Chapter Four

Well, here we are at chapter four. I want to thank Mija and K005 for reviewing. I have accepted K005's request and added an Inuyasha ornament to the story. I am always happy to take requests! The story is below...

Kagome took off her backpack and sat it beside the tree. She carefully removed the garland and ornaments and laid them on a blanket in the grass. "Ok, grab the garland and start to put it on," Kagome said cheerfully.

Shippo and Inuyasha grabbed a strand of silver garland and began to rap it around the tree. Kagome began to wind the gold garland around the tree as well. "Lets put on the balls and stuff next!" Shippo yelled.

They began to pick up ornaments and place them on the tree. There were round ones, star ones, gold ones, blue ones. They were almost finished when Inuyahsa picked up an ornament different from the rest. He looked at it slowly. It was him. The little wooden ornament of Inuyasha was very deep in detail. It had white hair with ears, red clothes, etc. It looked just like him in every way except size.

"What is this," he said showing Kagome.

"Just a little thing I asked the wood carver to make. I thought it would be nice to have."

"It looks beautiful, even if it is Inuyahsa." Shippo said.

"HEY!" Inuyasha punched Shippo in the head and a lump began to take form.

"OWWW"

"I have one for everyone" Kagome said. She held up more ornaments. There was one for

Sango, Kirara, Miroku, Shippo, Myoga, Keade, Sesshomaru, Rin, Jaken, and Kagome. They all looked like smaller versions of the people they were susposed to be.

"Why Sesshomaru," Inuyasha asked.

'I wanted to make everyone. I have everyone's gifts ready."

"You have one for Sesshomaru don't you?"

"I have one for everyone, even Sesshomaru, Jaken, and Rin."

They hung the ornaments around the tree. Then Inuyasha put a star on the top. It was a nice tree, at least one for fuedal Japan.

"Now that the tree is done...we need presents!" Rin yelledm "And I have mine finished already!"

Rin laid the presents out for Sesshoamru to see. They were wrapped in cloth and had a name written on everyone. Kagome, Sesshomaru, Jaken, Shippo, Sango, Miroku, Inuyahsa, and Myoga.

"Why did you make presents for my half-brother and his friends?"

"Christmas is for everyone!"

"I'm going back throught the well now. I have to wrap your gifts and tomorrow a will bring as much food as I can. You have to contribute something though. We will celebrate under our tree. Tell Sango, Miroku, Keade, and Myoga ok." Kagome said.

She took off with her backpack slung over her shoulder and began to head towards the well.

Back in the present Kagome took a hot bath and ate dinner. She then went to bed and woke up the next morning around 10:00am.

Kagome yawned and looked at the calender beside her bed. December 23. she crossed out the 23rd because that was yesterdays date. Today was Christmas eve. She ate and grabbed her presents and shoved them into her bag. Then she began to cook. She cooked alot of foods and heatd up a large porsion of turkey in the microwave. She wrapped it up and put it in her bag before going back down the well.

Kagome laid each of the presents benesth the tree and was surprised to see there was some there already. Some from Sango, Miroku, Inuyasha, Keade, and Myoga. She was even more surprised to see some under the tree labled "From Rin and Sesshomaru"

Inuyasha and the gang began to walk towards her. They were holding even more gifts. They came to a stop near the tree and sat down.

"Let's get this thing started! I'm hungry and ready for presents.!" Inuyahsa yelled.
