Chapter 13


“Lord Sesshomaru!!” Rin yelled. “Lord Sesshomaru!!” Kagura came to Rin’s room.

“Young Rin, I will take you to Lord Sesshomaru.” She said.

“Arigato Kagura.” Rin thanked. She followed Kagura to the garden when she saw Sesshomaru and Kagome. She ran as fast as she could and clinged onto Sesshomaru’s leg.

“Another dream of your parents?” he asked. Rin nodded. She looked at the girl next to him and recognized her to be the girl in her dream.

“You were in my dream. You said that your name was Kagome.” Rin stated. Kagome smiled and bent down to Rin’s eye level.

“I am and yes my name is Kagome.” Kagome said. She let her warm eyes fill Rin’s and now thought that Rin could meet Shippo. “Rin, how would you like to have a new playmate?” Kagome asked sweetly.

“I would love that. Now I can play a lot more!” Rin said excitedly.

“Let me show you Shippo. Follow me.” Kagome said. Rin took Kagome’s hand and followed her to Sango’s room. Rin heard laughter inside the room so she opened it. She then saw a grown up girl and a small kitsune on her bed.

Rin smiled and said, “Hello, my name is Rin.” Sango looked up.

“Hello, I’m Sango and this is…” she was cut off by Shippo screaming out his own name.

“Shippo!” he said as he bounced on the bed. “Why…don’t…..you….come…and play….with…..us?” he said between bounces. “We’re…having….so much….fun.” Rin smiled and ran towards the bed and started to jump.

“This…is…fun.” She said with each bounce.

“We see that you are having so much fun Rin. We will be in the library if you need anything.” Sesshomaru said. He and Kagome then left for the library.

“For some reason, my muscles are very tense. I hurt all over.” She stated.

“May I relax them?” he asked.

“Are you sure you don’t mind?” she replied.

“Of course not. I wish to relax them.” He said as he put her on the table. Kagome laid on her stomach as Sesshomaru started to work on her shoulders and neck. She moaned with relief as the demon lord massaged her back that made it make various popping noises. Sesshomaru felt her shudder as his hands went over her butt and down her legs. ‘She’s got so many curves on her body.’ He thought as his errection grew. Kagome smelled his arousal.

‘Sesshomaru is a lot like Inuyasha only Inuyasha runs away. Sesshomaru doesn’t.’ she thought as she smelled her own arousal. “You know Sesshomaru; you have really warmed up to me. What made you love me?” Kagome asked.

“Your features, personality, and love for everyone; youkai, hanyou, and ningen. I wanted someone who would mate me for me, not because of my wealth or power.” Sesshomaru said as he worked on her feet. Kagome had never seen Sesshomaru open up to her like this before.

“I love you with all my heart and soul. The same goes for Inuyasha.” Kagome admitted.

“As do I Kagome. My commitment is to you.” He said now massaging her palms. As Sesshomaru finished, Kagome stood and wrapped her arms around his neck to pull him to her for a kiss. Sesshomaru was so deep into the kiss that he picked up Kagome and set her onto the library table. He smelled her scent spike as his errection got bigger. Kagome felt his errection on her leg and smiled.

‘Damn!! I wonder how big it really is.’ She thought. Sesshomaru started to undo her kimono when he heard Rin running towards the door. Rin pushed the door open and ran into the library. The girl stopped immediately when she saw what Kagome and Sesshomaru were doing.

“Oops!! I’m sorry for barging in, Lord Sesshomaru.” Rin apologized. Sesshomaru straightened up and started to walk out the library.

“You play with Kagome.” He said over his shoulder.

“Hai, my lord.” Rin laughed.

Sesshomaru quickly walked out, his errection pushing against his silk pants. He went into the forest and found the nearest cold spring. He undressed and got in with a sigh of relief. He stayed there a while to make sure his errection was completely gone.



A week went by when Inuyasha finally woke up. He looked out the window and assumed it was dawn. Inuyasha got up and called for Kagura.

“Take me to Sesshomaru.” He ordered. Kagura bowed and left the room with Inuyasha following behind her. She lead him to the dojo where he saw Sesshomaru meditating.

“Little brother, you have finally awakened. Kagome was quite worried about you.” Sesshomaru said as Kagura closed the doors.

“I’m grateful to know that you weren’t worried.” Inuyasha said sarcastically. “Where’s Kagome?”

“She left to have time to herself. She went to the mountains to train. She told me to tell you that if you should wake up before her return, not to go looking for her.” Sesshomaru explained.

Inuyasha nodded. “Feh, I’m hungry. I’m goin’ to the kitchens.” He said rubbing his stomach.



Kagome stood at the top of the mountain, on looking at the sun rise slowly towards the sky. Next to her was a flaming dragon that had kept her warm from the mountain’s snow.

“Oh, dragon, I haven’t a clue what to do. We must still battle the evil hanyou, Naraku. I need your guidance.” She said.

“You must now train your demon powers. I have watched you and you have successfully completed your miko training.”

“How do I tap into my demon my powers?” Kagome asked.

“Your demonic powers appear to be controlled by your emotions. If someone has hurt your heart at a dangerous level, your youkai will step and defend you.” The dragon explained.

“So you’re saying that it’s like a sister, a family relative, a very protective relative.” She confirmed.

“You could say that, yes. Your youkai side will never betray you or the people you or it loves. To learn to control your demonic side, you must find the answer inside yourself.”

“You have been a great help. Arigato for your guidance. It is much appreciated.” Kagome thanked.

“It is nice to here my summoner to be grateful of my power as well as the others.” The flaming dragon dissipated as Kagome started to leap down the mountain.



Sesshomaru heard a door close realized that Kagome had returned. He stood up and pulled her into his arms.

“I’m glad to see that you have returned safely, Koi.” He said as he gently kissed her hair.

“Koabitou, we must be ready to fight Naraku. I must be rid of him and this heavy burden that hangs around my neck.” Kagome reached for the Shikon no Tama. “Is Inuyasha awake?” she asked.

“Yes, he came in looking for you but he understood the message that you gave him.” Sesshomaru nuzzled her hair, breathing in a deep whiff of her scent. “Koi, you’re shaking. What is wrong?” Sesshomaru started to worry.

“I’m fine. It’s just that I was thinking about Kouga and how I killed him. Even though he wanted to mate me, he was still my friend. He wasn’t really a bad person.” She said, trying not to remember the sight of his mangled body.

“Do remember that I love you, Koishii.” Sesshomaru said with his lips against her neck.

“It will never be forgotten.” She said in return. He gently kissed her neck until he got to her lips. Kagome opened her mouth to let her tongue taste the sweetness of his mouth. Sesshomaru turned his head to the side to deepen the kiss. She felt his hands sweep across her legs and slowly move up. ‘We can’t do this. I must control myself.’ She thought. She pulled away from Sesshomaru and looked up in his eyes.

“I’m sorry Sesshomaru but, we must still fight Naraku and if I do this now, I will have pups and then they would be in danger instead of you, me and Inuyasha.” Kagome explained.

“I understand Kagome.” ‘Kami, her scent is maddening.’ He thought.

“You should see Inuyasha. He’s anxious to see you.” Kagome nodded, then turned and walked out the door. When she got to Inuyasha’s room, she saw him standing by the balcony.

‘My wonderful hanyou.’ She thought. “Beautiful day isn’t it?” she asked, now standing next to him.

“Yes. Kagome, what happened? All I remember is Kouga slashing at Sesshomaru.” Inuyasha said, still staring out into the blue sky. Kagome sighed but answered his question.

“I saw you from over head. I heard from a fire youkai from a village of kitsunes that Kouga was off to kill you. So I flew off to look for you. I saw Sesshomaru’s barrier flicker. When I got to you, I saw you lying there in your own blood with Sesshomaru on his hands and knees. After that,” She paused. Inuyasha looked at her and saw her shiver. “After that, I killed Kouga. He saw going to finish you two off and claim me as his mate. I couldn’t let that happen. Sesshomaru helped me take you inside. I healed you and bandaged you up. Now, I’m so glad that your okay.” She said now smiling.

“I’m such a wimp. I should have been smarter than that but if you had to save my ass, I’m considering myself weak.” Inuyasha scolded himself.

“Don’t put yourself down. You did the best you could. You are very brave; Inuyasha, but you push yourself too hard. Let’s forget about it and head down for lunch. Sesshomaru will start having a fit if we’re not down there on time.” Kagome raised her eyebrows as Inuyasha laughed. They both managed to get to the dining table without breaking down into a laughing fit. Sesshomaru looked at Kagome and Inuyasha. Both of their faces looked red and a little sweaty.

“Did I miss something?” he looked Kagome and raised an eyebrow.

“No, we were just laughing about something.” Kagome said, trying not to break down. She looked at Inuyasha and saw that he almost fell out of the chair with a severe case of the giggles. Sesshomaru shook his head.

“I don’t want to know.”
