Later that day...
*ring ring
"Hello?" kagome asked.
"WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?! I HAVE A DATE IN 10 MINUTES WITH INUYASHA!"
"Oh Ill be there in seconds ..." kagome grabbed her money and ran.
She reached Kikyos house in a few mere minutes.
She ran up the stairs and dove into her room.
"Im here..." she said her back turned to Kikyo as she tore her shirt off and threw on her dress...
"What are you doing hes taking you to a club!" Kikyo shrieked throwing a micro mini skirt that
if kagome bent over her ass would fall out and a gold chain club top at her.
She felt like a stripper...with one slice of Inuyashas claws her outfit would be down on the

"Hes here ok umm...uhh... throw this on and this!" she threw a red shade of lipstick and black

Kagome did as she was told and ran to the door.
She saw him standing there...guilt sunk into her heart.
"Hey baby...whats wrong why, are you feeling guilty?" he asked as he hugged her.
"You and your damn powers lets just go..." she as bitchy as she could.
"Okay at least youre back to normal...lets get going!" he said placing his hand on her butt.
In the car ride inuyasha complained how he hated his brother and hated him for forcing him to be
in the same walk with Kagome.
"Why are you mad at me...uhh me cousin sorry I thought of French hee hee..." she covered up.
"She lied to me about something I thought she would want us to share..." he said very distantly.
"Oh...her singing?" she asked.
"How did you know?" he asked surprised.
"She hasnt sang since her dad left...he always loved listening to her sing..." She responded in a
monotone voice.
"Oh...aww man and I got all mad at her..." he whispered.
"Dont beat yourself up babe; shes stupid to not share her gift with everyone..." ,,Kikyo said as
bitchy as possible.
"I guess..." he said distant again.
Just then he parked the car, and opened the door to let her out. Loud techno beat pulsated through
the entire club.
Inuyasha pulled ,,Kikyo towards him and began to grind on her. She pushed herself off of him
with a very surprised look on her face.
"Whats the matter? Your acting like you cant dance!" he shouted over the music.
"Uhh...I just dont feel the rhythm tonight..." she smiled bashfully.
"Then let me help you!" he said seductively.
He pulled her into him as his hands slipped down to her hips as he and her locked eyes. The
rocked back and forth to the beat. His hands cradled her hips and moved them side to side as the
tempo of the song changed into a more up beat Latino beat.
Kagome felt herself fall into it and began grinding her hips into him as her hand went above her
head as she moved her hips in a circular motion. Inuyasha normally wasnt turned on to Kikyos
dancing but tonight was different, she seemed so innocent so...fluid with the music as if it were
flowing through her.
He whispered into her ear in an extremely husky voice...
"you are turning me on l...I want you ..." with that he pulled her so close into him she could feel
how hot his body was getting and hear his breathing become more labored.
Kagome couldnt help but blush... koga was always to kind and to curious about other girls to
ever try something like this with her...
"mmm..." she moaned as he gave special attention to her neck.

"Kikyo..."
then it dawned on her...inuyasha wasnt seeing her like she now often dreamed of...he saw
Kikyo...again...
With that thought in her head she became slightly depressed but all of those feelings changed
when inuyasha spoke again.
"I know you hate it when I talk about your cousin but heres the thing...you seem to be acting
more like her and she like you...care to explain?" he said in a teasing yet serious tone.
,,Oh crap now what do I say? she thought silently.
Then she got it...
*THUNK!
A loud crash got everyones attention as kagome body swiftly slipped backwards on some spilt
drink and crashed into the wooden dance floor.
To kagome it didnt hurt at all but if it had been Kikyo shed be in tears so...she thought of her
dad...
how she hated him...
how he had hurt her when she was younger...
how he almost killed rin...
Then tears came fast and steadily. But before she knew it inuyasha had picked her up and was
getting the car for her in less then 5 seconds.
"Are you ok?" he asked.
"What do you think?! You know I hate it when you compare me to my stupid cousin and then I
fall on my ass! hmm Im great!" she said as if she were Kikyo.
The car ride back to Kikyos was long and silent. There were no goodbyes or anything just a car
door slam and a regretful incident.
Kagome barely made it home in time; she was a little faster than Inuyashas car which was just
puttering very slowly. She jumped in the backdoor and ran up stairs and hopped in the shower.
She went into her room to find inuyasha just staring into space, until he saw kagome in her towel
again then his attention went to her.
"Whats wrong?" she asked.
"Im not sure...I feel weird like I dont know Kikyo anymore...its like shes becoming more
distant...I dont know." He said his voice very distant and confused.
"Do you wanna talk about how you feel?" kagome asked not realizing she sounded like a
therapist.
"Feh, I dont need a shrink..." he said in a somewhat cold way.
"Well sorry, i was just trying to help...any way what are you doing here?" she said in a cold way
as well.
"I dont want to go home and be scolded and reprimanded can I stay here for the night?" he
asked giving her puppy dog looks (which by the way are hard to resist when the person who is
doing it has cute dog ears).
"Fine...but can you please close your eyes so I can change I dont feel like goin back to
bathroom again." She demanded instead of asking.
He did as instructed but he peeked every other second to see kagome take off her towel and saw
her firm butt and miss out on seeing her boobs.
She threw on some heart boxers and cami top so she didnt have to put on a bra.
"Youre in the clear..." she said as she folded up her towel and brushed out her naturally wavy
hair.
He smiled and thought of them when they were kids; he missed the innocence of it all.
"Inuyasha?" a light voice called him back from lala land.
He looked up to see kagome sitting down in front of him.
"I want to apologize...ya know for not telling you about my secret..." she said looking down at
her violet painted toenails.
Inuyasha looked up surprised, why should she apologize; he was the one who acted like an ass.
"no I was an ass for not understanding...Kikyo told me about your dad, well not all about him, I
mean I still dont know why you hate him but, she told me why you dont sing in front of people
anymore." He said finally regaining eye contact with the girl.
She smiled a smile that made inuyasha feel warm inside instead the ass he was.
"ok well Im tired so Im gonna go to bed here," she threw a pillow and sleeping bag at him,
"good night!" she whispered as she walked towards her bed, but was prevented by a strong force
pulling her back.
"Oh no, you have a queen bed Im sleeping on a mattress tonight!" he said as he jumped on the
far side of the bed.
Kagome was too tired to argue so she fell into her bed and fell asleep.
Inuyasha watched her sleep as her chest rose up and down and small sighs escaped her mouth.
He wanted to be closer to her, so he scooted closer to her and wrapped his muscular arm around
her but then realized that his jeans and shirt were still on. He slipped away and removed his
clothes. He reentered the bed in his boxers and let his sliver hair crash over his shoulders and
swept kagomes arm.
He saw a small smile creep across her face.
He sighed...
It was so confuseing...
He felt a different feeling when he was with kagome...
