As the morning sky broke through the windows in a blood red color room a sleepy sliver hair hanyou and a sleepy raven colored hair girl woke up slowly as the sun beamed down. “Morning Kagome you sleep well?” Inu Yasha asked as he yawned. Kagome nodded and snuggled up to him. “Did you?” Kagome asked. Inu Yasha smiled and wrapped his arm around Kagome “Yeah you were next to me all night,” He said.
Kagome blushed. Inu Yasha chuckled “You know you look so cute when you blush like that,” He said. He kissed Kagome softly on the lips. “Take a shower and get dressed we got a lot to do today, Dad, mom and your mom wants to take us out for breakfast and than later on lunch with Miroku and Sango and dinner with Sesshomaru and Rin,” Inu Yasha said. Kagome looked at him “Wow that is a busy schedule,” Kagome sighed.
“And what’s for desert?” Kagome said being a smart ass as she grabbed a towel out of the linen closet. Inu Yasha pulled her close and nibbled her neck “You,” He said huskily smirking. Kagome giggled “Not til marriage so down boy,” Kagome said. Inu Yasha pouted but understood.
As Kagome walked into a marble floor bathroom walls painted white and dark red trimmings. She hopped into the shower and quickly showered dried herself off with the towel and changed into blue jeans and a green tank top walking out so Inu could shower she took the hair dryer and dried her hair in his room more like their room but yeah.
She waited for Inu Yasha to get out when he did he got dressed in baggy jeans and a black beater with a red button up shirt he looked so hot as they walked downstairs together. “Bout time you sleepy heads woke up,” Taishou said. Izayoi nudged him and giggled. Inu Yasha grumbled as Kagome’s mother smiled “Alright let’s head off,” Taishou said. As they took off in the limo they went to a fancy restaurant that made the best breakfast.
After breakfast they said their good byes and Kagome and Inu took off and walked around downtown it was pretty busy with all the hustling and bustling going around town Inu Yasha kept Kagome close cause knowing there was pick pockets and guys who loved to pick on women for no reason. They went into the store where there was a shit load of punk clothes and other types and Kagome looked through the woman section and Inu was looking through the guys.
They were waiting on Miroku and Sango to call for lunch. Kagome saw a nice green t-shirt it had a black drawing of a guitar coming from the bottom up. Than she found a pair of blue jeans that had hole at the left knee. She liked them a lot “You want it?” Inu Yasha asked. Kagome smiled “I like the outfit but I don’t want you to pay for it I will buy it,” She said. Inu Yasha took it out of her hands and the shirt she liked.
Inu Yasha never listened to her and bought it for it “You need anything else?” Inu Yasha smirked. Kagome gave him a look and said no. Soon Inu Yasha’s phone went off he picked it up “Monk bout time you called we are at the downtown mall part meet us at the ice cream pallor,” Inu Yasha said. “Alright Yasha see you there,” He said.
Inu Yasha hung up and took Kagome by the hand and they walked to the Ice Cream Pallor shop and Miroku and Sango were just pulling up when they reached to the doors. “So after lunch Kagome and Sango are going dress shopping for a wedding dress and bride maids dresses,” Inu Yasha said. Kagome sighed “We are not getting married til the end of our Senior year Yashie,” She said.
“I know that but we need to plan ahead at least you can get an idea,” Inu Yasha said. Kagome looked at him and crossed her arms “It’s bad enough your mother and my mother are going hay wire with getting everything right and even your father too its driving me nuts I’m getting wedding jitters already and we are not even close to the date!” Kagome said. Inu Yasha laughed as they all took a seat outside to chat before they went in to order.
Kagome sighed deeply if she heard about the wedding plans one more time she was gonna go crazy. Inu Yasha knew it was bothering her but he had so much more in plan for her as they spoke Sesshomaru and Rin were helping out and packing for a trip down to Hong Kong for Inu & Kagome.
As they ordered their food they waited for their food to come. “So how is the studying going Kagome?” Sango asked. “Don’t remind me I been studying non stop I finally stopped after school yesterday,” Kagome sighed in defeat. Inu looked at her a little bit worried. “That bad?” Sango asked. Kagome nodded as they at lunch.
“The exams are very important it is to tell us if we pass for senior year and if we get a college scholarship as well,” Miroku said. Kagome groaned “Shut up monk!” Inu Yasha said. He rubbed Kagome’s back. After they were done eating Kagome and Sango were dropped off at the Wedding dress store Kagome sighed deeply. “I really don’t want to do it this early,” Kagome complained.
As Sango and Kagome walked in the dress shop Izayoi and her mother was there with big smiles on their faces. Kagome took a deep breathe and sighed “This is gonna be a long day,” She mumbled under her breathe. Sango giggled as she ushered Kagome in.
They were in their what seemed to Kagome for days as they finally picked the material for the maid of honor and brides maid. Kagome sighed “I am gonna walk around I’ll meet up with you guys later,” Kagome said. “Are you sure you don’t want to come with us?” Izayoi asked. Kagome nodded she walked a different direction than the others she needed to be alone she was way to stressed out about exams and a wedding on top of it.
Kagome walked through the park watching couples walk together smiling and laughing kids at the playground over yonder. Kagome wasn’t watching or paying attention and she ran right into Naraku. “Half breeds bitch watch where your walking,” Naraku snarled.
Kagome glared and threw a punch connecting to Naraku’s jaw “Go fuck yourself bamboo freak,” She said. Naraku growled a bit than gave a grin he grabbed Kagome by the throat and lifted her up and threw her pretty far she hit the tree. “You’ll pay for that dearly,” Naraku threatened.
Kagome winced and her she tried to get up and not pass out as she watched Naraku walk to her “I will kick your ass you’re nothing but a loser,” Kagome said. Naraku stood right in front of her. “Bitch you are gonna wish you never said that to me,” He said. He went to grab her but was stopped “Don’t put your filthy hands on her,” Sango said.
Naraku left as Sango ran to Kagome who was hurt. “Kagome are you okay?” Sango asked. Kagome winced as Sango helped her up Kagome doubled over and passed out in Sango’s arms. “Kagome!” She said. She than noticed Kagome was bleeding from the head. “Shit,” Sango cursed. She picked her best friend up and called out for help as someone called for an ambulance.
Inu Yasha and Miroku were chilling at the pool hall shooting pool when Miroku’s cell went off “Yes love?” Miroku said. Sango was practically screaming on the phone “Kagome got hurt Naraku attacked her we are at the hospital now,” Sango said. Miroku frowned “We will be there in a flash,” Miroku said and hung up.
Inu Yasha growled he sensed Kagome was hurt after that call “Naraku attacked Kagome they are at the hospital,” Miroku said. With that Inu Yasha and Miroku took off speeding all the way to the hospital. Inu Yasha had called Sesshomaru and told him dinner plans canceled and why. Sesshomaru, Rin, Taishou, and Izayoi all got to the hospital.
Kagome was in the ER for about an hour she was wheeled out with a patch on her forehead she looked really tired she looked up with a weak smile at Inu Yasha trying not to tear up. “Kagome you okay?” Inu Yasha asked. Kagome nodded “She needs to stay in bed for a couple days she has a few cracked ribs and a bruised arm she’ll be fine,” The doctor said. Inu Yasha nodded as everyone else was pissed as Inu Yasha about Naraku hurting Kagome. Inu Yasha picked Kagome up carefully “Naraku will pay,” He threatened.
