(A/N This poem is deticated to my Grandpa Towns and Grandpa Karriker who both passed away from cancer. I've been working on this poem for a long time and i've finaly finished it.)

So how long
has it been?

I know it's
been years but
how many?


You left us
years ago.

Leaving me, and
you the rest of
your love ones behind.

I know your in
a better place,
but why did you have
to go?


I can bearly remember
your face.

My pictures are fading
and so are my memories.

I Can bearly remember
your face but,
I do remember your smile.

I'll put my mental picture
of your smile in my heart.

It'll stay
safe there.

So how long
has it been?

I can bearly remember
your face but,
I can still hear your
laughter.

I'll put the
sound of your
laughter in my heart.

It'll be
safe there.

I can bearly remember
your face but,
I can remember
your blue eyes that,
spackled with joy.

I'll keep the memory
of your eyes
in my heart.

I'll keep the memory
of your gental smile,
of your laughter,
and of your joyfull eyes
deep with in my heart.

So how long
has it been?
It my be years but i'll
all ways will remember you.

I'll Remember your
gental smile,
your laughter, and
your joyful eyes.

So how long has it been
sence you passed away
it seems like it was yesterday.
