i am soooooooooo sry!! so much has come up and i havent had the time! im going to update alot more often now, i promise. here is the chapter uve been waiting for!
Chapter 7: And the Drama...Begins!
1 week later: Everything has been pretty normal. Kagome and Rin picking flowers, the daily meal. But now, for Kagome, it has been hard to be in the same room alone with Sesshoumaru.
Kagome sat at the table, figiting with her fingers. She had been waiting for Rin to show up for dinner, and right now it was very awkward. Sesshoumaru sat beside her at the front of the table, staring at her. 'I really wish he wouldn't do that' Kagome thought, trying not to start yelling at him for his rudeness. Right when she thought she could take it no longer, Rin ran into the room, yelling as usual.
"Kagome!" Rin screamed, launching herself into Kagome's arms.
"Rin," was all Sesshoumaru had to say for Rin to calm down and go to her seat. Dinner had then started to be served. Although, Kagome wasn't hungry in the slightest. She couldn't get her mind off of the question going through her head over and over.
'What did Sesshoumaru mean when he said that he had to get back what was his? Could it be his sword? Maybe even Rin?' Kagome just sat there, staring at her food. Sesshoumaru looked from her food, then back to her face.
"What are you staring at your food for? Does it not fit to your tastes?" Sesshoumaru asked, staring at her quizzically.
"Ah!" Kagome yelled, jumping up from her seat. She then realized it was just Sesshoumaru asking a simple question. Kagome blushed profusely. "Um..may I be excused to my quarters...my lord?" Kagome asked, trying to use her hands to cover her blush, as Rin started to giggle. Sesshoumaru stood up and walked towards Kagome.
"Are you ill?" Sesshoumaru asked, putting his palm to her forehead.
"No! I'm just fine! I am just..not hungry.." Kagome said, backing up slightly. Sesshoumaru became silent for a few moments, before he responded.
"I will accompany you to your chambers. Rin, I apologize, but you must dine alone this night." Sesshoumaru said, starting to walk out of the room.
"That is alright. I just hope that Kagome-okaa is ok." Rin said, smiling and going back to her meal.

Sesshoumaru and Kagome walked through the hallway in an awkward silence. 'Why does Sesshoumaru want to come with me? Maybe he is going to change his mind about wanting me to be his mate..' Although, what Kagome didn't expect, was for her to feel an extreme sadness wash over her at the thought. They soon came to her room, Kagome opening the door, and going in. Right before she was able to shut the door behind her, Sesshoumaru held it open and walked in.
"We must talk." Was all he said, as he sat upon a cushion beside her bedding.
"About what?" Kagome asked, very nervous and confused. 'What would Sesshoumaru need to talk to me about?'
"Why did you walk into my office yesterday?" he asked, motioning her to sit in front of him. Kagome walked and sat down upon her bed in front of him, silent for a minute or two before responding.
"I just wanted to ask a question..but it's not important." Kagome said waving it off, about to go and open the door for him to leave. Although, she knew in her heart she didn't want him to leave.
"What did you wish to ask me?" Sesshoumaru asked, getting up and walking towards her.
"It's nothing. I am not important enough to talk to. You can go back and talk with Rin and have your evening meal." Kagome said, smiling.
"It couldn't possibly be nothing." Sesshoumaru said, then paused for a moment. "And you are the most important to talk to." Sesshoumaru said, his eyes suddenly becoming soft.
'Ah! What is he...?' Before she could even finish that thought, he had kissed her. At first she was shocked as hell! But, she soon joined in, as butterflies flew all around her stomach. Sesshoumaru broke the kiss, leaning his fore head against hers.
"You are my mate to be. I will not stand by and allow you to rot away here under my very nose. I.." Sesshoumaru paused for a moment. "I shall allow you to leave..and no longer be my mate...if that is your choice.." Sesshoumaru pulled his head back from hers, his face becoming stoic once more.
"I.." Kagome didn't know what to say. She could leave! She wouldn't have to stay here anymore! She could go back to Sango, Miroku, Shippo, and even Inuyasha! But...she...'I don't want to go! I don't want to go!' The words wouldn't leave her mouth. Sesshoumaru, not getting an answer, started to leave the room. Kagome turned around and launched herself into his back. "I want to stay! I don't want to go!" Kagome hugged him as tight as she could, tears coming from her eyes. Before she got the chance to hear his response, she fell to her side, asleep once more.

Kagome awoke in the dark. 'Oops, I must have fallen asleep.' she thought to herself, getting up to see if she could get a glass of water. She walked through the castle, it being very difficult to find her way through the darkness. 'Maybe I can get Sesshoumaru to help me..' Kagome thought, walking to where she has memorized his room location. She walked in and saw a sight...that ripped her heart into millions of pieces.

i have made another cliffy! have fun with that! dont worry, ill write it tmrw. im just trying to show my bf that i am good enough for him, and if he dusnt think so, screw him..but anyways, again, ill have the next one tmrw and i apologize!! i am soooooo sry it took so long! im gunna try to get back on track!
