Heaven will lose. It will no longer exist
the way everyone imagines it to be.
Dreams will die and earth will be apart
of this new heaven.
Meeting up with Kami’s last hope,
our characters will have to deal with
the new way of life this “last hope” will bring.

Chapter 8
Kagome’s POV
I felt the intensity.
It was electricity through my body
like non Ive ever felt before.
I felt its heat
go lower and lower.
His lips
held sweetness
better than sugar.
His body
had me surrender
and controlled me.
This feeling
was deep.
Deep than any
knife could cut.
I wanted him in me.
I wanted the ecstasy.
I wanted the romance.
I wanted everything of him.
I held onto him.
He held onto me.
There was no urgency
in this simple act
of love.
Our bodies were slick,
the room grew hot,
I could hear our hearts
beating faster with each
movement.
I felt my soul
lift and was free
once again.
I was free!
but my heart
was taken
by this man
I can only
describe with
two words,
My love.
Sesshomaru’s POV
Listening to the lightness
of Kagome’s even breathing
and steady beat of her heart.
She vexed me
and those three words
I cannot say
because not once
have I said those words ever.
I could only describe this feeling:
It makes me want to stay with her forever.
It is not lust, where you'd want it
but not to keep it.
Here, tonight, eternity had stilled time,
the clocks no longer ticking to their ritual of “tick-tock”.
This felt like no sin in my head or my heart.
This is no weakness.
