Ch. 9 Kagome's Week

 

Kagome grabbed her bag and got back in the elevator and went down to the first floor. She said hi to her mom quickly before walking out of the hotel and to her car. Kagome drove home and parked her car. She walked into the house and to the back room where there were medium size boxes. She grabbed 2 one for her upper half and one for her lower half. Then Kagome filled the boxes with clothing and undergarments. She sealed up the boxes and put them in her car. She drove back to the hotel and got a luggage cart for her boxes. Again she said hi to her mom then went upstairs to her room and unpacked everything in the right places.

 

She packed enough clothing for a week making sure to not pack PJ's in hope that Inuyasha would loan her a large shirt that, again smelled like him. Kagome laughed at herself obviously Miroku had worn off on her. After Kagome packed her bag she headed up to Inuyasha's room. When she got up there she looked around realizing that Inuyasha had fallen asleep on the couch. She laughed and set her bag down on Inuyasha's bed. Then she flipped through his CD's and realized that a lot of them said Inuyasha's mix or Yash's mix. But she found out one CD that caught her attention it had scribbles all over it except the white tape on top that said Sesshy's stolen mix written in Inuyasha's handwriting. Under the scribbles she was able to make out `Sesshoumaru's property do not even think of stealing Inuyasha, if you do so help me you have a death wish'.

 

After reading that she laughed and wondered what was on that CD. Then Kagome walked over to where Inuyasha was sleeping and figured she would have some fun. She sat next to him on the couch with her legs hanging over the side facing him. Kagome started to rub his ears. Inuyasha moaned and moved his head to give her better access. Kagome continued to rub his ears until he pulled her down on top of him locking his arms so she wouldn't escape. `Oh great now Im in trouble' thought Kagome trying to break free of his grasp.

 

Inuyasha mumbled something in his sleep and rolled over so that he was facing away from the back of the couch and let Kagome roll onto the ground. `Ouch but at least he let me go' thought Kagome being grateful that he hadn't woken up. She went back over to the CD that had Sesshy's name on it and opened it up only to find a piece of paper in there that said this on it…

“Wow half these songs aren't even sold in stores yet and some of them I've never heard of before” Kagome thought out loud. “I know” said a voice behind her.

 

“Uh…” said Kagome turning around to find Inuyasha with an eye open still lying on the couch. “Did you see anything you liked because if you do you can pull out the CD's and I can burn all of the songs you like onto other CD's for you after you listen to them if you haven't heard them yet” said Inuyasha stretching.

 

“Really” asked Kagome. “Yeah” said Inuyasha. Kagome started to pull out CD's and set them in a pile. “You know you have all the CD's on your brothers CD why did you have to steal his” asked Kagome. “Cause I was to lazy to make my own mix” said Inuyasha shrugging it off.

 

“Ok I need to listen to some of these songs” said Kagome opening the sound system up and popping in AFI.

 

She listened to the CD and found that she only liked one song it was called `Miss Murder' so she grabbed a sticky note off the table and a pen and wrote 1 on the note and stuck it on top of the CD then set it aside. Then she picked up HIM and put it in and found that she liked the songs `Killing Loneliness' and `Wings of a Butterfly'. Then she picked up Evanescence and found that she liked `My Immortal', `Bring Me to Life' and `Everybody's Fool'. She looked again at the CD's and Inuyasha pulled out a CD by Seether. “You have to put the songs `Remedy' and `Broken' on there you won't like any of the others” said Inuyasha writing on a sticky note and putting it in her gathering pile.

 

Then Kagome pulled out a CD by linkin park and already knew that she wanted `Breaking the Habit', `Crawling' and `In the End'. Then Inuyasha held up 5 CD's with sticky notes that he said she had to put in and just to trust him. The first one was Foo Fighters and the song was `The Best of You'. The next one was Nickelback with `Savin Me'. Then there was Trapt with `Headstrong'. Last there was Hawthorn Heights with `Ohio is for Lovers'. Then Kagome picked up Motion City Soundtrack and knew already that she wanted `The Future Freaks Me Out' and `Everything is Alright'.

 

Then she picked up System of a Down and found that she liked `B.Y.O.B'. Then Kagome picked up Three Days Grace and found the song `Animal I have become'. Then the last song CD she found that she had interest in was Breaking Benjamin with the song `In the Diary of Jane'. “Ok we can burn your CD's now” said Inuyasha picking up all the CD's and carrying them over to his dell computer and sticking one in after another until he finally was ready to burn the first CD came out as…

“Hey thanks Inuyasha for making these CD's for me” said Kagome. “No problem oh and if you look in the top of your closet there will be a large boom box with wireless speakers that you can put all around the room so that you can listen to these your mom kept saying that you wanted one, it is one of the best out there it can even make a copy of a CD while your listening to another CD and it can record stuff, listen to radio, play castes, allow you to plug in another set of speakers since the other speakers are wireless and the hook up is inside the box itself so you can use them for anything else, and can hook up to a computer or TV so you can have surround sound” said Inuyasha.

 

“Thanks so much for all of this and stuff” said Kagome hugging Inuyasha. “Its no problem” said Inuyasha. Kagome looked up at the clock. “Its 1 in the afternoon now what time to you get off work” asked Kagome.

 

“5 so I have 4 hours” said Inuyasha getting up and laying back down on the couch closing his eyes. “So what do you want to do until then” asked Kagome. “This” said Inuyasha. “Your no fun, I'll rub your ears” said Kagome.
