Era: I don't know. I'm still making them.

 

A/N: You might have more chapters than my stories. I mean this is a Nar/Kag fanfic and people send you reviews left and right. While with me they give me like three and I update just for them three people.

 

Era: Hahaha! My story is better than you.

 

A/N: Whatever. Well anyway let's get this over with and don't talk about my typing apparently you can't even type as fast as me.

 

Era: ………

 

A/N: Okay! I can do this and yes it is going to be long.

 

 

Chapter 4

 

 

 

Kagome bid her friends of the Eastern Lands goodbye before leaving. It was almost sunset and it will take awhile for Kagome to get back to camp. She climbed onto Kilala and rubbed her neck in a sensual matter and said, “We have to make it back before the sun goes all the way down.”

 

 

Kilala nodded and lifted to the sky swiftly leaving the Eastern Lands as quickly as she came. It would take at least two hours to get back to the camp because Kilala was pretty tired and Kagome wanted to take a bath before going back. She wanted to enjoy the complete loneness. Shippo was so hard to take of and everyone depended on her for almost everything. She was like a mother to everyone; she cooked, cleaned, ordered, found, and gave advice to almost everybody. She just wanted to rest, sure she looked at everything with a cheery face and gave the sun the credit for her beauty but she liked to be in the darkness. A year ago she painted her room dark purple and black. Her bed matched her walls most of her clothes were black now and she only wore some bright stuff but her personality changed on the inside. She never showed it unless she was around Kilala, by herself, or really mad at someone.

 

Kagome has been on this journey for over five years and still haven't collected all the jewel shards or even got close to Naraku. If they did get close to Naraku they couldn't do a thing or he would just vanish out of thin air. He was a beautiful man but was so foul and corrupted no one would ever want to hang around him for a long time.

 

 

 

Kagome sighed and while flying over the woods she yelled to Kilala, “Let's sit down for awhile I saw a hot spring a few yards back. I want a bath and I'm sure you want to rest, after all Aya kept you from taking a nap.” Kagome smiled at the demon cat as she turned around and landed at the hot spring Kagome saw. Kagome quickly got off Kilala and as quickly as she got off Kagome saw Kilala transform. She stripped her clothes and slowly slid down into the heated water. It soothed her as she went further into the water until the water was touching her neck. “Take your nap Kilala we have to get back to the group in an hour or they will get very worried of us.”

 

 

 

Kilala yawned and closed her eyes. Kagome smiled at her cat demon, Kilala was more trusting than anything. Kagome thought they would be arguing sometimes about some things but it turned out that Kilala accepts most of her decisions. Kagome felt the wind blow and lowered until the water touched her chin.

“Kagura go now! I want you to give it to her before she leaves that hot spring. You bad not show up too late or I'll make sure your punishment is the cruelest.” Naraku spat out quickly. All Kagura did was nod and walk to the balcony of the dark place they were at and flew away with a small frown on her face. She didn't like Naraku controlling her and she was going to prove it soon.

 

 

Kanna walked up to Naraku and he patted her head. “I'll make sure Kagura is punished for being so disloyal to me. I still hold her heart and I don't give a damn about her. I can absorb her any time I want and she still thinks she can escape me.”

 

 

 

Kanna looked up at him with her emotionless grey eyes and said, “She doesn't realize what you can do yet. I can some times think of myself then apologize that I would think any but bad towards you. You kept me alive until this time and I have grown accustom to your ways. Yes you created me but I will always see you as an evil person. Kagura sees you as her captor and will not realize you are in her mind until it's too late.”

 

 

“You learn well Kanna but we will soon have company and I think you will like this company for I'm making you a brother but he will be your responsibility not mine. Kagura is not trust worthy and before this whole situation is over with she will be absorbed into this body of mine.” Naraku had an evil smirk on his face and looked towards the glowing purple pottery.

 

 

“Naraku.” A voice called from the dark hallway.

 

 

“Yes Yoki.” He looked up to see his one rebellious servant.

 

 

“Lady Kagura left and I went to go look in her room and found a letter by someone stating that he would come for her. I don't know who it is yet and I hope you would like to have the letter.” Yoki said bowing and throwing the letter to Naraku before walking away swiftly.

 

 

Naraku smirked and handed the letter for Kanna to read. She has matured and grown over the past years and she never lost her loyalty to him. He wondered what happened to Kagura but he will make sure she gets what she deserves and since she thinks she could out smart him he'll make sure he life is a living hell. Kagura and Yoki are almost alike and they spend so much time together you may think their mates but their just friends and the only friends that are disobeying Naraku.

 

 

 

“Kanna leave me for Kagura would have a surprise when she comes back and I know she hates surprises especially by me.” He turned to the balcony and Kanna immediately walked away. He walked over to the balcony and laughed. Yes he would have fun with her when she gets back and she will not like what he will do to her.

Kagome opened her eyes to see Kilala licking her. She fell asleep during her bath and now the sun was down and the stars were out. She lifted herself out of the water and dried off quickly. She dressed herself and combed her hair until she thought it was dry enough. Kilala just followed closely behind her. “I'm alright. I just need to stretch a bit.” Kagome said raising her hands to her head and bending her body. When she was done Kilala transformed so Kagome can climb on. “We are really going to get a speech when we get back, but I'm not in the mood for one especially from Inuyasha.” Then the wind picked up and Kagome sensed someone nearby.

 

 

 

The trees around the area started to shake and leaves were blown in her face. A horrible evil laugh was heard and Kagome recognized the voice immediately. “Kagura come out of hiding before I really get upset!” Kagura knew of her strength personally because one time she tried to kidnap, might of fact she kidnapped her multiple times. The last time she did it though Kagome got angry and her powers just stormed every where. Kagura was almost killed if it wasn't for Naraku showing up at the last minute and his poisonous cloud covering the area.

 

 

 

Kagura came out of hiding with a black object in her hand. “Kagome I just want to give you this as a gift.” She said with an evil smile. Kagome looked at it with confusion and looked in Kagura's burgundy eyes. “What is it for? Did Naraku tell you to give me this?” Kagura then scowled and said, “Apparently he wants you to have it. I'm just here for the deliver and if you have any questions ask him. He'll be coming soon enough. Now if you excuse me I have to go.” Kagura then dropped the black material on the ground where she was standing, pulled out her feather, and flew away as soon as she got on it.

 

 

After a few minutes of staring at it Kagome went to it after calming down Kilala because through out the whole thing she was growling. Kagome picked it up and let the material fall down until it hit the ground at the bottom. She gasped at the surprise. “It's just a kimono Kilala! Why would he give me a kimono though? It's beautiful and my favorite color is black so you know I'm going to wear it one day.” Kagome folded the black kimono up. It had white flowers on the side with a small sash that was white with black flowers to match. “Let's go! I'm hungry and tired.” She ran to Kilala and jumped on quickly. Kilala jumped up into the air and sniffed for the group or rather dead smelling group.

 

 

 

 

A/N: Aww! That's so sweet he gave her a present. Naraku I didn't know you could be so nice.

 

Nar: Well I'm not in that dumb story you made me act like that.

Era: Are you calling my story dumb at least you're in it. I can change Kagome to like Koga and can kill you when he fights.

 

Nar: Something is really wrong with you isn't it.

 

A/N: Yeah! She was bit by a dog when she was younger and now she's afraid of them. That's why she doesn't like Sesshoumaru or Inuyasha.

 

Nar: Oh….I didn't know that.

 

Era: Why are you telling him that? You over there running your mouth.

 

Inu: You are sick. Why are you so afraid of dogs their mans best friend.

 

Era: Don't sneak up on me like that! And for your information there are many reasons why dogs shouldn't be mans best friend. They bite you when their angry, chase you if your scared of them, and they eat meat! I'm a vegetarian.

 

Nar: That sucks. You don't even eat fish!

 

Era: I eat sushi.

 

Inu: You're not a vegetarian then.

 

Era: I don't eat that thick meat that you be taking big bites out of.

 

Nar: You suck!

 

A/N: Hello writing story little ones.

 

Era: Sorry A it's just sometimes it take a lot of the time people talk about me being a vegetarian. Saying `you missing some good stuff.'

 

A/N: …………………….You are.

 

Everyone goes silent.

 

Nar: Can I type the next chapter?

 

Inu: Please do. Put some since in it this time. I don't want things getting out of hand with those two. (Points at A and Era tied up on chairs behind them.)
