It was a warm and sunny day but something was wrong, very wrong, and Inuyasha knew that the moment he woke up.
Inuyasha awoke suddenly to the smell of blood, Kagome’s blood. Where was he?! He didn’t even remember what had happened last night. He looked around frantically until his eyes fell upon her small frame thrown against a tree. Where am I? Wondered Inuyasha to himself. And who had hurt Kagome? Whoever had would pay.... dearly.
He got up abruptly as to seek out who had done harm to Kagome, but she stirred and let out a small moan. Her eyes fluttered open and stared at Inuyasha with fear.
“GET AWAY FROM ME!” she barley managed to saw.
“Kagome...?” Inuyasha began.
“JUST GET AWAY FROM ME” she screamed backing up into the tree desperately trying to get up as to run away from him.
Inuyasha cautiously made his way to Kagome and held out a hand as to touch her face, but something was wrong, his hands were covered in blood, her blood.
At the sight of his hand he let a small gasp escape his lips. What happened last night?
