Hi all, sorry this took so long to get out, but I have a lot of excuses, the one that's really the basic reason for me not writing is my mother. She's so sick right now that she needs me for almost everything. She's in and out of the hospital all the time and she has a doctor's appointment every week. So I've been writing whenever I can but the chapters are going to get few a far between. I'm sorry, but my moms more important then this story. I am going to finish it, but it's going to take me awhile. I'm sorry T.T and this chapter…..might not be so good, I wrote it in a hurry, and it just didn't flow as easily as most of the other ones. Please forgive this authoress T.T

 

 

 

In the Mirror: Chapter thirty one. Kagome's mirror part 1

Ouch, that hurt, I just landed on my butt. Hay, where am I? And where's Inuyasha? I just saw him a second ago, and told him I loved him, and now he's gone. This is just too weird. I got up off the floor and looked around; I was at the Goshinboku! How in the world did I get here? I started to look around and I heard voices coming from around the other side of the tree. I know those voices, but it couldn't be, could it? I walked around the tree and sure enough, sitting there was Inuyasha, and my self. I stood there in shock or a minute before I came out of it enough to listen to what they, or we, were saying.

 

“So what did you want to talk about Inuyasha?” I asked him, well, not me me, but the other me. He looked at her/me and blushed. What DID he want to say? I walked a little closer to them before I stepped on a branch, that didn't crack. My foot went right through it, so I tried getting in front of us and found out that they couldn't see me. I sat right down in front of them, I wanted to see and hear every reaction and see if this was a hallucination or a look into the future. And if things were going to go the way that I thought that they were going to go then I was hoping that it was the later.

 

“Um, will, I just wanted to…um.” Wow, is he really that nervous? He hardly ever stumbles over his words like that anymore. “I just wanted to ask you, what are you going to do now that the jewel is completed?”

 

“W-What do mean?” The other me asked blushing. Good lord do I really turn that red?

 

“I mean, are you going to go back to your world or are you going to stay here with m-us?” He asked blushing and turning the other way. He looked so cute like that. The other me looked down at her feet and started to play with her fingers.

 

“Well, what do you want me to do?” I threw my hands up in the air; this wasn't going to get us anywhere. Why don't you just say you want to stay with him dummy! He looked back at her.

 

“What do you mean `what do you want me to do?' It's up to you.”

 

“Well I'd like your opinion, so what do you want me to do?”

 

“Can't you make up your own damn mind!?”

 

“I still would like to know what you think!”

 

“I want you to stay damn it!” He yelled at her. We both gasped in shock. I've never seen him look so red before, but he still kept going. “I want you to stay here with me and maybe we could have a life together, I want you to say that you won't leave me or any of the rest of us behind; but if you want to go home I ain't gonna stop you. But I ain't gonna tell Shippo or the rest of them either so you better be ready for the water works that-“

 

He didn't get to say anymore, because the other me practically jumped him and knocked him back words onto the ground. Now THAT'S what I call making a move, go girl! Yes I realize that I'm rooting for my self, but hay, nobody ever said I was sane.

 

“You baka! Of course I'm going to stay with you, that's what I've wanted all along.” She said snuggling into him as he wrapped his arms around her.

 

Please please PLEASE, let this be a look into the future. That's the only thing running through my head at the moment.

 

“Really? Your going to stay?” He asked with that cute bewildered look on his face. I looked down at him and smiled.

 

“Yes, I told you that I wouldn't leave you, and nothings changed since then. Except that, I've fallen even deeper in love with you.” Now he really looked shocked. Go ME! That a way to get `em! Yes I am very aware that I'm over excited, but I figure that if this isn't a look into the future then I know what to do if this situation ever really happens. I saw him smile up at the other me and my heart almost stopped. I had only seen that smile once before that that was when I told him that I was going to say, over two years ago.

 

“You always have a way to ruin things; I wanted to be the first one to say that. I'm the guy after all.” He slipped his right hand through the other me's hair, and bought me down to his mouth for a kiss. I wanted to faint. But the scene in front of me started to darker and darker until there was nothing around me.

 

I was alone again.

So how was that one? Shorter then the last one I know, but hay, its something right? But this feels forced out to me >.< Like I said before, over a year to write a story is just way too much. But I'm going to finish it if it kills me! I swear! *punches the air* O.o XD
