“What in the world are you doing?” Rin asked

 

“I'm moving I'm going to live with a friend” kagome said not looking up from her packing.

 

“I hope not that man you just met days ago?” Rin raised a brow

 

“Sort of yes and no” kagome replied

 

“Kagome……”

 

“I'm moving in with a worker of his.” Kagome sighed

 

“Wait kagome your not doing that gang thing again are you?” Rin questioned

 

“No Rin I'm just making new friends” kagome snapped

 

“We moved because you wanted to make new friends before and what did that almost get you? Huh DEAD!” Rin yelled

 

“I am not going down that road again Rin I swear” kagome replied

 

“The doors always open kagome you're a grown woman barely but grown (she's 21), you can make your own decisions” Rin reminded

 

“I no sister i'm not going to let you down this time I promise” she said blowing her a kiss and taking her two big bags down the street

 

“@ least let me drive you those bags have got to be heavy” Rin yelled

 

“Nope I have training soon and this will just be a head start” kagome yelled back waving.

 

 

 

Sesshomaru looked through Rin's file and found her home number. Would he be wrong if he asked her to dinner instead of meeting her at the park? She had been running through his mind since she smiled at him because she got the job. Last night she was so serious like she was an exact copy of him, but she had a hint of playfulness that he actually liked, she was made for him and she was something that he intended on getting. He picked up the phone and dialed her number.

 

“Hello Rin speaking” Rin answered

 

“Hello Rin, this is Sesshomaru, I was wondering if I could treat you to dinner to celebrate your new job.” Sesshomaru sighed glad he came up with a reason

 

“no you didn't, you wanted to see me, that's why you looked for my number and that's why it took you about 30 minutes of arguing in your head whether you should call or not” Rin chuckled.

 

“……… ……..” Sesshomaru gaped at the phone

 

“Yes Sesshomaru, um how about an hour I'll meet you at work I'm driving and picking tonight dress comfortable” Rin said and hung up she laughed he was in for a world he had never been in before.

 

 

 

 

“Ayame please don't steal her clothes ask please.” Inuyasha sighed rubbing his temples

 

“I wont we're going to have so much fun, come on Inuyasha let her stay now we can sleep in the living room until another bedroom is finished” ayame begged

 

“Ayame there are reasons why this is the way it is be patient it wont take long” Inuyasha chuckled you could tell ayame was only 19 but she was strong and very persuasive

 

“Why you though why not someone else” Sango questioned.

 

“Like who Sango? She cant stay with you because your 2 damn jealous to realize she might be a good person, Miroku's a letch and I doubt she'd want to play videogames with me” shippo sighed

 

“Thank you shippo you always think the same thing I'm thinking” Inuyasha smiled

 

“Whatever, Inuyasha are we still going to dinner?” Sango asked

 

“I don't know now Sango I must see if she's coming tonight and get her ready for training early tomorrow morning” Inuyasha sighed

 

“Damn I didn't think I'd be getting started, that fast” kagome said throwing her bags on the floor.

 

“If you couldn't drive kagome one of us could have came and got you” shippo smiled

 

“Naw I needed the workout its been about a month anyway” kagome shrugged

 

“Okay ill take you now to the apartment so you can unpack.” Inuyasha rose from the chair

 

“Okay bye everyone sees you after training” kagome waved grabbing her bags but Inuyasha snatched them away. She rolled her eyes and smiled at everyone before closing the door behind him.

 

“So how long before they fuck?” Miroku smirked; Sango reached over and punched him in the head. “Ow!” Miroku frowned rubbing his head.

 

“Come on Miroku we don't have any jobs today and I got halo 3 live waiting at home and dominos on speed dial” shippo said wiggling his eyebrows.

 

“Man you got me on halo 3 lets go, goodbye my beautiful ladies tomorrow will be a new day!” Miroku yelled running out behind shippo

 

“Later Sango I'm watching a computer on eBay that Inuyasha said he'd pay for, and with him paying I'm definitely not passing that up.” Ayame giggled

 

 

Sango thought about everything that had happened since she had joined Inuyasha little group. They worked hard assassinations, kidnapping, robbing, poisoning, and swat teaming for Sesshomaru. She thought about all the good times and how everyone joined. She joined after shippo and Miroku and now that she really thought about it when ayame came she assumed that Inuyasha had a thing for her. It came to her that maybe she was just being jealous, she treated ayame like shit when she first came over nothing. was she doing the same with kagome?

 

 

 

Rin checked herself in the mirror to make sure she looked alright. She hoped Sesshomaru had seen a woman with hips in a pair of jeans before because if he hadn't he'd be in for a rude awakening. She wouldn't lie she looked damn good, and she wasn't afraid to admit it. She grabbed her keys and headed for the door.

 

 

 

Sesshomaru paced the floor of his office repeatedly looking out the window, mad because he never stopped to see what her car looked like. He looked again but the street was still completely empty. He redressed at work picking a nice clean pair of jeans and a button up dress shirt. This was comfortable to him and he hoped Rin wasn't taking him somewhere to down to earth. Looking again he smirked when he saw her standing against her car tapping her foot. He closed up his office and left to meet her.

 

 

“Took you long enough dog” she said when he made it down.

 

“We aren't eating seafood are we I think you'll be enough fish for one night” he said not fazed by her insult.

 

Rin walked up to Sesshomaru before he could get in the car “thinking about getting sum puss already mutt?” she smirked “you work fast” she whispered in his ear and grabbed his sack. He jumped back and she laughed walking over to her side of the car. “get in we'll be late if you just stand there” she chuckled as she waited for him in the car he got in and didn't even look her way but half way there his hand landed on her thigh and she smiled.

 

They arrived at a restaurant that over looked a beach that was just a walk away. She gave her name and they sat on the patio looking at the ocean. “This is a very nice place Rin” Sesshomaru praised. “Thanks I passed it when we moved here and promised myself I'd come at least once” she smiled looking at the ocean. “Your mood intrigues me” he commented sipping his wine. “What do you mean” she frowned. “One minute your serious, the next goofy which is really you” he asked. Rin laughed and smiled at him “Sesshomaru I'm just like you, except my shield is not as high and I let in who deserve to be let in” Rin smiled at him taking a piece of bread. “I'm open” he pouted trying to save himself. “No your not” Rin giggled. “Your reserved because that's what you were taught, but really you're a prankster you look like one do you have a younger brother” Rin questioned. “Yes I do and a matter a fact I did prank him a lot” he chuckled to himself. “See that's Sesshomaru” she smiled taking a piece of bread out of his hand. “Well care to help get that Sesshomaru back?” he asked. “We can try now lets order.”

 

 

“This is your room” Inuyasha said opening the door. Kagome looked around and smiled it was big and the canopy bed was nice. She would be on the other side of the whole place and that was better for her. “Thank you so much Inuyasha” she smiled turning to him but she giggled when she noticed where his eyes were the hole time she stood there, on her tattoo. “Like it” she said wagging her butt. “Don't do that” he replied in a low husky voice. She did it again and he yanked her to him, her back pressed against his chest she could feel his growl run through her body. She moan and pressed her butt deeper into his front sighing at the way he felt against her. “Get settled” he whispered in her ear pulling her deeper into him then letting her go. “I'm coming back later to check on you” he said closing the door. Kagome smiled she wanted to be Sango's friend but she knew Inuyasha was meant to be her mate. She threw herself on the bed and sighed. This was going to be fun.
