Kagome glared up at Blade, her fangs bared. "What did you DO!?" she growled, getting ready to pounce depending on his answer.
"Don't worry, he'll be fine. The high pitched noise caused by the UV bomb I set off knocked him out." He tried to walk around her so that he could get to Inuyasha, but she snarled menacingly, threatening to attack him. If he came any closer.
"I'll take care of him. Go back to HQ," Kagome ordered. He sighed and began to walk away, picking up discarded weapons as he walked. "And take your motorcycles with you!" she called after him.
Once she was sure he was gone, she lifted Inuyasha up, carefully placing him over her shoulder as she carryed him out of the warehouse,steping over the piles of ashes. Once she was out of the jumped straight up untill she was on the roof of the building above her.
Meanwhile...
Blade pulled out his RAZR cell phone and dialed in a number as he walked toward the three motorcycles that he had left only minutes ago. The man on the other line picked up.
"What?" the voice demanded.
"Whistler, the bomb worked...."
"No shit."
"...But Inuyasha didn't cover his ears when I told him to."
"Shit."
"Yeah. I know."
"What happened?"
"His mates taking care of him."
"What the hell does that mean?"
"How the hell should I know?"
"So what did you call me for?"
"I need you to pick up their bikes and bring them back."
"The hanyous?"
"The bikes." Blade snapped his phone shut and replaced on the inside pocket of his vest. He then started up his bike and sped off into the night.
A/N: I think that was a good chapter. But then again what do I know? I'm just the one who wrote it. I will now go and watch my 11:00 episode of House on channel 38 and try to figure out a way to make an Inu/House crossover while you guys review. Bye.
