The door to SaiyanBeauty's room creaks open. The walls are painted lilac with random posters everywhere. The shades are drawn and the room is basically cluttered and a complete mess. Things are shoved into corners and there is a slight knocking sound against her closet door. Sb sits on the bed and looks up.
Hello everyone. And welcome to the first installment of Inuyasha and the Great Vacation Adventure. My CO-hosts, Miroku and Inuyasha, will be here as soon as I untie them.
breaks down the closet door and pounces at Sb)
Hehe! Inuyasha, nice to see ya there.
You bitch! Why'd you lock me in there?!

Sb: I think my popcorn is done. See ya later you guys! (runs off quickly)
(stumbles for the closet, brushing himself off) How many shoes does that women own?
She's crazy...why are all girls from Kagome's time so nuts anyway?

Miroku: (shrugs and turns to the screen) Hi ladies. Looking for a man in your life?
Oh brother!
Call 1-800-B-A-R-E-M-Y-C-H-I-L-D (the number flashes at the bottom of the screen)
(grummbles about hentai monks and crazy fan girls)
very short, fox demon comes into the room. Wearing a little black, pin striped suit dragging a brief case twice his size with him)

Inuyasha: Now what the hell are you doing here?

Shippou: Shut up Inuyasha. Sb sent me here as her legal advisor. Now if you'll excuse me. (pulls out some papers, clears his throat and begins to read) Sb does not own the series Inuyasha and does not claim to be the creator.. She is only a fanfiction writing who lives in a poor city with an even poorer school district. However she does on the following...this fanfiction and all who live in her head.
(rolls eyes) I live with the craziest people.
With everything all settled! (sits down and turns on the TV) Let the show begin.

Chapter 1: If I could go...







There were just a few rays of light left from the setting sun. Casting red, orange, and pinkish hues against the sky as it gave way to darkness. The two figures made their way through the familiar forest towards the clearing that held the dried up well.
are you coming back?" Inuyasha asked staring down at her with honey colored eyes. He could tell she was tired, hell so was he. They had encountered many demons over the past couple of days and it showed. But they gained a lot of jewel shards, for him it was all worth it.
a few days." Kagome answered as she swung her feet over the wells edge.
few days?! You can't just go off in take a vacation!"
should! I deserve one. All those demons...Inuyasha you should want a rest too."
don't need a rest." The hanyou crossed his arms and turned away from her frowning.
Kagome sighed softly and jumped down the well. Inuyasha turned around, surprised to see Kagome gone. She always hung around to argue with him...

Kagome looked up and saw the roof of the structure that held the well. She was never so happy to be home. She found herself almost running to get to the house. First a bath, she thought. Then a nice big dinner. When Kagome entered the house she dropped her bag at the door said hi to her little brother, Souta and the stranger playing video games with him on the couch. Wait a minute...who was that? Kagome retraced her steps back to the living room.
are you?"

The stranger quickly stood up to greet her. He was tall, standing maybe about six foot, three inches. He wore a dark shirt and a pair of loose fitting khaki pants. His hair was cut short, basically not too bad looking.
I'm Akira." The stranger shook Kagome's hand, smiling.
I'm Kagome." Just then Kagome's mother entered the room.
Your home." She smiled happily then looked to the stranger. "Ready to go?"

Meanwhile Kagome found a seat on the couch next to Souta to get a better explanation of all this. He leaned over and whispered.
moms new boyfriend..."
Since when?"
you've been gone all this time..."
wasn't gone that long." She sighed and stood up, making a bee line for the bathroom to run a nice hot bath. She needed one badly. Kagome decided to ask her mother about this whole boyfriend business when she got home and after she had a nap.



Later that night....


he sounds nice enough..." Kagome said staring at the floral print of her mother's bed spread.
is...I just don't want you to think I'm trying to replace your father. No one can take his place in my heart." The older women smiled hugging her daughter. "Now tell me
Kagome jumped up a bit, blush starting to rise on her cheeks. "...Well we've all worked hard over the past week. Everyone is beat...If I could go...on a vacation. That'd be great." Kagome laid her head on her mother's shoulder, closing her eyes with a sigh.
don't you take one then? Akira owns a nice hot spring resort up in the mountains." A bright smile lit up Kagome's face quicker than Christmas lights on a dark, snowy night.
could go there! Even Inuyasha can't resist a nice rest. And if he does...then too bad. I need this." Kagome got up and went to her room. She fell asleep thinking about tomorrow and how the others would react.





Kagome coming back?" Shippou inquired as he stood on the edge of the well where Inuyasha was sitting.
don't know, will ya quit bugging me?" The agitated hanyou spat out.
you two didn't fight so much then she wouldn't always run home." Shippou said in a matter of fact tone.
well...Nobody asked you!"
don't have to be so mean Inuyasha!" The little fox demon stuck out his tongue. Seconds later he fell to the ground with a slight concussion.
Inuyasha jumped and turned around to see Kagome standing by the well.
women, don't sneak up on me like that!"
you okay Shippou?" Kagome picked up the kitsune in her arms, cuddling him.
do you always have to baby that little devil?"
just jealous Inuyasha!"
not!"

not!"

Shippou sighed, this went on the whole time back to village. Once they were there, Kagome explained to them what exactly this hot spring spa was. Inuyasha couldn't care less, Miroku was oogling the women in the brochure and Sango giddy over some of the treatments Kagome was talking about.
Kagome..." Mirkou started in a professional tone of voice. " Are all of these women going to be here? Even her?" He pointed to a very leggy blonde girl.
monk!" Sango screamed as her fist came in contact with the side of Miroku's head. Leaving a nice sided limp for him to nurse.
is going to be great, we all need a vacation."
vacation thing sounds like a good idea Kagome." Sango smiled.
must admit, I could use a break from demons myself." Miroku added.
cares about some stupid vacation! We have jewel shards to find you know!" Inuyasha yelled, he was just about fed up with this nonsense.
one asked you along anyway!" Kagome stood, defiantly. "You don't have to go Inuyasha, you can stay here and shippou will go in your place."
I'll be damned if that little rodent goes!"
not a rodent!" Shippou yelled back and attacked Inyasha's ankle, biting it with tiny demon fangs.
Inuyasha began shaking his foot furiously trying to get Shippou off, yet the demon clung to his foot like glue.

And so it was settled, Kagome, Miroku, Sango, and Inuyasha were going to the hot springs spa and resort to relax. Mainly Inuyasha because he didn't want Shippou to go. Instead, Kagome promised to bring back Shippou toys and chocolate. The jewel shards seekers each went down the well. It wasn't before long they stood in Kagome's time. Once outside of the shrine, the three looked around in awe. Well,...two, Inuyasha suddenly covered his nosed fainting.
What is that smell?!" His sensitive nose picked up the smog and pollution that Kagome's time suffered from. Meanwhile, Miroku and Sango were drawn to the god tree. It was still standing after hundreds of years. Sango looked up and saw a few sky scrapers in the distance.
Kagome, what are those tall things? They don't look like trees..."
sky scrapers...uh, big buildings."
future doesn't look too bad...but where are the women?" Miroku suddenly found himself on the ground.
A vein on the side of Sango's forehead began throbbing.
go inside. We have to get you guys some normal clothes..."
wrong with ours?" Miroku questioned as he followed Kagome into the house. Followed by Sango, then Inuyasha was trying not to breath deeply.

Once upstairs in Kagome's room, Inuyasha made himself comfortable on her bed. As he usually did on the rare occasions he came to drag Kagome back to the feudal era. Miroku stood in awe of all the pink, and Sango began experimenting with hair products. She was quickly finding, Kagome's time was very convent. Meanwhile, Kagome searched her closet for some clothes. She suddenly thought..Oh no! I don't have any clothes for Miroku and Inuyasha. We'll..have to go shopping! Many possibilities for disaster came to mind. Too bad they can't where Souta's clothes...
what are these?" Kagome turned around to see Miroku rummaging through her underwear drawer.
She dived on him and proceeded to beat him senseless. Several lumps on the head later..Everyone was set to go to the mall. Miroku and Inuyasha still had their regular clothes, except the addition of a baseball hat to cover Inuyasha's ears. Sango wore a pair of jeans and a pink shirt.
you look..." Miroku was dumbfounded.
Sango blushed red.
gods! Give me a break! Quit with the mushy stuff already!" Inuyasha whined.
boy!" Instantly, Inuyasha's face became aqainted with the carpet in the living room.
was that for?!" Inuyasha jumped up, with clenched fists waving at Kagome.
go.." Kagome lead the way to the door, leaving Inuyasha ranting and raving about not going. After some time they had left him completely.
a minute!" Inuyasha ran quickly to catch up with Kagome and the rest who were already walking down the steps of the temple.

:(cuts off the TV and turns to the camera)
So...what do you think? Theres only one way! And that's a review. I'm thinking at least 5 or so before I post the next chapter. But I won't hold yall to it.
