Inuyasha smiled down at the sleeping girl. It had been over three years since she first fell down the well, and since they had first met. So many things had changed, such as their relationship. Instead of him hating her, it was the total opposite. He loved her with all of his heart, all of his soul, and his being.
As he watched her sleep, his body ached to be near her. Every move, every breath, just enticed him and called him more. He felt his arousal grow as she moved, suddenly exposing more of her skin than she usually did. His groins burned with the urge to take her. 'No, I can't.' he thought, but he continued to gaze. 'Damn it inuyasha!' his mind yelled. 'Don't let this get the best of you!' But it was as if his body was glued to its place. The pain growing in his lower half. He couldn't take it anymore.
He leapt up from his seat among the trees, and within seconds, he landed on the ground with ease and dashed in the opposite direction of the camp- and the one his heart sought after the most.
`I've got to get away from her.... Before I do something we'll both regret.'

Morning arrived quickly. The sun now rose above the treetops. Kagome yawned and stretched. `Oh I miss my bed...' she thought as she sat up, being careful to not disturb the sleeping kitsune. She looked around. "Where's Inuyasha?" she asked to no one as she looked to the place where he was perched last night.
"Inuyasha?" she called in a normal voice. But there was no reply. Then she realized how she could find him. `The rosary! If he can hear me say it, then it'll take effect and I will be able to find him.' She smiled evilly. "Sit boy!" she said in a non-angry tone, hoping it would work.

He sat on the riverbank, allowing the cool water to rinse his feet. `I better be heading back, I guess.. But what if something happens?'
By that time, his sensitive ears picked up something. "Sit boy!"
~*WHAM!!!*~
"What the?!" It was too late. The spell on the rosary had already taken affect as it pulled him backwards into the muddy riverbank.

~*WHAM!!!*~
"It worked?!" she said aloud as she ran in the direction of the crash.

He was now facing the beautiful sky, but that wasn't even on his mind. He was letting out a stream of obscene curses. Then his nose picked up Kagome's scent growing stronger by the second.
"Inuyasha!?" he heard her calling..
"Wench!" he replied angrily. "What was that for?!" he said, now standing and attempting to wipe the mud from his clothes.
"Gomen nasai Inuyasha, but I didn't know where you were..." she sad after she stopped and looked down towards the ground. "I was worried."
He could smell the forming salty tears. Great, now that made him feel really good.
"Kagome," he nearly whispered as he pulled her into an embrace. "Oi, don't cry..onegai?"
What was happening? `He actually ...said onegai?' she thought as her tears slowly started forming.
"Kagome, you don't need to worry about me.." he stated. "I can take care of myself." He said.
"I know, but that doesn't stop me from worrying."
He sighed. "Look, next time, just call me. I'll be able to hear you and I'll come as quickly as I can. Promise."
She smiled. "Arigatou..Inuyasha." she said. Her body being filled with the urge to reach up and kiss him gently, she stood on her tip toes and kissed his lips gently.
Time stood still as his frozen body responded and he returned the kiss, allowing it to be filled with more passion than what it started.
Unknowingly, to the two of them, three sets of eyes were watching them closely from the crowded trees and bushes.

Miroku was crouched, his usual grin plastered on his face. Beside him stood Sango, her eyes taking in every little second. Shippo, who Sango held tightly, to keep from running towards Kagome.
"Looks like Inuyasha might get some." Miroku whispered finally.
~*Inuyasha and Kagome*~
The two were brought out of their own little world when Inuyasha sniffed the air.
~*BAM!*~
"Well, there went the monk." He said as they both rolled their eyes.
"You can come on out Sango." Kagome said.
Seconds later, a blushing Sango and struggling kitsune came out of the bushes. She let Shippo go.
"Finally!" he gasped. He ran towards the semi-blushing Kagome. "What did he do? Did you `want to kiss him?" His innocent questions just made her blush grow.
Inuyasha let out a low growl. "What happens between me and Kagome is none of your damn business, brat." He said as be bonked the kitsune on his head.
"Oow."
"Same goes for you two." He said shooting death glares towards the monk and the exterminator, who both nodded quickly.
Then Sango gasped. "What happened to your clothes?" she pointed.
Both Kagome and Inuyasha looked down at their mud-covered clothes, then at each other. "We fell."
Sango shook her head. "Well we'll give you some time to rinse the mud off them.' She said as Shippo sighed but followed, and she grabbed the monk's collar and pulled him along.

Preview: Kagome slowly got into the chilly water, trying to get used to it. "Inuyasha, "she called, "You better get in before the mud dries." She said, but he was way ahead of her.
He grinned evilly and ran towards the river, jumping high, and landing in the river with a loud ~splash!~.
