Harvest Moon: Friends of Jewel Town

 

 

Chapter one: The Farm

 

 

Dear Brother,

 

It's been to long since we have talk, don't ask why I didn't call you on your phone. I was wondering do you hate the boring city life now. If you are there is a farm here looking for care and I was wondering do you want to have it. The farm is located in Jewel Town, it's very good looking and the owner is looking to sale it very much since you are my brother and the I am mayor of this town I'm giving it to you for free. So how bout it many people are looking forward to see the farm in style here in Jewel town. Here's my number just in case you want to run the farm.

“That's all! No how you doing?” Inuyasha yelled while reading the letter and crumpling up in his hand and slamming the paper on his table. Inuyasha let out a big groan this is the first time he heard from his brother in many years ever since his father had passed away. Inuyasha then went to his apartment window and opens it up and took a deep breath of the city air and almost threw up. Since Inuyasha was a dog demon, he had a sensitive nose and hearing and the gas smell from cars and trash can smell wasn't doing him much good plus the loud racket sucked.

 

“Maybe the farm life is good for me.” Inuyasha mumbled

 

Inuyasha closed the window and sat down on his couch and began to daydream about the farm. Nice open space, clean air, farm animals, and lush valley of flowers and no more rude people and just maybe his life will be different from now on. Inuyasha open his eyes and went back to the table and open back up the letter and looked for the number for his brother once he saw it he quickly called it.

 

“Hello brother, have you decide on the farm?” Sesshomaru voice said

 

“Yeah, I've decided I take the job!” Inuyasha said

 

“Good I come to pick you up late, goodbye.” Sesshomaru said

 

Inuyasha then heard a dial tone; Inuyasha then sat the phone on the hook and began to pack his stuff. He was so excited a new life and a new place away from the loud noise and nasty smell. He lay there on his couch closing his and waiting for his brother to come and pick him up. A new life, hope its wroth it, Inuyasha thought.

 

NEXT DAY

 

Knock Knock

 

Inuyasha woke up the knocking on his door. Inuyasha look his wristwatch and it read 6'0 clock. Inuyasha slowly got up and walk to the door while the knocking continued, Inuyasha open the door to see his brother standing there in his doctor outfit.

 

“I was wondering when you was going to wake up.” He said

 

Inuyasha look at his watch then look at his brother.

 

“DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS!!!?” Inuyasha yelled

 

“Yes it 6'0 clock. Are you ready to go?” Sesshomaru ask

 

Inuyasha just look at his brother for a minute then slam the door in his face to bad for him Sesshomaru stop it with his foot. Sesshomaru grab Inuyasha collar and place him to his face.

 

“I didn't fly here to get a door shut in my face so you better get ready, I'll be waiting for you outside. Do you got that?” Sesshomaru ask while growling at his little brother

 

“Yeah, yeah I got it let me pack my stuff!” Inuyasha yelled at his brother while trying to get free of his brother grasp. Sesshomaru drop his brother on the ground and left him.

 

Inuyasha grab his suitcase that he packed last night and closed the door and ran down stairs. Before he left the apartment, he knocked on the door to the apartment manager, once the apartment manager step out Inuyasha gave him the keys and said his goodbye.

Sesshomaru was waiting outside his car for him; Inuyasha sat his bags in the back of the car and got in the passenger seat. Sesshomaru then got in and started the car and started to drive. After a few minutes they were near an airport, Inuyasha look around and notice that they were going on a small airplane.

 

“So where is this located again?” Inuyasha ask

 

“Wait till we get there, in Jewel Town you don't have to drive you can to the place you want to you can just walk, Jewel Town is small but the woods are big.” Sesshomaru said

 

“Oh so who is going to fly to a town that's located in the woods?” Inuyasha ask

 

“Gotz, he flies things to the city along with people.”

 

 

Inuyasha looked at the small plane that they were getting on, it look stubby and old. Inuyasha then saw an old man with a rugged beard and brown hair step out greet Sesshomaru happily then looked at Inuyasha then looked backed at Sesshomaru and smiled.

 

“So Sesshomaru is that the new farmer for that farm?” ask Gotz

 

“Yes he is, the townspeople are really happy that I got someone to run that farm.” said Sesshomaru

 

“Yes I heard, Kagome came to me asking for you.”

 

Sesshomaru froze a little, Inuyasha notice this right away and smiled. Sesshomaru has a girlfriend? Who would love him and his cold heart, thought Inuyasha.

 

“So who is this Kagome, Sesshomaru? Is she your girlfriend?” Inuyasha ask while poking him

 

BAM

 

Inuyasha had been given a swift punch to the face, Sesshomaru the looked back at Gotz who was cracking up at the time.

 

“What did she want?” Sesshomaru ask

 

“Oh yes, she wanted to tell you that Totosai and Ayanme had took the Inn job and the winery job.” said Gotz

 

“Who took what?”

 

“Ayanme winery and Totosai the Inn.”

 

Sesshomaru shook his head, I've should have know the alcoholic and the crazy old man will take the jobs that suit their problems, thought Sesshomaru as he was being tap on the back by Gotz. Inuyasha was still knocked out by Sesshomaru punch.

 

“Okay are you ready leave, Sesshomaru and I was wondering what do you want me to do with the boy.” Gotz ask

 

“Throw him in the back with the cargo. I can't deal with him right now.” said Sesshomaru rubbing his temples

 

“Okay!”

 

After a few minutes they took off and Inuyasha was awoke by a loud whimpering and a box crashing into his nuts. Inuyasha had to look around to find out that he was in the back of the airplane with the cargo. Then the whimpering got even louder, Inuyasha couldn't stand up to see what it was because boxes keep tripping him up, so he crawled to the box that the whimpering came from. As soon as he came up to the box and look inside the whimpering stop, inside was a black little puppy curled up in a ball.

 

“Hey you!” Inuyasha called out

 

The puppy looked up and began to jump up but the bar prevented him to so he just lifted up his head and began to lick the bars. Inuyasha pulled off the bars on the box and took the puppy out. The puppy began to lick Inuyasha check hand anything he can get to.

 

“Do you want to hang out with me till we land?” Inuyasha ask

 

The puppy barks happily at him and curled up in a ball and laid softly into his chest. After a few more minutes of thing crashing into him the airplane landed in the soft sand it seem like they landed on the beach. Sesshomaru got out and open the cargo hold on the airplane and Inuyasha came rolling out with the puppy rolling out in the front of Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru picked up the by the back of his neck.

 

“Leave Shadow alone!” Inuyasha yelled

 

“I didn't know that you had a dog with you Inuyasha.” said Sesshomaru

 

“Ahhhh I see you found that puppy. If you really want him then you can have him.” said Gotz

 

“Yeah! I'll take him!” said Inuyasha taking Shadow away from Sesshomaru

 

“Well I be off then just tell me if you want to get in contact with me just go to the inn.” said Gotz

 

“Bye Gotz.” Sesshomaru and Inuyasha both said

 

Gotz waved goodbye to the two, Sesshomaru closed his eyes and Inuyasha looked at his brother.

 

“Are you going to miss him, Sesshomaru!?” Inuyasha laughed

 

Sesshomaru didn't answer but as soon as Gotz took off sand began to fly every where and sand got into Inuyasha eyes but once Gotz was really up in the air Sesshomaru then open his eyes and watch as Inuyasha rubbed his eyes even harder trying to get the sand out of his eyes.

 

“Let's go you idiot.” said Sesshomaru

 

Sesshomaru then drag his brother who was still rubbing his eyes. Once they got there and Inuyasha eyes was red as can be open up to the worst view he could have seen.

 

“WHAT THE HELL IS THIS SESSHOMARU!!!” yelled Inuyasha

 

“I told you that the farm needed work.” said Sesshomaru

 

Inuyasha look at the farm and saw only weeds, tree stumps, and huge stones.

 

“The previous owner left this town five years ago and left it in ruins, the town's people were devastated when the old man just quit like that and leave the farm in ruins.” said Sesshomaru, then he turned to Inuyasha, “Listen, it be great if you can turn this old farm back into the rich and plentiful place it was before.”

 

“I'll let you stay here and I'll come back tomorrow to get your answer. Good-bye.” said Sesshomaru leaving Inuyasha

 

Inuyasha looked at what he gotten to choose. Shadow looked at his new master and began to whimper, Inuyasha just petted the dog slowly.

 

“I don't know what to do Shadow.” said Inuyasha going into the house

Okay people, should Inuyasha take the job or should he just leave, reminder just like the game, the story will end so your reviews count! I added two characters because I forgot about the inn and the winery. Oh and another thing, I told you that reviews count so if I don't get any reviews of people who belong together then I'm going to do the rival pairing, okay.

This is a warning for rival heart events! It will be different from the game rival heart events; the lover will actually try to steal the person you going after. Let me give you the basic.
