Chapter 15: Loving You Forever
*Few months later*
Miroku sat with Sango on his lap. She grinned playfully at him and kissed him on the cheek. Kagome sat near them with a disgusted look on her face as she floated her bothers in the air and played with them. Her face turned green, she shot another horrified look at Sango and Miroku before she scurried away from them with the two children in tow, Sango and Miroku roared in laughter. Sesshoumaru chuckled at the look on her face.
“What was that about?”
Kagome plopped down beside him before gently placing the boys on the ground. She turned an unbelievable color then looked at him, in a very amusing terrified fashion. She shot the two who were still watching her an evil look.
“They! Said that they were gonna have wild hot monkey sex on the table while I was sitting there! Sango even planned to rest her foot on my head to give Miroku leverage for a new angle!”
The two accused erupted into more laughter as did the others of the Inutaisho team and her mother. Kagome pouted.
“It isn’t funny!”
Sesshoumaru cooed at her and held her to his side.
“Of course it isn’t love.”
Everything calmed and Kagome played with the babies near Sesshoumaru. He smiled at her with more love in his eyes then even his father had seen in them when he was a child. Nyoko leaned to Inutaisho and whispered in his ear.
“I dare say that your son has fallen in love with my daughter.”
He watched them for a moment and smiled happily. Inutaisho nodded his head.
“I dare day that you are right my friend.”
*That Night*
The fire was warm and welcomed in their room. Sesshoumaru sat with his back to the side of the window seat. His legs where parted and one hung over the end and dangled to the soft carpeted floor. Sesshoumaru’s arm rested on his leg. He watched at the fat drops of water hit the window. The darkness of the night seemed to swallow them and his thoughts drifted to Kagome. He was ready to settle down, to start a family…with her and only her. He ran his fingers over a delicate ring. It was a small golden and silver band with his fang in it. The diamond on the ring surrounds his fang and complimented it, it was a sort of blue topez color. He heard the door open and quickly slipped the ring into his pocket. Kagome slipped in with two cups of mint tea. Handing him a cup she sat between his legs and rubbed his leg absent mindedly. His body shivered with desire. She gazed out the window thoughtfully.
“It’s lovely out there. It reminds me of a song of when I was little. It’s called ‘Wonder’.”
