KAGOME'S POV
It's almost time for her to come and fulfill her promise to take him to the dark depths of
hell with her.I hope deep down in my heart that he comes to his senses and stops feeling guilty about something that he didn't do.
He still feels guilty about her death.Her death was not his fault I've always tried to tell him that but he won't listen.
He still thinks it is he says that it's his fault that she died in the first place.She was the one that din't trust him and pinned him to a tree for 50 years.
She thought that he really stole the sacred Jewel from him to use for himself and to feed his greed.She always tried to change who he was,she wanted to live her life
as a normal woman with him so she convinced him to use the sacred Jewel to turn into a human.she never
loved him for who he was and he never loved her either they just had a relaitionship without trust he dosen't know what
true love is like.I truly love him from the bottom of my heart.I will always love him for who he is Inuyasha the Hanyou.I also trust him with my life he just can't see
that he still says that i'm his Jerwel detector.
As She Thought of that tears rolled freely down her cheecks and she feel on her knees crying.
INUYASHA'S POV
I don't love Kikyo anymore but i have to keep my promise it is my fault that she is dead.I Love Kagome but
but now that the jewel is complete she'ss want to go back to her time and live her normal life again.
So what's the point of me staying alive if I'm not going to be with the woman that i truly love.
Quiet sobs disrrupted his thoughts and he looked down from the branch of the tree he had been pinned to for fifty years.
He saw Kagome on her knees and crying softly.The sight of her like that broke his heart.
He quickly jumped down from the tree and went down on his knees and embraced her to comfort her.
"Stop it, let go of me"said Kagome quietly.
"Why"he asked
"You shouldn't be hugging me and giving me false hopes when you don't care about me"she said looking into his eyes
The look in her eyes left him speechless he had never seen that look before it was of pain and anguish.When he regained from his state
of shock he looked her straight in the eyes.
"that's not true"he said
"Yes it is you only keep me around because I'm your shard detector"she said
"You're not just my shard detector I care about you more than you'll ever know Kagome"he said
"If you care about me sooo much why are you going to leave me and go of with that undead wlking pot of clay"she screamed while sobbing
"I made a promise Kagome and I never break promises.Kagome ....I ...I love you"he said softly
"What" she asked not believing what he had said.
"I love you I've loved you since the day we met I was just so afraid that you wouldn't return my feelings I wasen't ready to have my heart broken again" he sai softly
"Oh Inuyasha I'm soo happy to hear you say that I love you too"she said while looking into his eyes
They stared into each others eyes deeply and kissed passionately.At that moment a sudden light came from beside them.Kikyo had arrived to have her promise fulfilled.
"It is time Inuyasha"she coldly
Inuyasha nodded and got up to follow her suddenly an hole started to appear beneath them.
They stepped into it and it began to get deeper.Suddenly kikyo kissed Inuyasha and all of his energy was sucked out of him
Kagome stood watching in the side
KAGOME'S POV
He's almost gone .I can't let him go I can't live my life without him
"INUYASHA INUYASHA"she screamed as tears rolled from her eyes
Then a huge explosion was heard and Kikyo began to lose her sould and it was beginning to go back into Kagome
"NO"scramed Kikyo
Then the Jewel appered and kikyo's clay body began to melt and Kagome had all of her soul back.Then the Jewel sank into Kagome's
heart and she fainted.Inuyasha regained his energy and jumped out of the hole to help Kagome.He carried her back to the camp.After a couple of hours Kagome regained concienseness
She stirred a little and opened her eyes to find Inuyasha's golden eyes starring back into hers.
"Are you alright now"he asked
"Yes everything's better now she's gone"she said
He saw her shiver and hugged fron behind then her wrapped both of them up into his fire rat robe.
"Thank you "She said
"Your welcome.I love you kagome"He said after he kissed her softly on the lips
"I love you too"she said and started to drift of to sleep he smiled softly at her sleeping face
"I choose you Kagome now and always"he said as he too drifted of to sleep
