“Hey you stupid dog that fucking hurts if my leg was suppose to go back that far then it would.” Kagome growled at the tai-youkai on top of her.

 

“Will you shut up and take it like a woman seriously” he rolled his eyes.

 

“I would if you were treating me like a woman would be treated when it comes to exercises.” Kagome growled

 

“Excuse me ma'am do you need to change trainers?” a muscular man asked walking up.

 

`Here goes nothing' kagome smirked when Inuyasha looked at him

 

“Why yes I do, could you help me, not HURT me” kagome smiled at him.

 

“Sure come over here” hojo said

 

“She's good right where she is” Inuyasha growled up at him.

 

“Obviously not you're hurting her” hojo snapped back he grabbed Kagome's hand and led her to another part of the gym.

 

 

“Does that feel okay?” he asked running his hand up her thigh as she stretched.

 

“Yes amazing, you so good at this” kagome acted

 

“Thank you I do work out a lot. Bend with your butt out.” He instructed but was picked up from the neck when she started to bend.

 

“Omg! Inuyasha put him down before I make you put him down!” kagome yelled at the angry demon.

 

“You listen closely if I ever catch your hands on her again you will die you hear me I am the only one she will ever bend over for” Inuyasha growled dropping him. He grabbed Kagome's arm and dragged her out the building.

 

 

 

When they got back to the apartment he slammed her against the door after he closed it. “You are mine and if you ever let another man touch you like that again you will be punished, you fucking hear me bitch.” He said nipping her nose. Kagome knew what that meant, hardcore sex that would have her in pain and not walking for days. He pushed her off towards her room and sat on the couch.

 

Inuyasha picked up his phone and dialed Sango's number. “Why don't you come upstairs there are some things we need to talk about.”

 

 

 

 

“Good morning Sesshomaru-sama” Rin smiled walking by. She carried a cinnabon and a sweet tea n her hand, by the way people looked at her food in the place she guessed they skipped breakfast to get there on time. She smiled at everyone and bowed to the elderly woman Sesshomaru picked for her new secretary. She laughed when she got in her office, thinking back to the day he bought her into the room. She wasn't surprised at his pick it didn't surprise her at all she was ready for an older person. Rin had to admit thought Kaede was good at what she did.

 

“Kaede let me order you some breakfast” Rin yelled out into the entrance to her office.

 

“Ye don't have to do that I am fine.” Kaede replied.

 

“I insist Kaede I can't sit here and eat knowing you have nothing.” Rin smiled.

 

“Fine it would be nice to try that sweet bread you're eating.” Kaede laughed.

 

“Of course Kaede I'll have someone bring it up immediately tell me if you enjoy it” Rin laughed picking up her phone.

 

 

 

 

“Yes inu what did you want to talk about?” Sango questioned.

 

“Come on sit down” he mentioned watching her.

 

“Okay what is this about Inuyasha?” she nervously laughed.

 

“Look Sango this has got to stop, before I end up hurting you” Inuyasha sighed rubbing his temples

 

“This is about her isn't it?” Sango snapped getting angry.

 

“No Sango it's about me this time, it's about what I need to figure out what I need to understand.” Inuyasha snapped right back. “Now tell Miroku I want to see him” he said dismissing her. Sango left in s huff said slammed the door on the way out.

 

 

“Woah what did you do to her she seems really mad.” Miroku commented sitting down.

 

“I had to let her know that I couldn't date her anymore.” Inuyasha sighed rubbing his temples.

 

“What the fuck, you were supposed to treat her right man!” Miroku yelled standing.

 

“That's why I broke up with her Miroku to avoid hurting her. And your up here so I can apologize to you” he said looking at his best friend.

 

“For what you haven't done anything to me” Miroku frowned.

 

“Because I knew you wanted Sango and I led her on knowing that you could treat her way better than I could ever have.” Inuyasha said sighing

 

“She'll forgive you, I forgive you, but you can have kagome she's not my type.” Miroku sighed whiskfully.

 

“Man you couldn't have kagome even if she wanted you!” Inuyasha chuckled at his dear friend.

 

“Yes well it looks like I have a heart to go mend.” Miroku said standing. “Don't go to hard on yourself Inuyasha everyone makes mistakes.”

 

 

 

“Is your brother okay?” Rin asked, sitting in Sesshoamru's office

 

“Yea he's having mate problems I still don't see that as a good reason to call early in the morning” Sesshomaru sighed.

 

“He's mate disobedient?” Rin asked

 

“No she's more of a challenge, she's good for him she's a hanyou” Sesshomaru said rubbing her thigh.

 

“Wait, hanyou? Is she neko youkai” Rin gasped, when Sesshomaru pinched her leg

 

“Yes you know her?” Sesshomaru questioned rubbing the abused spot

 

“Yep she's my baby sister she called me early this morning too.” Rin smiled.

 

“So that's why she's a challenge because ya'll are related.” Sesshomaru smirked.

 

“And you know what, we're only a challenge to mutts what's the odds of that” Rin smirked back standing. “I have work to do, in your language woof woof” Rin laughed walking out.

 

 

 

 

“Sango please open the door I just want to see how you are” Miroku yelled at the door. She took Inuyaha's breaking up with her a little harder than he thought she would. Was she seriously seeing Inuyasha as the type to settle down? She opened the door and sighed. She didn't look like she had been crying but she did look upset.

 

“Sango are you alright I talked to Inuyasha” Miroku said genuinely.

 

“I guess kagome won huh” she smiled looking up at him.

 

“no she didn't you won in a way, because now you can see that a man that really wants to make you happy is right here and has been here in front of you all along” Miroku smiled.

 

“Thank you Miroku for being a friend” Sango smiled hugging him, she moved so he could enter her apartment.

 

 

 

“Wench wake up, you can't be tired” Inuyasha sighed sitting on the end of Kagome's bed.

 

“Try a hard training then another hard training a DAY after the first one” kagome snapped bearing her head in the pillow.

 

 

“I can give you a massage if you like.” Inuyasha said crawling on top of her to lay on her back.

 

“No I would like for you to let me sleep.” Kagome groaned wiggling to get him off.

 

“I'm not going anywhere so you may as well stop” Inuyasha groaned grabbing her hips

 

“What the hell are you waking me up for?” kagome snapped.

 

“Now that I think about it I really don't know” he chuckled getting up to leave the room

 

“You stupid dog!” kagome yelled throwing a pillow at the door.

 

 

 

 

“I need a copy of the yuki file where is that?” Rin asked the filer in the office library. She was on edge, after leaving Sesshomaru's office she spilt coffee on her shirt and before she could clean it up she was called into a surprised meeting, then she broke a heel. Today wasn't working the way she had planned for it to work. She hadn't seen him since his office door had closed a little while after the meeting and hadn't opened since.

 

“Sorry Sesshomaru-san has that file” the clerk sighed.

 

“Thanks” Rin said walking away damn this wasn't her day.

 

 

Not paying attention to the door she walked in looking at what little she did have of the file. “Hey you do you have……….” Rin stopped her mouth falling open. There was a woman sitting on his desk with her legs crossed in front of him. He was leaning back in his desk chair she guessed talking to the woman.

 

“Rin look………

 

“I need the yuki file please.” Rin cut him off her blue eyes turning darker with every breath

 

“Wait we need to talk……

 

“Where's the file I will get it myself,” she said walking deeper into the office ignoring anything he was trying to say to her. “Excuse my intrusion.” Rin told the girl.

 

“dammit Rin!” Sesshomaru roared slamming his fist on the desk making the girl fall off.

 

“You know what I'll have Kaede come get it never minds.” Rin cheerfully said leaving.

 

 

“So I take it that that's who you wanted me to make a dress for” kagura asked

 

“No your still making the dress, she's going to come around real soon.” Sesshomaru growled.

 

 

 

`What the fuck was that, he got a bitch sitting on his desk and I'm suppose to be okay with this' Rin growled in her head pacing the floor. Kaede looked in a smiled; she knew office love when she saw it.

 

“Ye should not jump to conclusions, just ask and see what your answer is” Kaede smiled standing at the door. “I'm going to make copies” Kaede said and walked away.

 

`Thanks Kaede'

 

 

 

`I can't even get back to sleep' kagome growled throwing off her covers. She picked up the phone and called Ayame seeing if she wanted to go out for something to eat and to show her around town. After getting off the phone she got a quick shower and dressed in a pair of fitting jeans and a sweatshirt, putting her hair in a high ponytail she walked out of her room.

 

“Where you going” Inuyasha asked from the couch

 

“ not where you're going” she replied

 

“And where am I going” Inuyasha questioned raising a eyebrow

 

“To hell” kagome smirked walking out the door. She could hear Inuyasha's growl from behind the door and chuckled skipping downstairs.

 

 

 

 

 

“When you really get use to the team things will start to get hectic, we have a lot of missions we go on sometimes alone and sometimes together” Ayame said taking a bite out of her salad.

 

“Those meetings, how often do they happen” kagome questioned.

 

“Frequently, he calls at all hours of the night just to tell you you have a meeting.” Ayame laughed. “Most days we are off doing our own thing, but nights are his domain that's when we step into action” Ayame answered.

 

“Have you ever seen him mad” kagome continued

 

“Ya once, he had a ex girlfriend that got shot in the head, he turned into his youkai form and slaughtered the man who shot her” Ayame sighed. “She's been in a veggie state for about 4 years, he goes by to see her sometimes” Ayame shook her head.

 

“Wow, that's sad so now he's dating Sango” kagome frowned

 

“From what I heard her tell Miroku earlier, not anymore” Ayame whispered.

 

“I was going to invite you for breakfast but I thought you'd still be in training so I was going back down to my car and I heard their conversation at the door.” Ayame snitched

 

“Damn that's harsh, he hasn't bothered me since I got mad at training this morning” kagome sighed.

 

“Ima woman speech” Ayame smiled. “I think we all gave him that speech”

 

“And he still hasn't learned.” Kagome laughed

 

 

 

“Did he tell you to come talk to me” Sango asked.

 

“No he apologized to me, and told me he couldn't continue with your relationship in fear of hurting you” Miroku explained.

 

“I thought it was because of kagome” Sango sighed

 

“You have to understand Sango that maybe she was the one meant for him and he can't change how he feels” Miroku patted her leg. “But he isn't pursuing her he's just figuring things out right now, he's trying to get his head on straight.” He smiled.

 

`maybe its time for me to do the same and stop being so tough” Sango laughed.

 

“So does this mean you're easy?” Miroku asked excitedly. “OW!”

 

“ASSHOLE!”

 

 

`Miroku and his mouth' Inuyasha chuckled. He was glad his friend could mend Sango's angered heart. All he could really think about was that hanyou who constantly pushed his buttons but he loved that the most. She was a feisty flame he wanted to put out, and ignite at the same time.
