Chapter 2

Damned mind, can't tell me what the stupid favor is, that pisses me off to the next extent.

Inuyasha said to himself.

“Good morning Inuyasha” Miroku said from outside Kaede's hut.

“Oh, Hey Miroku” Inuyasha said wondering why he could not sense him earlier.

“Are you feeling okay?” Miroku said looking at Inuyasha's facial expression.

“Yeah, are you guys ready to go?” Inuyasha said now annoyed.

“Uh, yeah I guess so, where are we going anyways?” Miroku said confused.

“Have you been hit in the head too much? We haven't finished the jewel, and Naraku is still out there!”

“Ohhhh! Right.” Miroku said.

“Hey Inuyasha ready to go?” Kagome said with Sango trailing behind her.

“I really think Miroku needs treatment.” Inuyasha said.

“What! I was just wondering goodness, let's just go.” Miroku said. Kagome and Sango looks at each other dumbfounded. The girls decided to just shrug it off. They started off towards the north, since that was the last time they heard of Naraku.

They've been running for almost 2 hours when Kagome sensed a jewel shard. “Which way Kagome?” Inuyasha asked.

“We're heading straight for them.” Kagome said.

“Them?” Miroku asked.

“I forgot to mention, I sense four.” Kagome said. They kept running for about 5 more minutes, when they ran into none other then Kouga lying on the ground with a puddle of blood around him.

“He's not dead, if that what your thinking.” Inuyasha said looking at Kagome. Kagome nodded and ran to Kouga so she could tend to his wounds. When she finished Kouga was asleep on the ground and they built a fire and had gone out for food. When they came back they were having fish, as usual.

“Is he alright?” Miroku asked.

“Yeah he's fine, but…” Kagome said being cut off.

“I could less about that mangy wolf!” Inuyasha said obviously not caring for the wolves' health.

“Inuyasha!! Show some respect!!” Kagome said pissed off.

“Why should I?!” Inuyasha said fussing.

“SIT!!” Kagome said and immediately there was a faced Inuyasha deep in the ground.

“Go ahead Kagome, finish what you were saying.” Sango said not caring for the now 2 feet deep dog nest to her.

“Oh right, the demon the Kouga was fighting took his jewel shards.” Kagome said.

“So now the other demon has four shards instead of two, which makes whoever it, is a harder opponent.”

“Yeah, if only we knew who this somebody was, we could find its weaknesses before attacking.” Sango said.

“Yeah I guess your right, but the only person who knows who it is, is Kouga.” Kagome said.

“I'm not asking that wolf any questions.” Inuyasha said.

“Well you don't have to, I will.” Kagome said still angry at Inuyasha.

“I'm getting sleepy.” Shippo said.

“Shippo, you haven't said anything all day, are you okay?” Kagome said worried.

“He's fine Kagome, you worry too much, now get some sleep.” Inuyasha said.

“Whatever, come on Shippo.” Kagome said unrolling her sleeping bag so they could sleep.

While everyone was sleep, Inuyasha snuck off for a little while. “Hey Inuyasha.”

“Hey?” Inuyasha said wondering why his mind was so happy.

“Wow that party was great!! It lasted all Day!!”

“What party?!”

“It got invited to a party yesterday, only people like me were invited.”

“You mean people who talk to there self usually being irritating, and annoying?”

“Yes very much so.”

“Anyways, why are you here tonight, I didn't do anything wrong.”

“Yes you did, you still didn't apologize to Kagome, and I haven't gotten a chance to tell you my favor.”

“Feh, your times up buddy, you said I have to do the favor today.”

“Yes I did, but you promised me that you would do it.”

“Whatever, what is it?”

“Nothing really, except for tall Kagome that you love her.”

“What!! You think that's really easy to do don't you?!”

“Ohh come on how hard can it be.”

“Very hard!!”

“Actually, I did it.”

“Yeah right.”

“Really I did.”

“Oh yeah, to who?”

“Oh just Kagome's mind.”

“Say what?!”

“Yes Ka-go-me.”

“She has one?”

“Yes everyone has somebody to talk to, evenIf it's themselves.”

“So you're telling me that you told Kagome or her mind that you love her?”

“Well yes.”

“That's sick.”

“Why does it have to be sick Inuyasha?”

“You a couple of brains.”

“No technically I'm your conscious.”

“Whatever, I'm going back so I can get some sleep.”

“Do not forget Inuyasha, promise.”

“Yeah, yeah whatever.”

The next morning everybody woke to a couple of screaming demons. Inuyasha and Kouga were at it again, and it seemed that they didn't care for the sleeping people that were around them.

“Look, you work up Kagome!!” Kouga said noticing that she was up.

“So, even if I did she needs to get up.” Inuyasha said.

“Why is that?!” Kouga said angry that he said he didn't care if he woke up Kagome.

“Because we got to find the stupid demon that took your jewel shards!!” Inuyasha said.

Kouga immediately shut his mouth and sat down with a serious expression on his face. Inuyasha then sat down with him, because he knew that something was wrong.

“What happened?” Kagome asked concerned.

“Well I was on my way to Naraku, a demon must have none I had jewel shards and attacked me. For some apparent reason the demon was faster than me, and nearly killed. I just figured it already jewel shards.”

“It had two.” Kagome said.

“So do you know who the demon was?” Miroku asked.

“No I don't.”

“You're useless.” Inuyasha said.

“Hey!! You should be happy that I'm even telling you this!!.”

“Telling us what, you haven't even told us anything!!” Inuyasha said.

“Inuyasha sit.” Kagome said, and he did exactly what he was told.

“So what did the demon look like?” Sango asked.

“Well he looked like a human, but you could sense that he was a demon. His hair was brown with a braid going down his back, it reached the end of his back. He had bangs in the front the stopped right when it got to his eyes. His eyes were blue with a purple outline. He wore a black Kimono, with a blue sash. He had blue fire at the foot of his Kimono. His claws were black and long.”

“Well it sounds like you got a good look at this person.” Shippo said.

“It was hard not to.”

Inuyasha and the gang had soon packed and headed out towards the way Kouga had said it had gone. They knew couldn't have gone too far, for it had only been one day. They have been traveling as fast as they could all day and night they gradually got slower as they got tired until they had spotted a village close by.

The village had been covered in smoke; they knew it was burnt down. When they had finally gotten to the village Inuyasha could barely smell the scent of a demon, but also human blood. As they walked through the village the demon scent only got stronger, and he soon recognized it as Naraku's blood.

“Naraku” Inuyasha and Kouga said in unison.

“I sense the shards guys.” Kagome said. Kagome then looked at her neck only to see a jewel missing only 5 shards now. The others Kikyo gave us, and also Kagura who had betrayed Naraku and has not been heard of or sensed.

“Inuyasha, so nice of you to join me.” The demon said, except this was not Naraku it was the very same demon that Kouga had described, but why does he smell like Naraku, was he another one of Naraku's incarnations. At that moment Inuyasha was not caring for whoever it was, he knew that he had jewel shards, and he wanted them.

“Who are you?!” Inuyasha questioned.

“What's the matter Inuyasha, you don't trust your own nose?” the demon said with an evil grin.

“Well whoever you are I'm taking those jewel shards form ya!” Inuyasha said unsheathing his Tetsuiga.

“Do you honestly beat me Inuyasha?” the demon said.

“Honestly I do.” Inuyasha said with a grin of his own.

“Very well then you can all perish, I could care less.” At that very moment Inuyasha jumped into the air, aiming straight for the demon. As soon as Inuyasha was about to cut through the demon he was met by a barrier that was all too familiar.I've only seen that from Naraku and Hakudoushi. Is this demon Naraku?

“I see you have a new form Naraku that shows that you really are a coward.” Miroku said cutting off Inuyasha's chain of thoughts.

“At least somebody figured it out.” Naraku said.

“Did you honestly think that would throw us off?” Sango said.

“To me it looks like it did, but not long enough.” Naraku said, obviously now thinking of a new plan.

“Well now I have to think, so good bye.” Naraku said disappearing with a puff a miasma behind. Only Naraku was not retreating without a fight, just then thousands and thousands of demons appeared in the sky being lead by none other then Hakudoushi, and Kohaku.

At that point everybody started to worry about different things.

Sango: oh no, Kohaku!

Miroku:there's no way were getting out of here without being tired at the end.

Kouga: What am I supposed to do without my jewel shards?

Shippo: Oh no! Kagome save me!!

Kagome: I can't let Inuyasha fight on his own.

Inuyasha: I have t protect Kagome.

At that moment the fight began it was a life and death matter. Little did they know one that may change their lives forever, in a good and bad way.

The gang have been fighting for hours now, the demons seemed like there was no end to any of this, everybody was week and nearly falling to there knees.

Somewhere close by

Sesshomaru had sensed Naraku and his stupid brother, so he told Rin and Jaken to build a fire and rest he would not be back anytime soon. He soon set out for the North Western part of the lands. As he got closer he no longer sensed Naraku, but thousands of demons, and Naraku's poisons insects. Sesshomaru soon sniffed out the scent of that human wench of a priestess, and those other humans that Inuyasha was always with. He could smell that ignorant annoying fox demon, that cat thing, and none other than Kouga that wolf demon that Inuyasha was always arguing with. Sesshomaru knew that they were probably dead without his help.

Back at the battle

Kouga was now lying on the ground trying as best as he could to fight with only his upper body, for his legs was severely injured, and he could not even walk with them.

Kagome only had a few scratches, for Inuyasha gave her his fire rat Kimono. Inuyasha was completely and utterly covered in blood, his hair his nose, everything. It so bad he looked like a demon that was supposed to be red, even his hair was covered in blood from all the other demons. Miroku was killing himself from sucking up demons, including the poisons insects. Sango was so cut up she could barley stand. They all were amazed at how easily they were beaten. The only good reason for this could be how tired they were when they first got to the burnt down village.

Naraku's place or whatever

Where the hell is she, how could I be so blind!! I should have known Kagura took the jewel so she could give it away hoping that Inuyasha could kill me, HA! She makes me laugh so hard, what makes her think that a weak half breed that cares so much about humans could kill ME. She made a funny. Anyways it doesn't matter where she is; I hold her very life within the palm of my hands. She slipped up too many times, and this time she gave away the very thing that was keeping me away from that sorry PUPPY!!

Amongst the fields

Kagura was resting in the fields, in the south eastern lands, she has been traveling for so long, and she was surprised that Naraku didn't kill her yet, but yet she spoke to soon. She felt pain in her chest, it was so unbearable, it was killing literally from the inside to the out, and she just had to scream. She screamed so loud she felt like she was going to faint, but instead of fainting, she lied dead in the fields, in the middle of nowhere, where nearby demons could devour her flawless skin.

Nearby the battle

Sesshomaru was close he tell of their injuries. Broken legs, poison, light headed nearly about to faint, people are so tired that they could barley even stand. Sesshomaru was so disgusted, for he knew that these so called injuries was coming from everybody but Inuyasha, they all must be week. As Sesshomaru kept going he could see a human girl wrapped In Inuyasha's clothing holding a bow and arrow looking like she was going to pass ant minute now. A monk wearing the colors of blue and black almost his whole body was turning a dark purple, with black lines from his veins. That would explain the poison that Sesshomaru was sensing. The demon exterminator was so pale that she would probably faint. The wolf had 2 broken legs and he could not walk on them, for he was constantly being attacked by demons to their advantage. Sesshomaru drew his eyes to a very angry hanyou covered in red glob, from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet. I t was a very disgusting sight to see, not only was he covered in other demons blood, but he was not even injured, besides a couple of scratches.

Without warning Sesshomaru jumped into the fight. Not to help the useless pieces of crap that were now around him. Only for his self respect, for if he have not, it would only be a pity of being a coward at least that is what people would think.

Naraku wherever he is

Now that handles the little defying wench. “Hakudoushi!!” Naraku called.

“Yes Naraku?” Hakudoushi said in an irritable tone.

“I think they have suffered enough, call off the demons.”

“Yes Naraku.” Hakudoushi then left and closed the door behind him. “I sense that he finally got rid of that useless worthless Kagura. My so called big sister, Ha! She was not loyal, not worthy enough of being called thatname. Somebody who would defy Naraku was no family of his. But I still can't help but wonder what he would do now. Kagura always did the errands that would most help with their plans. Now that she was gone would Naraku make him the errand boy?”

Battle Field

Back with Inuyasha and the rest of the gang, it was only harder on Inuyasha to have his brother help him with his own problems! It pissed him off to the next extent, but he knew he had to control it or the result could turn out ugly. The worst thing was the huge coat of blood that covered his clothing, and it wasn't even his!! Inuyasha almost lost his cool until every single demon began to shatter one by one, reveling the way to Naraku's hide out. Inuyasha all the sudden had this feeling that things were just going to get harder and harder from this point on!

Inuyasha began to run off until he noticed nobody was following. He quickly turned around and sped towards Miroku and the wolf who were both injured and I'm sure they wouldn't be able to keep going. Sesshomaru walked towards Naraku's castle and Inuyasha knew that he was going at Naraku alone, usually he would try to stop him, but his friend was lying there with poison going through his veins.

Miroku tried to stand but couldn't and just fell backwards.

“You shouldn't try to move Miroku.” Said Sango.

“Yeah she's right.” said Shippo, who was out of sight until the fight were to end.

“Inuyasha what should we do?” Kagome asked very concerned for her friend.

Inuyasha for some reason had a hard time answering this question, he knew that they had to go after Naraku, but Miroku was injured. He finally came up with a decision.

“I'll go on my own.” Inuyasha said

“Woah! No you can't do that!” Kagome said.

“It's all I can do, Miroku is injured, and Naraku is out on the loose when we have the chance to stop him, I'm not going to quit.” Said Inuyasha.

“I'm coming with you, after all Sango can help Miroku.” Kagome said

“No Kagome. I won't let you come.”

“But somebody has to come with you!” At that moment something flew across the sky, towards Naraku.

“She's right Inuyasha.” Sango said

“I don't need anybody to come with me!” Inuyasha nearly screamed

“Inuyasha, stop being a baby, Kagome's arrows could do you justice.” Said Miroku

“She has to help you two.” Inuyasha said, as his only excuse.

“No, I can do it, and Shippo can help. He's pretty good at it himself.” Sango said

“Here Sango I'll leave some of my first aid things.” Kagome said

And with that, Kagome hoped on Inuyasha's back, ignoring the blood, though it was kind of sticky, because it was drying. They ran for about 15 minutes when Inuyasha was running side by side with a lake, Kagome watched her hair flow in the air, looking at her reflection. When were done, I really need to wash my, sooo disgusting, and Inuyasha will need a bath, but I'm not giving him one personally,he's not a dog, well at least not a full one. You know what I'm gonna need to- Kagome was then knocked out of her train of thoughts when she came rolling in the dirt. She heard a large splash, and a little girl came rushing up to her saying something about Kohaku.

Meanwhile

“Alright Shippo were done, you need anything?” Sango asked

“No but they'll need some water when they wake.” Said Shippo

“Right I never even thought about that.”

“I don't know if there is water anywhere near here though.”

“Kirara.” Kirara just looked up at Sango.

“Can you please figure out they're any water near by?” and with that Kirara was gone with Sango on her back though.

Okay it's just me and a sleeping Monk, and demon, Ihave to protect them. With Shippo's thoughts he began to walk back and forth as if he were a guard.

“What are doing!” came Kouga's voice

“aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!” Said Shippo. Kouga raised an eyebrow.

“You scared me!” said Shippo

“hahahahahahaahhahaahaha!”

“That's not funny, waaaaaaaaaaa! I'm telling Kagome!”

“You got to be kidding me!”

Inuyasha and Kagome

There standing in front of a green toad who was rambling on about Lord Sesshomaru was Kohaku, with his weapon in hand, I knew right then what happened, Kahaku must of hit Inuyasha, which Inuyasha dropped me, and he went splashing in the water. But why couldn't I, actually why can't I sense Kohaku's jewel shard.

“What the hell! Kagome what happened to `I sense a jewel shard Inuyasha'!?” Inuyasha nearly screamed again.

“Uugghh that's the thing! I don't sense a jewel shard!” Kagome yelled back

“What then how is he…” Inuyasha began but was interrupted by Kohaku falling to the ground.

“Kohaku” yelled the little girl.

Inuyasha began to run towards Naraku without Kagome.

“And just where do you think your going without me!” Kagome yelled. Inuyasha stopped, and turned around

“You can't ju-“

“No you're not going without me!” Kagome interrupted.

Inuyasha came back to Kagome and stood right in front of her.

“Kagome I don't want you to come.” Inuyasha said

“Well why…” Kagome was interrupted by Inuyasha's lips. “I love you Kagome.” Inuyasha whispered in her ear. And with that Inuyasha ran off. Leaving a stunned and blinking Kagome behind.

“Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhh, that was so cute! YouwasalllikeIwanttogo, and Hewasalllikeidontwantyoutogo, and Youwaslikewhycantigo!, and then KISS KISS KISS KISS!! So cute!” said the little girl

“Rin quit your rambling!” yelled the toad. This is going to be a long day.

Sesshomaru

I can really sense him now, Naraku is straight up ahead.

Naraku

“Hakudoushi.” Naraku said rather calm.

“Yes Naraku?” Hakodoushi answered not surprised that Naraku needed a favor.

“Take care of Sesshomaru, he's about a mile away.”

“Yes Naraku.” Hakudoushi went to do as he was told.

The gang (hahaha I can't get over how funny that sounds!)

“Waaaaaaah!” Shippo said still pretending to cry.

“Will you shut up already?” Kouga said rather annoyed by the kitsune's antics.

Shippo looked at Kouga with his bottom lip poked out and trembling. Big eyes, or I should say bigger eyes than what he already has.

“Where is Kagome anyways?” Kouga asked not being able to sense her.

“Her Inuyasha went after Naraku.” Shippo said quickly knowing that Kouga wasn't going to like that answer, so he waited for the explosion.

“That mutt! He let Kagome just trail right into danger! I'm going to kill that half, if Naraku didn't already!!” Kouga shouted

Shippo shook his head while the wolf kept going on and on at how he was going to kill Inuyasha.

I wonder if they got to Naraku yet.

“Maybe I'll rip him to shreds from the inside!”

Or maybe they ran into Hakudoushi on the way there.

“Or I'll throw him in a volcano and wait till he explodes!”

Or Kohaku

“Maybe I'll just give him a couple of scratches he can't take my hits!”

If they ran into Kohaku maybe they aren't in real danger…

“Actually he probably can take more hits than I can…”

Unless he's still under the control of Naraku, which…

“…nah! He's a half breed, I'm full blooded, and I'm more powerful!”

He probably is, since if he wasn't, he would be dead. Naraku would surely take the jewel shard back.

“Or maybe I can just hurt his feelings, and show him that Kagome really does love me!”

Shippo shook his head at that one, how would he ever do that when Kagome doesn't even love him!

I wonder he's going to do that one…

“I'll just give her I nice long kiss, that'll make him piss on himself and run away.”

If he even tries Kagome will lay a nice hit to his head, because obviously he has no brain.

“Or maybe I'll take her hand at marriage.”

Yeah like that'll ever happen I can see it now…scratch that I can't see anything pertaining to Kagome and Kouga, except for Kouga getting his broken!

“Or I'll just screw her gen-“

“Ewwwwww, your sooooo disgusting, Kagome would never do that with you, or anybody right now!” Shippo said

“What do you know?” Kouga said pissed at what the kitsune said.

“Obviously a lot more than you.” Shippo mumbled.

“I heard that!”

“Kouga you've been rambling on about Inuyasha and Kagome for the past 10 minutes!” Miroku said.

“You heard that!” Kouga said

“Yes, and I have to say that I agree with Shippo, but you're a guy, keep dreaming.” Miroku said dryly.

“Hey it's not a dream it'd going to happen!” Kouga said

“What's going to happen?” Sango said coming off Kirara with water.

“Ewwwwww! Sango make him stop!” Shippo said jumping onto Sango's shoulder.

“What's going on you two?” Sango said

“Well…” Kouga started

“Well Kouga here was just explaining that he wants to do the nasty nasty with Kagome.” Miroku said.

“Ummmm okay.” Sango said and then broke out in laughter. Soon Miroku was joining her.

“Okay, can you say embarrassing?” Kouga said

Inuyasha

I can sense Sesshomaru, which means something slowed him down, but Naraku's scent isn't that strong right now, which means Sesshomaru is fighting somebody else. That can only be two people. Kagura, and Hakudoushi.

Inuyasha was running for about 5 more minutes, until he found Sesshomaru, and witnessed him kill Hakudoushi, although Sesshomaru had parts of his clothes in shreds, Hakudoushi was dead, on the ground bloody, without a head and a two halves of a body.

Sesshomaru

I was about half a mile, 800 meters from Naraku when Hakudoushi appeared in sky. I knew that Naraku wanted me to fight, and I had no way of getting past it. Hakudoushi came spiraling down with a sword ready and in front. I easily jumped back, and when my feet touched the ground again I leapt forward, and went for Hakudoushi, but he moved to the side, and gave a little slice to my clothing, then came for me with his sword in the air above me, I easily blocked with my own sword, and Hakudoushi leapt backwards giving me a chance a ran to the right with speed in where you almost cant even see me. Then I ran in on Hakudoushi, he griped his sword ready to block whatever was coming for him.

I continued to run but stopped in front of and give him a push to where he fell right on his butt. Then I put my sword outward to my right, and ran on his right and sliced right between his legs all the way up to his neck. Hakudoushi had the guts to speak to me.

“Too bad, your going to die that human girls going to die…and everything you two dog demons stand for will be gone.” I took in what he said and simply decided to chop off his head before he said anything else. After that I could smell my lame excuse for a brother right behind me and sheathed my sword, I knew he wouldn't leave, but I more so invited him to continue.

“Come.” I said. I watched Inuyasha face go from pity for Hakudoushi to pissed off from how I treated like a puppy, but hey I shouldn't act like one all the time.

Kagome

“Ummm lady.” Rin said.

“Ohh, it's Kagome, what is it?” I asked

“Well Kagome, shouldn't we check on Kohaku?” Rin asked

“Oh right.” I said scrambling over to Kohaku. I checked his pulse and realized how cold his skin was. I found a faint beat in his skin, and immediately went to work on his wounds. I knew if I didn't get him next to some heat and some water he'd surely die. I looked around frantically, the only thing I could do right now was dip a clothe in some water and lay it on Kohaku's head. And I knew that would only make him colder.

“Do you need something?” Rin asked.

“Yeah I need to get him back to his sister.” Kagome said not wanting the little girl to worry too much.

“Oh, Ah-un can fly.” Rin said pointing to the two headed lizard.

“We could take you.” Rin said

“Rin, Lord Sesshomaru would not like these humans on Ah-un!” the green toad said

“Jaken he let's me on Ah-un.” Rin said

“Wait your with Sesshomaru Rin?” Kagome asked rather confused

“He lets me come along yes.” She said

“Oh.” Kagome said wondering why the person who puts pity on every human he sees would a little human girl tag along with him.

“Well come on, if Jaken doesn't want to come he doesn't have to.” Rin said hopping an Ah-un.

“Sure Kagome said putting Kohaku and herself on Ah-un. “Just turn around and head that way, were not too far.” Kagome said. As they took off.

“Wait!” they could here Jaken say.

“Ummmmm” Kagome began

“He'll run the whole way there.” Rin said laughing

The Gang(I still can't get over that hahahaha)

“Quit laughing, it's really embarrassing.” Kouga said

“And annoying, you two have been at it for almost 20 minutes.” Shippo said laying on Kirara

“He said that…that…he wanted to…him and…Kagome!” Sango said between laughs

“Man that'll…never…happen.” Miroku also said between laughs.

“Yes it will!” Kouga said only to make them laugh even harder.

“They were made for each other.” Shippo said under his breath.

“I can smell Kagome.” Kouga said

“You sure that's just not your fantasy!” Miroku said before breaking out in laughter again.

“I'm serious!” Kouga shouted only to make them laugh even harder.

“What's so funny?” Kagome said getting off Ah-un.

When Miroku and Sango turned around they began to laugh even harder.

“Please make them stop!” Kouga said.

“Sango I need your help.” Kagome said

“With…what!” Sango said between laughs.

“With Kohaku, he's dying!” Kagome said

“What!” Sango screamed her way out of laughter, and went to help Kagome.

Brothers

He thinks he's just the greatest person in the world `I am Sesshomaru ruler of the West Lands fear me!' yeah like that's gonna happen, it sounds like he's the wicked witch of the west or something. `That happens to be something I picked up from on of Kagome's corny old movies, The Wizards in Oz or something like that.' Anyways first he kills one of the people that so happen to have been dying to get a good punch in on, then he treats me like a lost puppy, now he tells me to sit on the side and watch him fight of some demons, then nearly chop of me head when I try to jump in and help! I sure as hell aint gonna sit back when we get to Naraku, right now I'll just enjoy the 5 minute break, although it just disgusts me to watch so called `big bro, another thing I picked up from Kagome's time.' God why does he have to show off wherever he goes! It's like the rich people I pass in Kagome's time that sticks up there and tells me how ugly my clothes are every time I walk pass one. Well technically in my time he is a snob ass rich person.

The gang (I think I can call them that without laughing now.)

After the hard work of trying to keep Kohaku alive Sango, Kagome, Shippo, Rin, and even Kouga were exhausted. Well Kouga is only tired because he had no idea what to do, and was already suffering from earlier wounds, although Kagome said that shouldn't count because all of his wounds were healed an hour ago, which was technically true.

Kagome had already gotten the sleeping bags, and laid hers and Shippo's out seeing as they were already tired. Kagome just couldn't bring herself to sleep, she couldn't help but be worried, and the goodbye kiss has got her worked up. She's just in a three way knot right now, don't which way, or how to get out. She just let our a sigh, and turned into a comfortable position, which wasn't hard seeing as Shippo was with her, he was always comfortable, and adorable like a son would be.

Naraku

So Hakudoushi is very well dead, how pathetic. Now that's two down, the only person I have left is Kanna. I can't put her into a fight, I might need her, so let's just let them shall we. I know that those two can't possibly think they can beat on there own do they? I say Inuyasha should have taken his friends.

Brothers

“You're kidding me! Right?!” Inuyasha said wondering what in the world was going on with his brother.

“Does it look like it, you idiot!” Sesshomaru said sitting down. (Yeah that's right sitting down.)

Nightfall came down on them when Sesshomaru decided to sit and rest! Yes the one who says fear me is sitting down to…to…rest! This is crazy, he is the only demon I know that would actually decide to sit and rest! Man this is bad, things spread around way too fast, and I can't be seen resting unless I'm with my friends, since they are humans. But to be seen with my older brother none other than Sesshomaru is crazy! Rest Ha! That's hilarious!

“It'll help restore the little energy you have left, unless you rather go off and die!” Sesshomaru said quite pissed off on how his brother is acting.

“I should have a lot of energy; you're the one who would rather chop my head off instead of letting me fight!” Inuyasha said remembering what happen not to long ago.

“Okay fine let's go. At least you stopped for 2 minutes.” Sesshomaru said quite ready from a 2 minute break. He loved being a demon. Although he would never show that emotion.

I'm getting sick of this we've been at is since morning! I never expected to kill Naraku in this time, but expected for us to have been doing something else. Ever since we got here it been `Wind Scar!' and then whatever attack Sesshomaru does. I'm tired of doing the same things; I can look at Naraku and tell that he's also bored; maybe I'll just give him what he wants.

Inuyasha ran up to Naraku, only to be re-introduced with his tentacles. Inuyasha just cut away completely forgetting about the miasma. But to his surprised there wasn't any. He got a new form, but not the miasma, that seemed a little awkward since one Naraku is none for is by spreading miasma all through the lands. Inuyasha decided to go for his face so he then jumped in the air striking the sword straight for his head, only to be greeted by his barrier. Inuyasha got blown backwards like a piece of paper in the wind. When I got up his Tetsiuga began to glow red and he headed for the barrier once more, and jamming his Tetsuiga in the barrier, and he watched as the barrier underneath his sword began to fade away. He strikes Naraku in the shoulder. That wasn't for what he was hoping for, but it was good enough.

The gang

Kagome awoke to the sunlit landscape, and Rin who had a bunch of flowers in her hand. Kagome watched the girl run all the way over until she stopped in front of a sitting Kohaku who was sitting with his back against a tree. She then got up slowly noticing the little kitsune was still asleep. She walked over to Rin and Kohaku, only to be greeted by a cheerful “Good morning Kagome!” by Rin.

“Good morning Rin. How are you feeling Kohaku?” Kagome said nodding to the little girl, but turning to face the older boy.

“Ummm okay, I guess.” Kohaku said.

“You don't know who I am do?” Kagome asked feeling very sorry for the boy who doesn't even know that he was possessed, or his mind was being controlled by the powerful mean and evil Naraku.

Kohaku shook his head and opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted by non other than Kouga. “Kagome the mutt his bleeding, and must be bad because I couldn't get his scent last night.”

Kagome looked at Kouga and noticed Kirara changed into the large cat demon, while Shippo was running around trying to wake up Sango and Miroku.

“We can't leave Rin and Jaken, or Kohaku at that matter.” Kagome said awkwardly calm for a situation like this.

“Take them with us.” He said in a hurry knowing Inuyasha found Naraku. Kagome noticed this and made her decision.

“Kouga you go ahead, we'll have Kirara follow your scent seeing as you can still run faster than us.” Kagome said, and with a nod Kouga was gone. Kagome went to help Shippo wake up Sango and Miroku since he wasn't succeeding very well.

“Kagome do think Lord Sesshomaru will be with Inuyasha?” Rin asked

“Yes I'm very well sure, but I'm afraid you can't come, does Sesshomaru usually leave you and Jaken alone?” Kagome asked after trying to drag Sango Hiraikotsu to her. Man that thing id heavy, how does she put that thing on her back all the time, even worse, how does she throw it so freely!

“Yes he does.” Rin said

“Are you to all fine by yourselves?” Kagome asked

“Yes we are!” Rin said happily.

“Well I'm sorry but we have to go.” Kagome said

“Wait, I don't want Kohaku going.” Sango said

“I understand.” Kagome said with a nod.

“Kohaku do you mind watching Rin and Jaken?” Sango asked

“Umm no sister, but you are going to battle.” Kohaku said

“I'm sorry Kohaku maybe you can come some other time, just I don't feel comfortable with you coming.” Sango said after hopping on Kirara with Kagome behind her. Miroku of course was going to run his heart out. Good thing he doesn't have a problem with keeping up with Inuyasha, or else he would have a very hard with keeping up with Kirara. Although he often wishes that Kirara were a three people ride.

As they took off following Kouga's trail Kagome could see Rin waving to the rest of them. The same with Kohaku. He was a cheerful person somebody who doesn't what happened for the last year and the half of his life. Poor boy was all Kagome could think at the time.

Brothers

Inuyasha just got this blow that would probably kill a human. Since he's half human, that can cause a lot of damage and from the puddle of blood that Inuyasha is standing in I say that it did.

What had happened was Inuyasha got Naraku's barrier to sort of fade away, and a hit Naraku in the shoulder, after he tried to plunge the sword even further in Naraku's skin one of Naraku's `tentacles' happened to plunge right throw his stomach and throw him off like a rag doll. I took the chance to work with my poison claw and got Naraku in the same spot Inuyasha did. Then I leapt back knowing something was coming for me and that was Naraku him self. While Naraku was worried about me, Inuyasha took the chance to do the `Wind Scar' which I thought would've hit and weakened Naraku, but somehow the Wind Scar was propelled backwards back towards Naraku and somehow Inuyasha knew this, and had already been trying to leap out of the way, but yet still ended up getting hit. He moving out of the way wasn't a bad thing, it was a good move, or else he would've been on the ground possibly dead. Now Naraku is laughing, I'm fighting and looking blankly at the girl in white with white hair and big black eye with this round object that shows your reflection that can also reflect your attacks on you. I have the feeling that that's not the only thing that it can do, for she was walking towards Inuyasha with that mirror held out in front of her.

Kouga

I've been running for a little while, and I finally got here. Sesshomaru is fighting Naraku, and is lasting pretty well, while the mutt on the other hand is standing in puddle of his own blood. He must have got hit by something rash because those marks in the ground looks big to me. Haven't I seen that girl in white before, she's holding something, but I can't quite tell what it is. I just know it's a weapon, because mutt face seems to be trying to get away from it, well that isn't working.

“Hey Kouga what's going on?” came Kagome's voice beside him.

“Well you're here look for yourself.” Kouga said

“Nonononoono I've got to get her away from him.” Kagome said remembering not to raise her voice.

“Kagome you can't go in there.” Kouga said. But Kagome was already aiming her arrow, and a moment later she shot it.

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!”< /div>

Naraku

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH” Naraku heard a scream from behind him.

He turned around and had a look of disbelief, it was first time he has ever heard Kanna raise her voice, but I guess it would make since, and there is an arrow on her side. That's a sacred arrow, which means that reincarnation is here and she... Naraku was cut of by Inuyasha's Wind Scar. Just like Inuyasha, Naraku was hit, but unlike Inuyasha, Naraku got hit by full force. He didn't even have time to put up his force field.

As soon as Naraku thought the attack was over he got hit by another blow.

Everybody (I'm not going to switch back and forth if they're all in the same place.)

Kagome had just yet another arrow towards Naraku. That's when she noticed Kanna getting up, she pulled out two arrows and shot them towards the mirror, and it shattered. Kanna couldn't believe her eyes.

Kouga took the liberty to jump in and run over to the mutt, one to interrogate him, and two honestly make sure that he was already so they could this over with. All the sudden one second he was running towards Inuyasha, and the next he was on the ground being dragged in the other direction. He flipped himself over so that he was on his back, and stomped on the tentacle that was dragging him towards Naraku. Not only he stops the moving, but he caused three more to come wrap around his wrists, and other ankle. Soon enough he was on a full trip to Naraku, this time at faster speed.

“Hiraikotsu!” everybody heard. A giant boomerang was soaring across to hit Naraku's tentacles around Kouga and more. Kouga was free and hopped back. Sango got her boomerang back. When she looked up purple gas was moving towards her.

“Miasma! Get out of there Sango!” she heard Miroku scream. She did exactly what she was told. When she was next to Miroku and Kagome. I looked almost as if they were rewinding a tape, for all the miasma was being sucked back into Naraku. That's when it hit Inuyasha, He can control the miasma in his body!

This crazy, he's been toying with me, not that he doesn't always toy with me, but I simply thought that he forgot about the miasma, which was retarded I'd have to say, also he used it just to ward off Sango and Kagome.

Inuyasha noticed that all the Miasma haven't yet retreated. So he had to do something instead of watch like everybody else seems to be doing. So Inuyasha let out another wind scar that Naraku did move but still got hit, then immediately Inuyasha let out another one, and again Naraku got hit full force.

“I have no idea if Naraku is getting hit or not.” Sango said

“He ought to be, the Wind Scar isn't easy to dodge.” Miroku said

“I know but-“Sango was yet interrupted by one of Kagome's arrows. It traveled through the Miasma, clearing the gas that was in its path out of the way and hit Naraku directly in one of the Jewel shards that he obtained. The said shard came flying out, and for some reason landed right next to Kouga, and he immediately put it in his right leg. Sesshomaru then decided to let his on wave, from is very own sword. Inuyasha then let out his backlash wave in hopes of strengthening his brothers attack, and of course Kagome had to add in her two scents knowing it would strengthen both of the attacks.

They all were direct hits, and once again jewel shards came soaring out in 3 different directions, one landed right in front Inuyasha, another next to Sesshomaru, the other got stuck in Shippo's tail. Shippo of screamed. Kagome just picked it out his tail and held it in her hand. The shard in her hand was a slight gray. Naraku tainted the jewel shard with his evilness, and slowly the shard went back its original color while in Kagome's hands.

“Hey! Where the hell are you going!?” Inuyasha asked to his `brother'.

“He is dead, I am returning to the West Lands.” Sesshomaru responded.
