Chapter five: umm excuse me.

Recap: By now, though Miroku would have being dragged for by Sango. Was it just an animal maybe a monkey like last time? Oh man was it Shippo or Kirara? She just knew that rock hit something hard. Could it be? Had he came back? Though what a time to come back?

Kagome: Inuyasha?

Sesshomaru: don't compare me to that worthless hybrid wench.

Kagome knew by that cold deep voice that she had the wrong dog demon watching her as she slowly moved her eyes to the direction in which she had heard it. Their on the corner of the spring standing on a tree limb stood Inuyasha's older full demon brother, Sesshomaru!

Kagome: Sesshomaru!

Kagome hid herself behind a rock hopefully everyone was awake now. Who could save here? Better yet, why was Sesshomaru here? Was he also looking for Inuyasha? Or worst? Another million question filled Kagome mind only to be broken by Sesshomaru's demanding voice.

Sesshomaru: where is my brother? I don't wish to repeat myself again.

Kagome: I don't know. I was going to ask you.

Sesshomaru: Why would I know where that worthless hybrid was at?

Kagome: Because he been missing for two days almost.

Sesshomaru: Make yourself decent and follow me.

Sesshomaru floated down and began to walk away as Kagome got out of the water and quickly dress. This was too weird what did Sesshomaru want with Inuyasha? As soon as she had her shoes on. She followed after Sesshomaru only half fearing about her life. If worst came to worst she could always try to run.

Luckily yes the group had woken up and was had hidden themselves (though Sesshomaru knew they were around) and it shock. Sesshomaru didn't attack her or anything.

Sango: you can let him open his eyes now Shippo, Kagome dress.

Shippo: Okay. (Gets off Miroku head.)

Miroku: I wasn't going to look. `Much'

Sango: right we all very much believe you. (Narrow eyes)

Shippo: So we follow after them.

Sango: Of course there no telling what Sesshomaru will do to her if we don't.

So, they three followed after Kagome quickly but quietly. Whereas Sesshomaru slowed down and let Kagome, catch up with him. While almost near where he left Rin and Jaken but far enough so, the young girl hopefully wouldn't hear him but he could hear her and Jaken. Or if they other comrades of Inuyasha did foolishly try to attack him Rin wouldn't be able to hear and hopefully foolish Jaken either.

Sesshomaru: What has happen to Inuyasha?

Sesshomaru wasn't facing her so she couldn't tell if he was worried or annoyed. He probable had wasted all this time tracking them down to fight Inuyasha again only to find him missing also. She knew not to tell him about the well so how was she going to explain it to him? She heard a low growl come from Sesshomaru he was growing impatience and wanted her to answer quickly. She tell him the best way she knew how without telling him about the well but without lying.

Kagome: I don't know I went back to my village and when Inuyasha came to get me my mother told him to go back home and she was the last person to see him. Now no ones knows where he is.

Sesshomaru: what village is this? How far is it from here?

Kagome didn't know how to answer him no way could she answer him in any way. Tokyo didn't exist yet and her mom was back at home in the 21st century. Was Sesshomaru that worried what did her want? She better just ask him before he got any ideas.

Kagome: what do you want with Inuyasha? Is this about the Tessiaga again?

Sesshomaru: That is none of your concerned now answer my question.

Kagome: You answer mines Sesshomaru!

Finally Sesshomaru did turn around to face her as he hear the others get closer towards them but he made no intention of letting them know that he could hear them moving. Kagome could tell by his eyes that she had made him cross but their was no way that she was going to bring home Sesshomaru beside he probably too evil to pass through the well. Real demons couldn't pass through the well could they? Nor did Sesshomaru have any shards. Maybe she could put him on a wild goose chase or something.

Sesshomaru: Listen you have better find Inuyasha or I find your village and destroy it.

Kagome: You can't do that!

Sesshomaru: There isn't any thing you can do to stop me. I will be waiting and watch for Inuyasha return and I will take my father's sword from him.

Kagome: is always about they sword Sesshomaru?

Sesshomaru: don't question my objectives wench.

And with that, Sesshomaru turned and walked away. With a funny feeling inside him, why hadn't he killed the girl for talking to him like that? (A/n: Hell, no this isn't going to be a Sess/Kag fic. There enough of those.) Perhaps because she was the only one would could find his worthless brother. Besides Rin was about to kill Jaken and he wasn't in the mood to bring him back again. It was time to leave this place and take the two away and back to his domain. He didn't know where Inuyasha was but he was also going go and find him. As long as Inuyasha had the Tessiaga at his side, he would make it his business to track him down and kill him. Especially after his last encounter with him, nay his pride wouldn't let it end like that and it was his brother fault that the girl was his reasonability now.

Rin: Sesshomaru-sama your back. (Runs up and hugs him)

Sesshomaru: Jaken get up!

The little toad had pass out as Rin had did a number on him. How many rocks does it takes to knock Jaken senseless? The toad had more bumps on him then there was Goosebumps books. Though at the sound of Sesshomaru demanding voice, he pop up and called the dragons forth and as quick as wink the odd trio left the area.

[Back to Kagome]

Sango: Kagome you okay?

The other three came up to Kagome now as well as Kirara even though Sango had told her to stay behind. Shippo was hugging around Kagome's leg much like Rin had been doing to Sesshomaru.

Kagome: Yeah sure. We should get to camp.

Miroku: Yes let's.

The three went back to camp and pack up and gather their weapons. As they, three hopped onto Kirara into the sky. Now another twenty millions questions worried Kagome mind. Mostly about what Sesshomaru would do if he couldn't find where she lived and all the villages he would destroy for no reason. He would become worse than Naraku.

Sango: What wrong Kagome?

Kagome: I was just thinking about what Sesshomaru said. What would happen if he tried to find my home?

Miroku: He can't use the well so there is no need to worry Lady Kagome. (Getting closer to Kagome)

Shippo: Miroku don't even think about it. (Knew what he was up to)

Kagome: Thank you Shippo. (Also knew)

Sango: The sooner we find Inuyasha the better. (Giving Miroku a dirty look)

Kagome: `Inuyasha where are you? Maybe Kaede should have put a tracer on you too. Huh there shards coming up.' I am starting to sense some shards down below.

Sango: You want to go down there?

Kagome: Yes.

Shippo: But Kagome what if it a strong demon! Inuyasha not here to beat up other youkia!

Kagome: Its okay I know who it is now. `Maybe I can find Inuyasha faster'

By the time the other could ask who Kirara was down on the ground and Kouga was already in there face.

Kouga: well, well.

Shippo: Oh no it's Kouga.

Sango: `why him? Of all times'

Miroku: `this can't get any worst'

Kouga: so you finally have left that mutt face.

Kagome: Actually Kouga we can't find him. (Looking annoyed)

Kouga: mutt face abandon you. (Smirking.) Guess I don't have to kill him after all and you can be my woman without any more problems.

Kagome: Kouga could you just please help us find him before his older evil brother goes on a mad killing spree.

Kouga: what older brother. Is he a mutt too?

Kagome: No he a full youkia like you.

Kouga: There all dog turds too me but if you care about him I just I help you find him. Can't promise I'll keep him alive. (Holding an annoying Kagome)

Kagome: Gee Kouga what would do without you?

Kouga: (smiling) lets go then. The search for mutt-face is on. (Takes off leaving Sango, Shippo, Kirara and Miroku in the dust literally)

Miroku: Okay I guess we better hurry after them.

Sango: I guess so. Now kindly get your hand off me!

[Smack]

After Miroku had a big lump on his head, the two got back on Kirara and took off. Shippo just shook his head he knew that all of that would happen. Meaning draped over Kouga shoulder like a bag of bean, Kagome was getting pretty tired of this. She knew that Kouga had little to no idea where he was going yet he was left all her friends. Only one thing to do.

Kagome: KOUGAAAAAAAAA!

Kouga stopped in his tracks and dropped Kagome down as he covered his ears. Damn how "his woman" could scream. Though it was one of the things he liked about her to bad, his ears couldn't agree. As Kagome dusted herself off no thanks or help from Kouga, she wonder how far they had traveled. Only to realize where she was now.

Kagome: Kouga why did you bring me back to your domain?

Kouga gave a smile that Kagome really found disturbing if not a little too lusty for her. If Kouga was getting idea he could forget, she had to find Inuyasha and stop Sesshomaru found going around destroying villages that he thought she belong too.

Kouga: make yourself comfortable we be staying here for a while.

Inuyasha: This story sucks!

Fluffy: I hate to admit it but I agree with you.

Me: silence mutts or I let Kouga kill both of you.

Fluffy: that wolf couldn't even break my one of my claws much less even kill me.

Inuyasha: I'll blast that straggly wolf.

Me: I don't think you be able to much after the next chapter.

Inuyasha: what do you mean?

Me: (show him a sneak preview) HA, how you like that.

Inuyasha: I'll kill you! Iron Reaver Soul…

Me: sit!

[Crash]

Fluffy: I want to see.

Me: okay but you have to do something for me.

Fluffy: what?

Me: Kiss me.

Fluffy: never mind.
