and vibrant in her hands, panting softly, Kikyo grinded her body against hers in a rhythmic motion, moaning herself as more liquid heat spread through her lower body. Concentrating as well as she could, Kikyo slowly moved her hands to creep under the school’s front and the odd undergarment to feel the soft flesh beneath. More fervently Kagome arched forward rubbing herself into Kikyo’s thigh, the rough texture of Kikyo’s hakama against her thinly guarded core causing half a semi-loud moan to issue.

As Kagome’s skirt continued to rise up, she set to untying the ribbon at Kagome’s front, loosening the top. Both helping each other, Kagome quickly pulled her shirt over her head; while Kikyo undid the clasp at the front. She paused, breath taken as Kagome fell back over the bed, hair tussled and chest heaving softly, sweat starting to sheen on her passion fevered body. Kikyo herself quickly untied the folds of her hakama, fingers nervous and fumbling. Soon the soft shift of clothing was heard as the bottoms fell loose taking the dangling haori with it, adding to the pile on the floor. Positioning in between her legs, Kikyo’s hand removed the rejected skirt and flimsy garment.

Both stared, wandering eyes shimmering with untold feelings as each studied one another’s body. Kagome let her arms rise up to have one of her hands feel Kikyo’s breast, while the other slowly stroked Kikyo’s stomach lazily. She sucked in a small gasp, positioning herself above the schoolgirl, her head bent to take one of Kagome’s breasts to her mouth. She sucked quickly, her tongue swirling the nipple around.

Moving to rest on one of her elbows, Kikyo caressed the scar on Kagome’s hip to have it slid to pet at the soft hair at the juncture in between her legs. The hand cupping the slick hot flesh, before slipping her pointer finger in, Kikyo smirked at the readiness of her. Kagome let out a strangled cry, both hands burying themselves in Kikyo’s soft hair, clutching her head to her chest. Moving her finger in and out slowly, Kikyo recently rubbed a part of her hand to the small nub in between the folds, adding to the pleasure of her partner. In the desperate abandonment Kagome hips jerked with every slid of Kikyo’s fingers.

“Ah, koi do you like that?” Kikyo said softly, enjoying the passion written expressions on her lover’s face as she cried out with each tightening of her inner walls.

Kagome heavily panted, the heat in her lower belly spilling out coating the miko’s hand effectively as she had some release. Withdrawing from her chest, Kikyo drew her hand up to her mouth, licking the juices coating it. Moaning delighted, she animatedly licked it clean causing the girl beneath her to once again feel the need in her body.

Throwing her arms over Kikyo’s shoulders Kagome pulled her down to lay beside her, naked flesh to flesh, as her hands roamed eagerly over Kikyo’s soft body. She scooted down to lick at her stomach before creeping down to put her head between her legs. Lips parted slightly she kissed at the obviously dripping folds before sliding her tongue in. Half stunned and pleased, Kikyo rolled her hips forward, enjoying the attention of Kagome’s tongue. Thighs tightly clamped around Kagome’s head, Kikyo gave into the soft caresses of Kagome’s ministrations, both muffled and clear moans sounded through out the room as both gained equal pleasure at their actions.

Kagome withdrew after she felt the last of Kikyo’s release gush into her mouth and over the pink quilt, swallowing as mush as she could, savoring the tingle of Kikyo on her tongue. Both panting, Kikyo’s fingers brushed softly at Kagome’s bangs, her young reincarnate resting her head on her abdomen. Both eyes were fogged, lost in the after affect of their love making.

Kagome cleared her throat before speaking, “I love you,”

Kikyo smiled, reaching to cradle Kagome’s head, “You don’t have to say that,”

She felt Kagome shrug, “I know,”

The sun had already set.

A full moon’s light peeked at them through the blinds.

Kikyo mouthed a small ‘thank you’.
