He sat, staring at his brother, while his brother stood staring at him coldly, as he always did.
“What do you want?!” He said demandingly at his brother,
“I have called to you because I something to tell you.” Answered his brother calmly,
“Well what the hell do you hav’ta tell me?!” Asked the boy/man, getting inpatient,
“Shut up.” said his brother, a little demandingly.
The boy/man just growled under his breathe, while staring at his brother and noticed that his brother look as if he was having a hard time trying to tell him whatever it was.
“If it’s so hard, why tell?” He asked, in a gruff tone,
“Because I have too.” He answered simply,
“What do you mean, ‘you have too’?” Asked the boy/man a little aggravated,
“Father wished me to tell you.” Said the older brother,
“Then why didn’t you tell me before?” Asked the boy/man, wandering,
“I have my reasons.” Answered the older brother.
The boy/man looked at him and snorted through his nose, while thinking, ‘ My ass! I bet it’s that little girl you tug around with you all day! I bet she soften your cold ass heart!’,
“Whatever, just say what your gonna say, and leave!”He said getting inpatient with his brother,
“Father said I had to tell you when I meant it and I do, but trust me half-breed, it is not an easy task.”Said his brother, coldly as always,
“Then you don’t mean it.” Said the boy/man wanting his brother to just go away,
“I do, but it’s hard to tell when an idiot wont shut up!” His brother said a little demandingly.
“Whatever, just say it!” Hollered the boy/man.
Minutes passed but felt like hours to the brothers, finally the older brother spoke,
“I love you, half-breed” Said Sesshoumaru said in a calm voice and started walking away,
“What!” Hollered Inuyasha,
“You heard me.” Was his plain reply.
Inuyasha stared at his brothers retreating back and let out a sigh,
“I love you too, asshole.” Said Inuyasha quietly, but quite enough for Sesshoumaru to hear him.
Sesshoumaru heard him alright and let out a relived sigh. ‘Sad thing is, I really do love you, half-breed’
