Chapter two: Where's Inuyasha?

It was now 3:00 now and Kagome walked happily from school toward her house. She had done great on all her tests! She had scores of 80's and 90's she couldn't wait to show her mom. She had totally ditch all her friends. She had to go tell her mom the good news, pack up, and leave to go back to feudal Japan. Inuyasha was most likely wanted to skin her alive. Shippo probably had bump the size of London. While Miroku was bugging Sango like nothing. She wished she had bought her bike though. Then out of nowhere.

Hojo: (panting) Hi Kagome! Got a minute?

Kagome: Sorry I have to take my cat to the vet! Bye Hojo, see ya tomorrow! (Runs faster) `Gosh how does he always find me?'

Finally, she was home. However, no one was home. Kagome fixed herself a quick snack as she read a note left by her mother.

The note reads: Dear Kagome, I hope you did good on your tests today. Souta got a little sick and made a mess in your room. Which is why I have taken him to the doctor office. I tried my best to clean it however I couldn't get the stains off your teddy bear. Sorry. Also, can you start the dishwasher? I left some clean clothes for you to take before you leave to go see Inuyasha. Also I'm a little concerned about him even if you say he a half demon I think he need to be fed more. He came over today and clean us out of Ramen! Please take care of him and yourself.

Kagome started the dishwasher and went into her room. Even if she didn't have a nose like Inuyasha, she still could smell Souta's mess and also the carpet cleaner. She quickly took a shower and packed up. She could of swear that her backpack was getting heavier.

She couldn't believe Inuyasha came over to her house! That means he was really in a bad mood. Poor Shippo! She thought as she jumped down the well as the magical light surrounded her.

Kagome: Inuyasha can you give me a hand.

She was so sure Inuyasha was there. Though something was telling her something was off. Like she had forgetting something or step on Myoga again.

Kagome: Inuyasha! Hey don't me mad! I'm here now! I told you I had tests!

She waited for at least a "feh" but got nothing. Could he really be that mad? Usually he would have already been yelling and screaming about the jewel shards. Where was Inuyasha? She slowly climbed up the well with no assistance from Inuyasha. Boy was he going to get it. The jerk she was going to make sure that he wasn't going to walking straight for weeks. As she got to the Kaede's hut, where Sango and Miroku stop talking abruptly and looked at Kagome. Something was wrong she could tell by their faces.

Kagome: What's wrong you guys?

Sango: Inuyasha not with you?

Kagome: No why would he?

Sango: He said that he was going to drag you back here and begin to look for shards.

Kagome: He did come over to my house but my mother said he left.

Miroku: really. That's odd.

Kagome: Where's Shippo?

Sango: He with Kirara to look for Inuyasha.

Miroku: we should go look of them.

Kagome: I have a bad feeling about this.

Sango: Don't work Kagome I'm sure Inuyasha is somewhere just in a bad mood.

Miroku: Did you look at the trees around the well?

Kagome: No I really did think of that.

Sango: You should have sat him like normally.

Kagome: No I thought he was really mad at me.

Miroku: don't fret lady Kagome I'm sure we'll find him.

Kagome: must you have your hand near me like that?

[Whack]

Miroku earn himself a nice boomerang upside the head as stop rubbing Kagome's chest area. (A little jealously there eh Sango?) Kagome worried about Inuyasha for he wasn't one to just take off if it wasn't a fight with a demon even then he stayed with them.

Kagome: `Inuyasha where are you' (sighs) I shouldn't have stayed away so long.

Sango: don't worry. We find the grumpy hanyou.

Kagome: Your right. We will.

Little did they know that slowly but surely the grumpy hanyou they knew and love wasn't having a happy time or sitting in a tree begin grumpy. Where was Inuyasha? Find out in the next chapter.
