Almost two months Kagome's been gone now, and I'm miserable here with out her. I have no other girls here to talk to. Well, there is Kaede, but it's not the same. I miss the girl talks that we used to have about the boys while we were in the hot springs. Miroku's been a little more sensitive about my feelings and he hasn't been groping me…as much. But he's still Miroku; I mean I'm going to have a lot of work on my hands if I ever decide to accept his proposals. Where was I?

 

Oh yeah, back to missing Kagome. Well, as much as I hate to admit it, I miss Inuyasha to. I wish that this whole mess never happened, then I'd have my best friends back. It gets lonely in this hut with just Miroku, Kirara and me, since Shippo decided to take Inuyasha's place watching over the village. But I didn't have enough time to think about it much longer because Inuyasha and Kagome came running through the front door.

 

“Sango, Miroku, we have an emergency!” Inuyasha yelled as he ran through the screen.

 

“I-Inuyasha? Kagome-sama?” Miroku asked in disbelief, and I have to say that I was the same state.

 

“We'll explain latter, but right now we need to get going, Shizuka has Shippo.” Kagome said. Kirara jumped right up and ran out the door transforming into her `big kitty mode' as Kagome calls it. I got up after her as did Miroku. We all ran out side, I climbed onto Kirara and Miroku fallowed me, Kagome got onto Inuyasha's back like nothing had happened between them.

 

“Well, they have certainly worked out their differences.” Miroku said behind me. I was thinking the same thing. What in the world could Inuyasha have said to make Kagome forgive him? Well it doesn't matter now; we have more important things to deal with, like getting Shippo back. What dose Shizuka want with him? I hope he's alright.

 

I see something in the corner of my eyes, so I turn around to see what it is.

 

Oh shit, soul stealers. I thought to my self. I look down and I know that kagome and Inuyasha see them to. This seems way too freaking familiar.

 

But this time Kagome showed no signs of despair or sadness. Oh I can't wait to hear what happened. Inuyasha turn off to the right here the soul stealers were. Oh my gods, he's not going to take Kagome to see Kikyo is he? Well, she didn't hurt her last time but we don't have time for this! Shippo is in the hands of Shizuka and from what I heard from Shippo and Miroku he's supposed to be under the control of Naraku. I see her up ahead, the soul stealing bitch. He's stopping next to her and letting Kagome off his back. We landed next to him; Miroku was gripping his staff so tightly that his knuckles were white. Well at lest I can hear what their saying, and if Inuyasha starts acting weird I'm close enough to hit him.

 

“Inuyasha, what are you doing here?” She asked. Funny I was about to ask the same thing.

 

“I need to know where Naraku is, and I know you know so don't start playing games.” He said sounding slightly angry, at Kikyo or Naraku I couldn't tell.

 

“Why do you need to know?”

 

“Because his little fucking puppet took Shippo! That's why; now tell us before I have to hurt you.” He said cracking his knuckles. Kikyo raised one of her eyebrows, and I thought that I was going to bust out laughing. The great Inuyasha finally has the balls to teach that bitch her place. Oh gods now I sound like him. Well too bad, I'm just stating a fact. I can tell Miroku is amused too, but I can't read Kagome's expression.

 

“His castle is about ten miles north of here. I don't have an exact location but I'm sure it won't be that hard to find.” She said. I can't believe she actually told us.

 

“Thank you.” Kagome said. Kikyo nodded slightly at her as Inuyasha picked her up bridal style and started running north. Miroku and I got on Kirara and followed them. We went about ten miles like Kikyo said, and there among the trees was a castle surrounded by a barrier. But the big shocker was who we found running towards the castle.

 

Sesshomaru.

 

Inuyasha stopped at the barrier waiting for Sesshomaru. We landed next to him as Sesshomaru appeared.

 

“What are you doing her?” Inuyasha asked non to nicely. They didn't try to kill each other every time they crossed paths any more, but that didn't mean that they would be going to a family picnic together any time soon.

 

“You don't look too happy to see me little brother.” He said remaining emotionless.

 

“I don't have time for you right now Sesshomaru, Naraku's in there and he-“

 

“Has Shippo, I know, he has Rin too, that is why I am here.”

 

“How did he get Rin?” Kagome asked. I have the feeling that Sesshomaru didn't liked being asked that question. It was like being told that he couldn't protect her well enough. I think Inuyasha picked up on it to because he changed the subject.

 

“It doesn't matter how he got them, all that matters is that he has them and its time we get them back. I'll break down the barrier and then we attack.” Surprisingly Sesshomaru didn't protest to Inuyasha taking charge of the situation. But that's when I remembered that Naraku's castle was surrounded with miasma, and it was deadly to humans. No wonder he didn't say anything, he had to get in there as fast as he could and get Rin out of there before she ingested too much of it. Inuyasha broke the barrier with the tetsusaiga and I gave Miroku and Kagome a poison mask and then put my own on.

 

“Alright guys lets go.” We ran in after him and I realized something.

 

This was the final battle. It would either be Naraku dieing, or us.

 

Let's hope it's not the latter.
